건축공사 현장 조직의 협업 능력이 현장 조직 관리에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 현장 조직의 협업은 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련이 있어 커뮤니케이션을 향상시키면 조직의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련된 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 현장소장 리더십이 개인적 배려와 이상적 영향 특성을 가지고 있을 때, 현장 조직문화가 합의문화 특성을 가지고 있을 때 커뮤니케이션이 더 잘 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션을 향상시켜 조직을 체계적으로 관리하는데 기여할 수 있다.

In this study, we introduce a multi-modal mixed reality (MR) application for advertising the main touristic landmarks on Jeju Island, and evaluate its effectiveness based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with a focus on the user's involvement in Korean culture (K-Culture). Specifically, we deployed several stimuli to enable users to retrieve information, visualize a variety of heritage content such as text, images, videos, virtual artifacts, and immerse in a VR environment to experience the heritage locations. The results of the online survey with 436 participants showed that for consumers with low K-Culture involvement, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease-of-Use did not affect their Intention to Visit the island. Still, it had a significant impact on their Intention to Use the application. On the other hand, for the group with high K-Culture involvement, Perceived Usefulness had no effect on the Intention to Use and Intention to Visit. However, Perceived Ease-of-Use had a significant impact on their Intention to Use the application and Intention to Visit Jeju Island. Therefore, when user involvement in K-Culture is high, convenience of use has played a significant role in sensory media usage and the intention to visit, regardless of the usefulness of the mixed reality content. In contrast, users with low K-Culture involvement primarily focused on the functional aspects of the application. These findings open the path for follow-up studies on K-Culture involvement and immersive media tourism marketing, which will benefit digital tourism marketing and Korea's tourism industry.

This paper presents a study on nonlinear time varying systems based on differential geometry. A brief introduction about controllability and involutivity will be presented. As an example, the exact feedback linearization and the approximate feedback linearization are used in order to show some application examples.

본 연구에서는 인간의 의사소통이 갖고 있는 복잡한 과정을 고려하여 재난 시 위험의 소통방식에서 나타나는 오류들을 분석하고, 안전문화를 정착시키기 위한 방법 중 가장 효과적인 방법의 하나로 "위험소통"을 그 대안으로 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 안전문화를 개인의 과제가 아닌 조직 내에서의 협동과제로 인식하고, 조직 내 소통을 통한 신뢰가 안전문화에 미치는 영향력에 집중하였다. 본 연구의 제안을 통해 위험소통에 대한 새로운 원칙들을 제시함으로써 조직 내 안전문화의 새로운 방향을 도모하고자 한다.

The impact of social networking is varied from good to bad. Online activities have also been categorized into pros and cons of social networking, either as reported as hiding Internet activities among teenagers or killing loneliness among elderly. In terms of relationships, there have been argument over its closeness and quality of an online relationship in Internet settings. Looking at the contradiction in an innovative interaction between classic community communication and social media, there is an unknown scent of the future struggling and challenging both human communication and relationships in the presence of digital culture. This research uses Diffusion of Innovation to study the wide and continuous spread of digital culture in human communication; and, Media Dependency in learning and structuring the cognitive, affective and behavioral effects of social media on each person uses the media in different ways. This research will be using online survey to gain opinions from a social network site as an update of views and reflection of self-awareness to all levels of people. Social media like Facebook (FB) is perceived as a good tool of communication that it is able to bring closeness among the family members. The results show that social media like FB brings positive impact towards family members; it would help to build a better and harmonic society; and, relationships among family members and communication shall be improved and enhanced to the level of a united society.

