본 연구는 멀티미디어를 활용한 웹 기반 코스웨어의 개발로서 첫째, 7차 교육 과정 9학년 과학 교과의 '생식과 발생' 단원을 선정하여 기된 과정의 내용을 철저히 분석하고 심화ㆍ보충 과정과 관련된 자료를 추출하였으며, 둘째, 멀티미디어 기반의 코스웨어가 구동될 수 있는 서버 환경을 구축하였고, 세째 멀티미디어 기반의 웹 코스웨어를 제작하고 구현하였다. 네째. 구현된 코스웨어를 교실 환경에 투입하고 교사와 학생의 반응을 조사하는 순으로 수행하였다. 코스웨어 설계의 기본 방향은 기된 과정의 학습 내용을 학습자 중심의 학습이 되도록 주제별로 적절히 재구성하고 심화ㆍ보충 과정에 해당하는 부분의 내용을 추출하여 학습자가 학습 동기를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 학습자와의 상호작용을 할 수 있도록 CGI를 활용하여 구현하였다. 코스웨어의 기본 구조는 기본학습(내용 항목), 학습평가, 학습 자료실, 보충 학습, 심화 학습, 교과서를 넘어서, 유용한 사이트 등으로 구성이 되어 있다. 교사용 검사지는 주로 일반 사항, 수업 설계 측면에서 추출하여 사용하였고, 학생용 검사지는 일반 사항과 기술적 측면에서 추출하여 사용하였다. 설문지 조사 결과 대부분의 항목에서 보통이상의 점수를 얻음으로써 개발된 코스웨어의 필요성 및 유용성이 입증이 되었고 앞으로도 더 많은 멀티미디어를 포함한 웹 기반의 코스웨어가 개발되어 학교 현장에 투임 되어야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

The degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (DLSS) is a disease inducing low back pain, leg pain, convulsion. numbness, and neurogenic claudication from compression of nerve root. Intervertebra fixation was reported to increase the degeneration of neighbor lesion after treatment. Recently, a new surgical technique of inserting a fixator between interspinous processes has been introduced. The purpose of this study is to design the interspinous process fixator with flexibility to complement the trouble of using fixator in DLSS. This study evaluated the existing fixator through the mechanical test and modified it using the finite element analysis (FEA). The evaluation was based on the displacement, stiffness and von-Mises stress obtained from the mechanical test and calculated from the FEA in the biomechanical loading condition. Effects of variation in length and thickness were investigated to design an optimal fixator. Three prototypes were manufactured using FEA results. Mechanical tests under the biomechanical loading condition were performed to select the best one from these three. The selected fixator increased flexiblity by 32.9%.

In the view of oriental medicine, the liver is the general of the army in its function of protecting against the enemy. So this concept is very closely associated to the immunological function. Its relations with immunological function are as follows. 1. The liver produces most of the proteins and converts them with hepatocytes, composes 80% in total reticuloendothelial system with Kuffer cells & endothelial cells and has typical structure of sinusoidal vessels closely related with the blood system. 2. The liver plays an important role in innate immunity with Kuffer cells as well as with the molecules that the liver produces, related to complementary systems. 3. In the embryonic period, the liver is associated with immune associated cell growth and their maturation. After birth, it is associated with removing old red blood cells and with systematically modulating immune system through hormone metabolism. 4. The liver controls the autoimmune disease resulting from immune complex by removing molecules like immune complex. 5. In the processing of blood 19A from the digestive system, the liver has an important role in protecting the body from unnecessary immune responses. 6. In the oriental medical view, liver plays a major role in the immune function by storing blood and dispersing stagnated hepatoqi with the help of the kidneys and spleen.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 언어가 초등학생들의 글쓰기에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 도내 초등학생들의 일기장과 편지를 조사했다. 또한 인터넷 언어에 대한 그들의 인식을 알아보기 위해 설문조사를 실시했다. 조사결과 일기장과 편지 모두에서 광범위하게 인터넷 언어의 흔적이 나타났으며, 그 정도는 구어체인 편지에서 더 심했다. 이에 컴퓨터교육분야에서는 첫째, 정보통신윤리교육을 강화하고, 둘째, 인터넷 언어를 필터링해주는 교육용 소프트웨어 개발에 박차를 가할 필요가 있다. 또한 국어교육분야에서는 첫째, 말줄임표(‘…’)를 마침표(.)대신 사용하거나, 필수문장성분을 생략하는 것이 초등학생들의 논리적인 사고방식형성과 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는가 밝혀질 필요가 있다. 또한 문장부호의 과다사용 및 오용(예: 물음표나 느낌표를 겹쳐 사용하는 것)은 '감정의 절제'를 특징으로 하는 세련된 글쓰기와 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는가 연구돼야 할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the formal wear for social activity of dwarf. Second investigation for choices of designs based upon data from the first questionnaire investigation, led us to make proposals for design, pattern production, garment-cutting and dressmaking. The effect of wearing the made-up garments was carefully evaluated in order to establish principles for the development of clothes for dwarf. Conclusion is as follow. Dwarf felt uneasy in conventional street dress. When buying clothes their most important criteria was design wanted clothes that would help them to look taller. Analysis of design preference to complement perceived physical weak points revealed: 'a pink ensemble' comprising of a high-waist, one-piece dress, and a black slacks suit comprising of a striped, single-breasted, tailored jacket, and straight-type slacks and blouse. It was found that a bolero jacket and a high-waist, ankle-length, one-piece dress helped create an optical illusion of increased height, for both the wearer and an observer. A pastel ton-pink, one-piece also created this effect on small bodily types, as well as offering a silky, mellow attractiveness. A suit of a striped, single-breasted tailored jacket, and straight-type slacks and blouse, created the two fold illusion of disguising hip imbalance with the length of the jacket and drawing an onlooker\`s gaze to the wearer\`s face through the tailored collar, they also looked taller due to the stripes.

