This study examined the current conditions of the community facilities constructed by demonstration project for rural elderly that were promoted for the last two years by the ministry of agriculture, food and rural affairs. The type of community facilities are community living home, community food service facility and small bath house. And it was accomplished satisfaction survey for analyzing the effects of demonstration project focused on inhabitants and users of community facilities constructed by demonstration project. The results are as follows. First, The satisfaction index of community facilities was evaluated high level in generally. Second, Inhabitants and users of facilities were presented high level satisfaction in humanity sector, especially. Third, It should be to establish maintenance and management plan such as supporting of linkage program and operation cost for secure the sustainability. Consequently, the implementation of community facilities demonstration project to improve the living conditions of rural elderly is entirely appropriate. The results of this study were considered to promoting demonstration project for improving quality of the facilities and securing effectiveness of the project.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the method on improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and to evaluate relation between improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and improving the sense of community in apartments. The research subjects of this study is the four public lease apartments which is built around same period with same design guide. The survey method is a questionnaire survey, a experimental study, focus group interview, an analysing drawing. The result of study is as follows. The first, the frequency of use and satisfaction rate have been effected by the operation management system as well as the physical circumstance. The second, The frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities have had positive correlation with sense of community. The third, multimedia room and conference room with low usability need to change a multipurpose space such as cafe, classroom for learning on artistic topic with high demand from occupant. Finally, a mindset shift is required for architects to inspire community facilities as an important mediated space improving the sense of community by suggesting spaces for leisure and hobby activities.

본 연구는 지역사회 비영리 공연 관람객의 동기와 지역사회만족도 간 매개효과로써 공연만족도와 관객충성도를 살펴보는 것이다. 동기는 내적/외적으로 구분하여 관객의 심층적인 욕구를 알아보았다. 데이터 구축을 위해 지난 1년간 제주지역 비영리 공연 관람 경험이 있는 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 363명에 대한 설문자료를 분석자료로 사용하였다. 분석결과, 내적/외적 동기 수준이 높을수록 대체로 공연에 대한 만족과 충성도는 높게 나타났지만(H1, H2, H3), 외적동기가 충성도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다(H4). 그러나 2가지 동기 모두 공연만족도를 매개하여 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다(H5,H8). 공연에 대한 만족이 지역사회만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만(H6), 관객충성도는 지역사회만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다(H7). 관람동기의 경우, 지역사회만족도 간의 관계에서 공연만족도는 매개효과를 보이지 않았다(H9). 관객충성도의 경우 내적동기는 매개효과를 보였지만 외적동기는 매개효과를 보이지 않았다(H10). 동기-만족도-충성도-지역사회만족도는 순차적인 단계의 프로세스를 보였다(H11). 결과적으로, 지역주민들이 비영리 공연에 관심을 가지고 참여한다면 해당 지역에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 갖게 된다. 따라서 지역 차원에서 제공되는 공연예술은 지역 발전의 중요한 요소로써 인식되어야 한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구와 관련된 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였다.

This study aims to find out the differences of community satisfaction between rural and urban residents and identify factors influence community satisfaction. The secondary data designed and surveyed by Rural Development Administration in 2018 were used in this study. The total respondents were 3,929; rural 2,780 and urban 1,149 respectively. The major findings were as follows; First, the level of community satisfaction showed satisfactory in both region, however, level of urban residents were more high than rural. Secondly, perceive safety factor(4 variables) was the most influential in both area. The variances explained were 5.2% in rural and 10.5% in urban.

This study aims to explore and identify factors of respondent's on the definition of 'smart community facilities', their usage and satisfaction in Malaysia. Study carried out in four sites which were Kota Belud, Kemaman, Lundu and Putrajaya. Data was collected through qualitative method where interviews was carried out with several smart community members in answering factors that drives the usage/participation, satisfaction and continuance intention from using the 'smart community facilities'. Interpretation from the qualitative approach reveals that community thinks infrastructure, content and digital services will help to generate and build up 'smart community'. This will give the benefit for the whole community as well as improve individual efficiency, lifestyles and well-being. Findings demonstrated that the advance of Internet will enhance people usage on being 'smart' and efficient and it should be further improved with better infrastructures, systematic development with sophisticated digital technology services, facilities and structured content, and also safety-security measures in place.

