Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.

This paper examines theoretical trends and policy issues concerning science and public. The dominant perspective about it was changed from “popularization of science” to “public understanding of science (PUS)”. PUS pays attention to active roles of public in the understanding of science based on the contextual model. And recently various concepts are attempted to complement PUS such as “heterogeneous PUS”, “quantitative PUS”, “public understanding of research”, and “public participation in science”. PUS related activities in Korea can be analyzed using the concept of “science and technology culture system”. The characteristics of science and technology culture system in Korea can be summarized as follows: Its purpose is confined to support existing national innovation system; Its constituents have been unevenly and separately developed; Its material and institutional infrastructure is not sufficiently prepared; Its organizing mechanism is strongly influenced by government's execution power.

Euro form which constructs the present RC structures is used widely by the form method of construction of a wall type structure had much consumption of the human power and equipments by the assembly and the demolition, and the complement was required according to demerit with much leakage of cement paste by the form joint, so it developed the new pillar type form system. On the study, in order to consider the modification characteristic by lateral pressure which does the influence most important for the new developed pillar type form system performance, research of a paper manufactured a miniature wall form model, and advanced performance evaluation focusing on lateral pressure. Moreover, lateral pressure evaluation of a new style system was actually gone on through the on-site experiment about a part of wall type srutcture spot for a model experiment and its result on the foundation which is the purpose in evaluating on-site application possibility propriety at the foundation time of wall type concrete structure construction of a pillar type form system.

The nuclear power plant construction project is large-scale, has various stakeholders and computer system, and is produced and managed a large amount of information. The domestic nuclear power plant construction project has accumulated data based on many years of experience in the system. It has the competitiveness to suggeest alternatives that meet the requirement of the client in the overseas nuclear power plant project. Earned value management, which integrates schedule and cost, is possible to risk management. It was developed the earned value management system considering the the actual data properties and types of the preceding nuclear power plant construction projects. It will be able to increase the nuclaer power plant export competieiveness. Therefore, it was palned to carry out future stuies so that it be able to complement the measure to integrate cost and schedule in consideration of actual data(quantity of activity, etc.).

It is excitation system for nuclear emergency generator that is to startup automatically and sequentially supply essential loads with power. There are static type and alternating exciter, etc in its excitation system. An object of study is static excitation system which power is taken from power potential transformer and power current transformer. It is to complement curtailment of excitation system ability at happening short accidents. And Startup mode are quick startup and slow startup, etc. Its characteristic is looked into in this paper.

Next generation lithography technologies, such as EBL(Electron Beam Lithography), X-ray lithography, SPL(Scanning Probe Lithography), have been studied widely for getting over line width limitation of photolithography. Among the next generation lithography technologies, SPL has been highlighted because of its high resolution advantage. But is also has problem which are slow processing time and sample size limitation. The purpose of this study is complement of present SPL system. Brand new SPL system was made. SPL test was performed with the system in ultra thin PMMA(polymethlymethacrylate) film.

Recently, the research and development of the fish cage in open sea from domestic is active and it is almost complement with commercial scale test on 'seogwipo'. But domestic technology is not sufficient of management RMS(Remote Monitoring System) with advanced country, so it is difficult to maintenance and monitor fish cage in open sea. This paper introduces a fish cage environmental monitoring system for measuring pH, DO and temperature. A signal is treated with DAU(Data Acquisition Unit) by a wireless communication method and transfers data to host computer for data processing. These data are graphically shown on the monitor with LabVIEW program and logged on the data processing system in the form of file.

Define the importance and role of the acquisition strategy based on the Defense Acquisition Management System, diagnose and analyze the actual state of document preparation. We analyzed the timing and details of the basic strategy of the project in 2015 and suggested a supplementary plan to improve the efficiency of Military force improvement projects in conjunction with the Defense Planning and Management System. It is necessary to reduce the preparation period including the policy decision making process and then divide it into planning and programming stages to complement the role of acquisition strategy. In order to apply these improvements, the necessary revision of laws and regulations to be reviewed is referred to, enabling continuous research.

본 논문에서는 발성장애아의 음성적 특징을 중심으로 컴퓨터 기반 발성훈련시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 발성훈련시스템은 선행훈련, 발성인지훈련, 발성강화훈련 단계로 구성되어 있으며, 발성장애 아동의 발성의 상황과 레벨을 분석하고 반복학습 및 개별학습이 가능하도록 하였다. 컴퓨터를 기반으로 발성장애아의 음성을 디지털 신호처리하기 위해 음성적 파라미터 즉, 음성의 강도, 음성의 고저, 유 무성음을 추출하였다. 추출된 음성적 파라미터는 이동체의 움직임 벡터 값으로 변환하여 이미지, 애니메이션, 게임적 요소와 같이 시각적으로 피드백 할 수 있도록 하였다.

The number of automobiles is rapidly increasing , as are the importance of the car as a way of transportation, and the variety of its uses. In these surroundings, a safety, one of the primary factors which must be considered in automotive engineering, demands a system that aids the driver's vision and perception. In this point of view, development of the more promoted system that complement the existing passive method which relies on just man's ability is the important issue of the advanced traffic system including ITS. In this paper, we provide an algorithm and implementation of a control system that warns the collisions ahead and avoids this situation, using informations about the host-car, target-car and surroundings. The warning is made by an algorithm that decides the degree of safely. With this degree of safely, the controller automatically controls a vehicle's speed to a proper level.
