우리나라 일부 석면 함유제품에 대한 실태조사 (A Survey for Some Asbestos Containing Products in Korea)

  • This study was performed to investigate the current status, in Korea, of the production of asbestos containing products (ACPs) such as asbestos cement products, asbestos friction materials, asbestos joint sheets, asbestos textile products, and other asbestos-containing products from May 2 to July 30, 2007. The information on ACPs was obtained through written questionnaires from 16 of the 27 companies that produce ACPs in Korea. The production amounts of asbestos containing gaskets were 70 tons in 2004, 90 tons in 2005, and 55 tons in 2006 in 4 companies and that of asbestos friction materials were 435.5 tons in 2004, 540.4 tons in 2005, and 454.3s ton in 2006 in 10 companies. The type and number of ACPs were:- 19 asbestos cement products, produced by 2 companies; 47 asbestos friction materials produced by 18 companies; 12 asbestos joint sheets productes by 4 companies; 18 asbestos textile products from 3 companies, and 6 other asbestos products from 5 companies. The database of ACPs was constructed to include the products name, identification number, name of company, production year, composition, asbestos content (%), usage, specification, and a picture. The database will be used to efficiently identify ACPs and to avoid asbestos exposure in workers and the general population.

산업장 안전보건교육 관리요인 (Management Factors Associated with Health and Safety Education in Korean Manufacturing Companies)

  • Objectives: Safety is a primary health promotion issue in worksite because injury induces multi-fold loss of the human and economic resources to profit organization. The purposes of this study were to describe worksite health and safety education and management status in Korean manufacturing companies. Methods: The original population size of Korean manufacturing industry in 2004 was 74,398 and 2,960 factories were selected by the multiple stratified sampling method for this study. The health and safety manager or representatives of the selected 2,960 companies successfully finished in the face-to-face interview survey about company's general characteristics, health and safety management style, health and safety education hours conducted by the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Results: The manufacturing companies in Seoul and Kyunggi areas, small size, and clothes and press industries were related to low health and safety management and education status. The companies which assigned at least one safety manager were 70.5% and which had a health and safety room within the company were only 9.3%. The companies which took the health and safety education for their regular blue-collar employees more than the legal education hours were under 56.1% and the percentage of the companies which took their health and safety education for newcomers less than the legal limits was lower than any other types of health and safety education in workplace. The significant strong workplace health and safety management variables in predicting employee health and safety education were psycho-social variables such as the company own health and safety regulation and the workplace health and safety management committee organization. rather than physical variables such as health manager employment, safety manager employment. Conclusions: Systematic and legal approaches are effective to encourage workplace health and safety education, specifically, through sustaining health and safety managers and building the company-wide health and safety management system. Furthermore, theses approaches should primarily focus on the small companies of which sizes were under 50.

기업의 보유 특허 특성과 경제적 활용 가능성에 대한 연구-의료화학산업 특허를 중심으로 (A Study on Properties of Patents in the Applicants and Possibility of Economical Usage-Focused on Pharmaceutical Chemistry Industry Sector)

  • As the importance of intellectual property rights for the 21st century challenge became prominent, many companies have been trying to secure many rights competitively. In particular, application numbers of patent that represents technology has been increased continuously. Korean companies were not exception; mainly in large companies, there have been continued the efforts to grow the number of patent applications in quantitative volume. But the issues that how viable patents the companies have, how effectively the companies manage, and how economically usable the patents are, are totally different from quantitative management level. As such, the issue is connected to how to assess the patent management level of companies. On the other side of quantitative growth of patent that companies hold, there are some problems such as the difficulties to determine if the patents hold substantial values, and the difficulties to determine whether the patent are managed effectively. In addition, as the numbers of patent application and registration of companies are increased, the cost for patent holding and managing increase. It is required to pay continuous attention to the cost of patent management because patent registration fee has a property that increases rapidly with time and burden for patentee become heavier. As a result of analysis and interpretation, we confirmed that quantitative management, particularly the number of patent applicant does not make positive impact on how to use patent after application. Rather, it is observed that the economical usage is influenced positively by the efforts of patent applicants such as considering for the time of patent examination, paying attention to receive patent registration decision. Therefore, this study shows that efforts patent applicants provide in management level after application time are important to maintain the value of patents.