Purpose: The aims of this study were to examine the work, client, and personal environments of community health practitioners, including the level of their professional quality of life (ProQOL), and identify the factors affecting their ProQOL. Methods: Data were collected using a web-survey questionnaire, which was completed by a sample of 308 community health practitioners currently working in Korea. The questionnaire included items on ProQOL; three dimensions labeled compassion satisfaction, burn out, and secondary traumatic stress; job stress; job satisfaction; sense of community; and general characteristics. Results: The mean scores for the three dimensions were $39.2{\pm}6.44$ (compassion satisfaction), $31.9{\pm}3.59$ (burn out), and $26.4{\pm}5.05$ (secondary traumatic stress). A multiple linear regression revealed that compassion satisfaction varied significantly according to the satisfaction with job choice, sense of community, job stress, and job satisfaction. The factors affecting burn out were sense of community and work load, while the factors affecting secondary traumatic stress were education, job stress, and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that comprehensive intervention focusing on improving the sense of community and job satisfaction and reducing job stress is essential to promote community health practitioners' ProQOL.

본 연구는 농촌지역 생활공동체 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 공동체 특성이 미치는 영향을 파악함에 주목한 연구이다. 분석에 활용한 자료는 전라북도 농촌 노인 생활공동체에 거주하는 노인들을 대상으로 수집한 서베이 자료이다(사례 수 670명). 구체적인 분석에는 공동체 특성 변수들은 독립변수, 생활만족도를 종속변수, 개인 특성은 통제변수로 설정한 다중회귀분석모델을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 공동체 특성 중에서는 프로그램, 구성원간 상호지원, 물리적 공간 만족도, 지역공동체 의식, 구성원간 갈등, 가사노동 부담감 등이 생활공동체 거주 노인의 생활만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 주관적 건강, 월평균 소득, 혼인상태(사별) 등의 개인 특성 변수들 또한 유의미 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 농촌 생활공동체의 특성들이 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 주요한 영향 요인임을 보여주는 바로, 농촌 노인 생활공동체의 성과 제고를 위해서는 거주 노인들간 상호관계 향상, 프로그램들의 개발 및 실행, 물리적 공간의 개선 등 생활공동체 측면들에의 개선이 적극 필요함을 시사하여 준다.

This study analyzed the effects of consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention and analyzed the effects of behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction on repurchasing intention. Additionally, this study analyzed the differences in sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of outdoor consumers'consumption values. A survey was conducted from July 20th to 30th, 2015, and 527 responses were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands was classified into mutual influences, sufficiency necessity, emotional connectedness, and sense of belonging. Second, outdoor consumers'sense of community had positive impacts on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Third, outdoor consumers'behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction had positive impacts on repurchasing intention. Fourth, there were differences in the outdoor consumers'sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of consumption values. Therefore, outdoor brands can strengthen the relationship with customers considering values and behavior, suggesting the need for a strategy that promotes consumers'sense of community with sustainable management activities that save the environment and local community.

This study investigated the influence of perceived parenting style on the sense of community of middle-class adolescents and if adolescent' life satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between perceived parenting style and sense of community. The study population consisted of a nationally representative sample of elementary and middle school students who completed the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey of the National Youth Policy Institute in 2010. Among the 4,729 participants of the data, 2,876 were eligible for research focused on the middle class. Descriptive statistics included frequency, average, and standard deviation; in addition, reliability and stepwise regression results were reported using SPSS statistics. The results were as follows. First, the sense of community was 2.86 out of 4-point Likert scale. Monitoring (3.28) was the highest among the perceived parenting styles followed by affection (3.17), reasoning (3.01), over-expectation (2.57), over-interference, and inconsistency (2.40). Second, among subcategories of perceived parenting style, affection, reasoning, monitoring, and over-expectation had a statistically significant influence on sense of community. A higher perceived parenting style had a higher sense of community of middle-class children. Third, the life satisfaction of children had a statistically significant moderating effect on relationship between perceived parenting style and sense of community; therefore, the influence of perceived parenting style on sense of community could change according to life satisfaction.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify a conceptual link between role conflict, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, with a specific examination on how job satisfaction mediated the relationship between role conflict and organizational commitment, among community healthcare workers. Methods: Participants were 119 community healthcare workers of the Seoul Preventive Project for Metabolic Syndrome at 15 community health centers. Descriptive analysis, correlations analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical analysis of our data. Additionally, Sobel's test was used to verify the significance of the mediating effect. Results: An inverse association between role conflict and organizational commitment was found (beta=-0.53, p<.001). This relationship was fully mediated by job satisfaction (z=-6.43, p<.001). Conclusion: Job satisfaction mediates the effects of role conflict on the organizational commitment of healthcare workers in community health centers. Strategies for improving the components of job satisfaction are needed to achieve better outcomes in organizational commitment in the Seoul Preventive Project for Metabolic Syndrome and possibly other work settings.