본고의 연구 목적은 일본산 가라오케가 부산에 유입된 사회경제적 배경을 검토하고, 1980년대 부산 지역을 중심으로 번졌던 가라오케 문화가 1990년대 노래방 문화의 태동과 어떠한 관련성을 가지는지를 기술의 사회적 구성주의론이라는 시각에서 해명하는 데 있다. 연구결과, 1980년대 가라오케의 부산 유입에 있어서 가장 중요한 사회경제적 배경에는 1970년대 동아시아 기생관광산업의 구조 변동 속에서 정부의 관광객 유치 정책에 의해 부산을 방문하는 일본인 관광객이 늘어났다는 요인이 자리를 잡고 있지만, 1982년 정부의 국제여행 알선업체의 등록제 전환과 그에 따른 여행업체와 가라오케 업소 간의 사업적 제휴, 가라오케 업소 간의 일본인 관광객 유치 경쟁 또한 부산 지역 가라오케의 증가를 가져온 요인이었음이 밝혀졌다. 한편, 1980년대 부산의 노래방 문화 형성이 가라오케 문화와 맺는 관련성을 매체사적인 시각에서 살펴본 결과, 초창기 직접적으로 노래방기계를 접했던 부산 지역의 사람들은 노래방의 '새로움'을 주로 전자오락기와의 비교를 통해 인지했었던 데 반해, 가라오케와 노래방을 비슷한 것으로 잘못 인식해 노래방을 '왜색 문화'라고 비판했던 언론은 비록 부정적 방식이긴 하더라도 노래방의 사회적 인지 확대에 매우 큰 역할을 담당했음이 밝혀졌고, 그런 점에서 1980년대 부산의 가라오케 문화는 노래방의 사회적 인지 획득 과정에 연관되어 있음이 드러났다.

본 연구의 목적은 수학교실문화 형성 수업이 초등학생의 인지적 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 과정을 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 서울시내 한 초등학교 3학년 2개 학급을 선정한 후 수학교실문화 형성을 위한 규범 협의 및 수학적 의사소통을 기반으로 한 20차시의 수업을 진행하고 경청 자기 평가지를 작성하였다. 인지적 영역의 검사를 위해 수학 성취도 평가를 실시하였고 정의적 영역의 검사를 위해 수학적 성향 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 수학교실문화 형성 수업이 학생의 인지적 정의적 영역 발달에 긍정적인 효과를 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 수학교실문화 형성 과정에서 학생들은 수학 교과의 정의적 측면에서의 변화가 드러났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학교 현장에서 수학교실문화의 중요성에 대한 교사의 인식 변화의 필요성과 학생을 둘러싼 다양한 환경이 연계된 수학교실문화의 형성을 제안하였다.

The article discusses the types of video conferencing, hardware and software, features and requirements for communication channels, types of information transmitted through these channels.

The implementation of a hybrid network utilizing Power Line Communication (PLC) and Wi-Fi technologies has been demonstrated to improve signal strength and coverage in areas with poor connectivity due to internet shadow areas. In this study we strategically positioned Wi-Fi relays and utilized the capabilities of PLC technology to significantly improve signal strength and coverage in areas with poor connectivity. We also analyzed the effects of metallic obstacles on Wi-Fi signal propagation and proposed a solution to strengthen the signal enough to pass through them. Our experiment demonstrated the feasibility and potential of using this hybrid network in industrial scenarios for real-time data transmission. Overall, the results suggest that the use of PLC and Wi-Fi hybrid networks can be a cost-effective and efficient solution for overcoming internet connectivity challenges and has the potential to provide high-speed internet access to areas with unreliable signals.

As the social change has been occured by industrialization and urbanization, making valuable family culture has come to be a social task. The development of family culture education program is required to create future - oriented family culture. This study aims at searching for the direction of family culture education program in Korea development to sere creating desirable family culture. For this study the concepts of family culture and family culture education were defined and the characteristics and problems of Korean family culture were discussed. Based on these discussion, the direction of family culture educational program was proposed. The directions of Korean family culture education program were suggested promotion communitarian consciousness, balancing between traditional and modern value, creating democratization among generations and genders, eqyipping with constructive communication channel, and encouraging autonomy and creativity. To work out these directions, appropriate and educational model should be mobilized to incilude whole family.