The purpose of this study was to develop science research ethics guidelines for elementary school teachers. To develop the guidelines, authors have conducted the following procedures: Development of guidelines through literature reviews; and an application of the developed guidelines to classroom sites. Authors established sections and formats of guidelines for science research ethics through literature reviews and developed contents of major sections and subsections and their explanations and descriptions. After that, authors applied the developed guidelines at elementary science classes and collected data through semi-structured interviews with science class teachers and checklists to reflect on and complement the contents of the guidelines. To secure the validity of guidelines, authors requested a validity assessment to four science education experts and one ethics education specialist. As a result, the CVI for the guidelines was found to be 0.9. Finally, authors developed the final guidelines by adding "Case Examples of Application" by adopting requests of elementary school teachers who used the provisional guidelines.

Purpose: This study was to measure and identify the differences of perceived confidence in practice of core basic nursing skills performed by new graduate nurses in Korea. Methods: The tool used in this study was a questionnaire for measuring the confidence in 20 items of core basic nursing skills which was structured based on Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education tool. 231 new graduate nurses participated in this study. The reliability of this questionnaire had Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ .918. Results: Subjects who experienced simulation education and standard patient education were 86.6% and 35.9%, respectively. Item enema intervention, tracheostomy care, and blood transfusion showed low practice confidence level. These items showed significant differences on whether the subjects experienced simulation and clinical practicum or not. Conclusion: Developing and managing clinical education program under deep cooperation between practicum agency and clinical instructor are needed. Simulation practicum will complement insufficient core basic nursing skills between newly graduated nurses before they allocate at the clinical department.

본 연구는 GIS 정책을 과정 모델을 통해 평가하고 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 즉 우리나라 지방정부의 GIS 집행과정이 어떤 과정을 밟아가고 있으며, 전과정에서 중요하게 고려하였던 요인 및 단계가 무엇이며, 그리고 이로 인해 나타난 GIS 정책의 문제점은 무엇인지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 우리나라 지방정부의 GIS집행과정에서 나타난 대표적인 문제점은 GIS의 도입단계에서 고려해야할 중요한 단계가 구축단계에 포함되지 않았거나 고려하였다. 하더라도 비중이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시스템의 구입 및 업체선전 등 기술적인 요인보다는 사용가능성 검토, 관리자 교육 등 비기술적 요인에 대한 단계들에 대한 관심이 부족하였으며, 이로 인해 기본 계획과 관련된 전략이 제대로 수립되지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 지방정부에서 단순히 새로운 정보시스템을 도입하는 것만이 반드시 성공적인 채택을 의미하는 것이 아니라는 사실을 반증하는 결과이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify make-up benefits sought and attitudes according to the fashion lifestyle of silver women. Self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection, and subjects were silver women aged over 55 years. The results were as followed: 1. The factors of fashion lifestyle of silver women were clothing ostentation, leisure activity, interest in appearance, self-confidence, clothing conservation, and economics in clothing, and total variances was 70.99%. Silver women were clustered into high fashion-involvement group, medium fashion-involvement group, low fashion-involvement group, and fashion retard group according to fashion lifestyle. 2. High fashion-involvement group included more silver women with higher education and incomes, but fashion retard group included more with lower education and income. 3. High fashion-involvement group pursued self satisfaction, complement of defects, fashion trend following, politeness to others highly through make-up, and had higher concern and knowledge about make-up, and accepted plastic surgery or skin care positively. But fashion retard group pursued only a little and showed negative attitudes toward plastic surgery or skin care.

IETF에서 제안한 Mobile IP는 효율적이나, 이동 호스트들이 어느 특정한 지역 내에서 많은 움직임을 가지면서 통신할 경우 비효율적인 면이 있다. 이는 이동 호스트를 등록하고 인터넷 환경 하에서 보안된 경로를 설정하며 이 경로에 데이터를 전송하는 데 많은 지연을 유발하기 때문이며, 이동 호스트들이 어느 특정한 지역 내에서 잦은 이동성을 갖는 경우, 이러한 비 효율성은 더 심각해진다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특정지역 내의 이동성 관리에 있어서 위와 같은 문제점을 보완하기 위한 방법의 하나로 경계 라우터와 포인터 포워딩 및 캐시 방법을 결합한 Anchor 체인 방법에 의한 Anchor 외부 에이전트를 사용한 방법을 제안한다.
