자기 보고식 공학설계 역량 검사 도구 개발 (Development of The Self-Reported Measurement for Engineering Design Competency)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the self-reported measurement for engineering design competency. In this study, engineering design competency is defined as the overall individual ability that is necessary for an engineer for his/her successful accomplishment of engineering design. This measurement was developed through reviewing documents, defining factor and sub-factor, making an item and constructing validity verification. The self-reported measurement for engineering design competency consists of 6 factors and 40 items. 6 factors cover competency of design performance, competency of considering economic and social influence, competency of utilizing mathematical and scientific knowledge, competency of teamwork, competency of design-centered thinking and competency of collecting and using data. A 6-points Likert scale was used for each item.

정보 환경하에서 개인정보역량 측정모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Measurement Model of Personal Information Competency in Information Environment)

  • 본 연구는 정보환경에 있는 기업에서 근무하는 개인의 정보역량 측정을 위한 효율적인 측정모형을 개발하였다. 본 모형은 4 개의 측정영역과 12개의 측정요인 그리고 구체적인 측정항목을 포함한다. 개발된 모형의 타당성과 신뢰성은 SPSS software 를 적용한 Pilot Test 를 통한 Factor Analysis and Reliability Analysis 에 의해 검증되었고, 개인 정보역량을 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 구체적인 측정항목들을 제시하였다. 개발된 측정모형의 실용성과 활용성을 검증하기 위해 실제 기업에서 근무하는 264 명의 인력에 대해 개인 정보역량을 측정하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 본 측정모형은 산업현장에 있는 인력의 정보역량 향상에 기여할 것이다.

A Methodology for Measuring End-User e-Business Competency

  • In e-Business environment, end-user e-Business capability is necessitated for performing his or her given tasks and improving his or her business performance in an enterprise of e-Business environment. An instrument of an end-user e-Business competency is extracted from the major components of a general competency. Through a pilot test, this study performed factor analysis, and proposed a 16-item instrument that can measure an end-user e-Business competency in e-Business environment. The application of the instrument is confirmed by applying it to measuring e-Business competency of end-users in an enterprise of e-Business environment and by presenting the measurement results for them.

병동 간호사의 임상등급 간호역량 평가도구 개발 (Development of a Nursing Competence Measurement Scale according to Nurse's Clinical Ladder in General Wards)

  • Purpose: This methodological study was done to develop a Nursing Competency Measurement Scale based on the clinical ladders of nurses working in wards. Methods: Thirty clinical experts and 501 ward nurses evaluated the content validity of the scale. A survey using the Nursing Competency Measurement Scale was conducted with 114 nurses to evaluate reliability and applicability of the instrument. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: A review of the literature identified 13 components of nursing competencies and 30 core nursing competencies based on each of the 4 grade clinical ladders. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient for the total was .92. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliabilities of each clinical ladder grade were .83 for Grade I, .84 for Grade II, .81 for Grade III, and .84 for Grade IV. The Content Validity Index (CVI) of the scale with 120 individual items was 0.976~1.000 for Grade I scale, 0.986~1.000 for Grade II scale, 0.984~1.000 for Grade III scale, and 0.992~1.000 for Grade IV scale. The expert group nurses' average degree of nursing competence measured using the scale was 3.38~3.75 out of 4.0. Conclusion: Through this process, 120 final questions were confirmed to represent items of the Nursing Competency Measurement Scale based on clinical grade.

초등학생의 AI 역량 측정을 위한 체크리스트 문항 개발 (Development of checklist questions to measure AI capabilities of elementary school students)

  • 인공지능 기술의 발전은 사회의 구조와 교육환경을 변화시키며, 인공지능 역량의 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학생의 AI 역량 측정을 위한 체크리스트 문항을 개발하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌 분석과 문항개발 델파이 조사를 사용하였다. 문헌 분석을 위해 검색을 통해 국내 연구 2편, 국외 연구 5편, 교육부의 교육과정 보고서를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석해서 핵심역량 측정 요소를 구성하였다. 핵심역량 측정 요소는 인공지능의 이해(6개 요소), 인공지능 사고(4개 요소), 인공지능 윤리(4개 요소), 인공지능 사회-정서(3개 요소)로 구성하였다. 구성된 측정 요소의 지식과 기능 그리고 태도를 고려하여, 19개 문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 문항은 1차 델파이 조사를 통해서 검증하였고, 수정의견에 따라 7개의 문항을 수정하였다. 2차 델파이 조사를 통해서 19개 문항의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 체크리스트 문항은 자기보고식 설문이 아닌 수행 및 행동 관찰을 기반으로 교사의 평가에 의해서 측정된다. 이에 역량의 측정 결과가 신뢰할 수 있는 수준으로 높아진다는 시사점을 가지고 있다.