  • 90년대 이후 전 세계적으로 지식경영(Knowledge Management : KM)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 특히 기업의 시장가치 중 지식자산이 차지하는 비중이 높아짐에 따라 한국의 건설 분야도 90년대 중반부터 대기업을 중심으론 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 그러나, 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체의 경우에는 기업의 재무 및 조직적인 이유로 지식경영에 대한 이해와 정보화에 뒤쳐지고 있는 실정이다. 더욱이, 건설 분야에서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높게 나타나기 때문에 이들의 기술 수준이 건설공사의 품질과 직결된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 회사의 가치와 경쟁력 향상을 위해서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체들의 여건에 적합한 지식경영 전략 즉, 지식경영 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

개인정보 유출 사고 시 정보보호 기업의 주가 변동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stock Price Fluctuation of Information Security Companies in Personal Information Leakage)

  • 현재 우리나라의 인터넷과 IT 인프라는 세계 최고 수준을 유지하고 있다. 그러나 그 이면에는 보안사고, 특히 개인정보 유출 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 개인정보 유출 사고 발생 시 해당 기업은 부정적 영향을 받게 되며, 이를 방지하기 위해 정보보호 업체의 다양한 보안 솔루션을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 개인정보 유출 사고 발생 시 발생 기업은 물론 기업에 보안 솔루션을 제공하는 정보보호 업체에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인정보 유출 사고 발생 시 정보보호 업체의 주가 변화를 통해 보안 이벤트가 정보보호 업체의 가치에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 가설을 세워 검증하였다. 그 결과 개인정보 유출 사고 발생 시 정보보호 업체의 주가는 상승하였으며, 사고 규모, 사고 발생 업종에 따른 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 정보보호 업체의 업태 구분에 따른 차이가 존재하였다.

$20{\sim}30$대 여성의 피부 타입 측정에 관한 연구 -국내.외 화장품 회사의 피부 측정방법의 비교를 중심으로- (The Research on the Skin Type Test of $20{\sim}30's$ Women -Focused on the Reliability of Skin Type Test Questionnaires-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the skin type of $20{\sim}30’s$ women that use skin type test paper of cosmetic companies and usual using condition for the cosmetics. The result is as follows; The research target is $20{\sim}30’s$ woman in Seoul area, around capital city area and Geonra province, we surveyed the difference among the group, after dividing the groups with job, monthly income. As the result of research on the usual using cosmetics and cleansing products, $20{\sim}30’s$ woman mostly have toilet water, lotion and foam type cleansing product and use them. As the result of consciousness of skin type combination skin type is 46.1%, dry skin type is 23%, oily skin type is 15%, sensitive skin type is 9%, normal skin type is 7%. To compare results of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies with consciousness of skin type, result of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies was different consciousness of skin type. The result of skin type test paper of B company is same as consciousness of skin type is 31.2% and this result among cosmetics companies was appeared high ratio. Among the results from 3 companies, the rate that all result for 1 person's skin type are accord, is just 8%. 2 companies among them have matching rate of 42%. Most of all, each results of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies was appeared difference. This result show the problem of objectivity about skin type test paper of cosmetics companies that they using it.

한복 진흥방안 모색을 위한 안쪽업체 기초실태분석 (The Fact-Finding Survey and Analysis for the Promotion of Korean Traditional Costume Industry)