컴퓨팅 사고력 측정을 위한 추상화 역량 평가 기준 개발 (The Development of Abstractable Competency Assessment Standards for the Measurement of Computational Thinking)

  • Wing은 21세기를 살아가기 위한 역량으로 컴퓨팅 사고력의 중요성을 역설하였다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨팅 사고력의 추상화를 관련 연구를 통해 객체 추상화, 데이터 추상화, 절차 추상화로 분류하였다. 또한 추상화 역량 평가를 위해 추상화 성취기준과 평가기준을 개발하였다. 학교 현장에 적용한 결과 학생들은 문제 해결을 위해 글과 그림으로 표현하는 객체 추상화, 데이터 추상화 역량은 우수하지만, 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성하는데 어려움을 겪고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 추상화 역량 평가는 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 학생 지도에 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

해양로봇 활용의 역량중심 메이커 및 설계 교육 사례 연구 (Case Study on Competency-based Maker and Design Education using Marine Robot)

  • Recently, the need of the future education in youth and univesity is rapidly increasing according to 4th industrial revolution. However, the maker and design education as a kind of youth and university future education has the following problems: it is implemented as an interesting convergence education including software education, it is managed by integrating youth and university competencies, it is composed in the form of blended class of consilient subject and nonsubject, it requires considering satisfaction in competency measurement and management, it is connected with entering school and getting job. To solve these problems, a case study on competency-based maker and design education using marine robot, which is based on the process-based learing method, integrated competency of youth and university, blended-type curriculum in terms of online and offline, is executed. To verify the competency-based maker and design education, the satisfaction survey in subject and nonsubject is performed. Study results show the example of the marine robot-based maker and design education and the need for additional study.

The Relationship Between Life-Learning Competency and Self-Directed Learning Ability, Problem-Solving Ability, and Academic Achievement of University Students in the Context of Higher Education

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether respondents showed gender differences in life- learning competency, self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability, and academic achievement and to identify relationships among variables of university students in the context of higher education. To address those goal, the data set was analyzed that nationally collected from Korea Youth Competency Measurement and International Comparative Research III by National Youth Policy Institute in South Korea. 680 samples were used in the study that were 343 males and 337 females of university students. As results, statistically significant difference was showed in the participants' gender. Male university students were higher score than female university students in All variables. Also, learning agility in life-learning competency was strongly related to self-directed learning ability and problem-solving. Thinking skills in life-learning competency was strongly related to academic achievement in university students in higher education. In terms of learning strategy in the context of higher education, some suggestions have been made for university students.

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 AI 역량 측정을 위한 체크리스트 문항을 개발하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌 분석과 문항개발 델파이 조사를 사용하였다. 문헌 분석을 위해 검색을 통해 국내 연구 2편, 국외 연구 5편, 교육부의 교육과정 보고서를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석해서 핵심역량 측정 요소를 구성하였다. 핵심역량 측정 요소는 인공지능의 이해(5개 요소), 인공지능 사고(5개 요소), 인공지능 활용(4개 요수), 인공지능 윤리(6개 요소), 인공지능 사회-정서(6개 요소)로 구성하였다. 구성된 측정 요소의 지식과 기능 그리고 태도를 고려하여, 31개 문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 문항은 1차 델파이 조사를 통해서 검증하였고, 수정의견에 따라 10개의 문항을 수정하였다. 2차 델파이 조사를 통해서 31개 문항의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 체크리스트 문항은 자기보고식 설문이 아닌 수행 및 행동 관찰을 기반으로 교사의 평가에 의해서 측정된다. 이에 측정 결과가 신뢰할 수 있는 수준이 높아진다는 시사점을 가지고 있다.

유아의 내외통제성과 사회적 능력 및 친사회적 행동과의 관계 (Children's Locus of Control, Social Competence and Prosocial Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate answer the following research questions. (1) What is the trend of Children's locus of control, children's social competency, and children's prosocial behaviors? (2) Is there any relationship between children's locus of control and children's social competency, between children's locus of control and children's prosocial behavior, between children's social competency and children's prosocial behavior? (3) Is children's prosocial behavior influenced by the locus of control and by the social competency? The subjects of this study were 99 children atending the nursery school in Pusan. For the measurement of children's locus of control, the Stanford Preschool Internal-External Scale was used. As a measure of social competency. Iowa Social Competency was used. Children's prosocial behavior was measured by the amount of candies to share with playmates. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) The mean scores of children's locus of control, children's social competency, and children's prosocial behavior were low. (2) There significant correlation between children's locus of control and social competency, between children's locus of control and prosocial behavior. (3) Children's locus of control was an important predictor variable influencing children's prosocial behavior.