  • The purpose of the study was to grasp problems through a basic survey of actual conditions of the Korean traditional costume industry and to grope a plan to settle the problems. The results were as follows. Operating Status: Rates of the companies' establishment were reduced in 2000s and their sales were also reduced. Status of Goods Development: Korean traditional costume manufacturers and Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies had the highest rate in non-trademark production. Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies and Korean traditional costume rental companies had high rate in self-design. However, Korean traditional costume manufacturers used textile companies' catalogue with the highest rate. Status of Demand and Supply in Human Resources: In human resources needing most, Korean traditional costume manufacturers were tailors, Korean traditional costume textile fBbric companies were salespersons and Korean traditional costume rental companies were designers. Status of Management and Marketing: Causes of difficulties in management were the market slump and the spreading of products made in China. They had a direct publicity through people around mainly. Therefore, it was urgently necessary to introduce special marketing methods. In an investment plan within three years in the future, about 70% did not have an investment plan. Opinions for Promotion of Korean traditional costume: In the government's support policy they wanted, construction of social atmosphere for Korean traditional costume-wearing and Korean traditional costume related educational support had the highest rate. Most of the companies answered that specialized Korean traditional costume agencies were necessary.

충북지역 오창과학단지의 입지와 기업유형 (A Study on the Location and the Types of Enterprise in Ochang Technopolis in Chungcheongbuk-do(Province), Korea)

  • 본 연구는 지방첨단산업단지의 형성과정과 특성을 살펴보기 위해 오창과학단지를 사례로 입주한 기업체의 업종별, 종사자 수규모별 특성과 기업의 이전과정을 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 기업통계 자료와 기업체들을 대상으로 설문조사 내용이었으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오창과학단지에 입지한 기업체들은 IT산업과 BT산업이 혼재되어 나타났다. 둘째, 오창과학단지 내에 입주한 기업들의 규모별 특성은 대기업보다는 중소규모의 기업체가 많았다. 그리고 입주한 기업들은 새로운 상품을 개발하고 마케팅을 하는 단계에 있으며, 핵심적인 기술이나 벤처 인증을 받은 혁신성이 높은 부품 소재 업체들이 많았다. 셋째 오창과학단지에 입주한 기업들은 수도권과 충청권에서 이주한 기업의 비율이 높았고 본사와 함께 입주한 비율이 70% 이상을 차지했다. 넷째 기업들은 생산품 유형과 기술의 보유 정도에 따라 크게 4가지 유형으로 분류되었다.

  • 인터넷 전자상거래가 확산됨에 따라, 많은 기업들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업 진출을 시도하고 있다 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 통신망을 중심으로 형성된 가상공간상의 신종사업으로서 실제공간에서 이루어지는 사업가는 많은 상이한 면을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 고객을 모집하고 상거래를 일어나도록 하는 각종 전략적 요소들이 어떻게, 왜 선택되었는지, 그리고 기업은 이러한 고객 전략을 어떻게 사용하는지에 대한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 기반을 지니고 있는 사업자의 전략을 살펴보고, 고객 전략적 측면에서 보는 인터넷 쇼핑을 비즈니스의 성공요소가 무엇인지를 도출해 보았다.

섬유·패션기업의 지속가능성 실천 평가 연구 (Study on Practical Evaluation for Sustainability in Textile and Fashion Companies)

  • The practice of sustainability is an important subject to integrate into the management, product planning, manufacturing by textile and fashion companies as well as consumption by end-users. This study shows an evaluation scale designed to assess the practical cases in order to suggest efficient and systematic methods to fulfill the practice of sustainability in textile and fashion companies. First, companies should practice environmental sustainability to use eco-friendly material and cleaner production, protect the environment, and save natural resources. Second, social sustainability is required to fulfill social responsibility and ethical needs. Third, companies should perform various innovative activities, transparency in management, fair competition and economic contribution in the local community in order to maintain economic sustainability to survive in industry. Finally, cultural sustainability should be fulfilled by textile and fashion companies as part of the intellectual-cultural industry in a way that increases the importance of ethnic and cultural diversity. Textile and fashion companies should fulfill four environmental, social, and economic cultural sustainable subjects in a balanced method to accomplish sustainability. The concerns and practices of environmental sustainability are comparatively highly rated due to the analysis of the evaluation scale. However, cultural sustainability (a need of the times) is poorly rated and needs more attention. Therefore, the evaluation scale can be used as a standard tool to fulfill the sustainability of companies and brands from the viewpoint of improving poor and insufficiently sustainable items as well as balancing sustainability management.
