Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the characteristics of caregivers and adults with intellectual disability, and social support, family function, and rehabilitation needs in caregivers. Methods : A total 98 pairs of adults with intellectual disability and their caregivers participated in this study. The researchers examined the general characteristics of the adults with intellectual disability and their caregivers. The evaluation included analysis of the level of activities of daily living, ability to communicate, and health status of the adults with intellectual disability, while the family income, health status, utility and the need for rehabilitation, social support (multidimensional scaled perceived social support, MSPSS) and family function (adaptation, partnership, growth, affection, resolve, and APGAR index) of the caregivers were measured. The data collected were analyzed to determine the relationship of the characteristics of adults with intellectual disability and the social support, family function, and rehabilitation needs of caregivers using regression and correlation analysis. Results : The rehabilitation needs were significantly correlated with the age of the adults with intellectual disability (p<.01), and the subjective health status of the caregivers (p<.05). The education level of the caregivers affected social support significantly ($R^2=.058$, p=.021). The communication ability of the adults with intellectual disability affected family function ($R^2=.071$, p=.01). The social support of caregivers had a significant effect on family function ($R^2=.488$, p<.001). Conclusion : These findings suggest that the barriers to community rehabilitation should be lowered, and the authors discussed the results of the present investigation.

PikD is a widely known pathway-specific regulator for controlling pikromycin production in Streptomyces venezuelae ATCC 15439, which is a representative of the large ATP-binding regulator of the LuxR family (LAL) in Streptomyces sp. RapH and FkbN also belong to the LAL family of transcriptional regulators, which show greatest homology with the ATP-binding motif and helix-turn-helix DNA-binding motif of PikD. Overexpression of pikD and heterologous expression of rapH and fkbN led to enhanced production of pikromycin by approximately 1.8-, 1.6-, and 1.6-fold in S. venezuelae, respectively. Cross-complementation of rapH and fkbN in the pikD deletion mutant (ΔpikD) restored pikromycin and derived macrolactone production. Overall, these results show that heterologous expression of rapH and fkbN leads to the overproduction of pikromycin and its congeners from the pikromycin biosynthetic pathway in S. venezuelae, and they have the same functionality as the pathwayspecific transcriptional activator for the pikromycin biosynthetic pathway in the ΔpikD strain. These results also show extensive "cross-communication" between pathway-specific regulators of streptomycetes and suggest revision of the current paradigm for pathwayspecific versus global regulation of secondary metabolism in Streptomyces species.

In this paper, to analyze the meaning of middle-aged men's economic activities, TEXTOM was used to analyze them. The data collection period is set from 2017 to 2019. Among the collected data, 100 refined words were converted into a matrix in which the degree of social connection was calculated, and the keyword network analysis was performed again with the NetDraw program. According to the study, middle-aged men put more meaning on their current work and family than their future retirement. Also, the related word commonly included in the top five for all three years was 'work'. Related words commonly included in the top 10 were 'old age', 'family', and 'work', and in 2018 and 2019, 'health' was included in the top 10. As a result of this, the middle-aged men living in the modern age are the generation who keep their families through economic activities and are increasingly interested in health and prepare for retirement. Therefore, policy support for stable economic activities is needed to improve the quality of life for middle-aged men. It is necessary to extend the retirement age, expand jobs and provide effective vocational training so that it can handle its role as the head of a family. In addition, measures should be taken to reduce the wage gap between highly skilled and low-skilled workers.

This study investigated the relationship between style of purchase behavior and search information, attitude, and behavior for energy saving. In addition, this paper classified several consumer groups based on their different styles of purchase behavior and investigated whether those groups differ in attitude and behavior for energy saving. The following is a summary of the main results. First, consumers were classified according to style of purchase behavior into a rational consumer group, a fashion- or brand-oriented group, a group uninterested in consumption, and a neutrally oriented group. Second, there were no significant differences among the four consumer groups in the amount of information search and the level of communication with other consumers related to energy-saving information; however, there were significant differences in terms of the information sources used. For example, the neutrally oriented group was more likely to use more objective information sources. Third, the level of attitude toward energy saving was more likely to be active when consumers were old and rational. Consumers with a high income, education and experience in energy saving, and an active attitude were more likely to be active in energy saving, especially in the disposal stage of purchase. Finally, attitude toward energy saving was the most influential factor in the level of energy-saving behavior.

As social media has become a part of daily life, new types of online opinion leaders are emerging, and in turn, changes in traditional fashion leaders and leadership are expected. Considering such changes, this study attempted to reexamine fashion leader types and influence characteristics from the perspective of college students as fashion followers. Students were asked to write an essay identifying their fashion leader and how and why they were influenced by him or her. Sixty essays entitled "My Fashion Leader" were collected and content-analyzed. A total of 78 fashion leaders were identified and categorized into four types including celebrities, social media influencers, friends/family/acquaintances, and people seen on the street in order of frequency. Influence characteristics of the identified fashion leaders included superiority, role model, similarity, and familiarity. Similarity was observed across all types of fashion leaders, while superiority and familiarity were identified for celebrities and friends/family/acquaintances, respectively. The results imply that celebrities, mostly those from the TV, movie, and music industries, are still important as fashion leaders in society regardless of their communication style, while friends/family/acquaintances as opinion leaders within a consumer group are important to provide information, advice, and help. However, social media influencers between the two groups are expanding the influence.

This study was to investigate the perception and the usability of gardening program in a community for protection of school bullying at a middle school. The data collected from 640persons of middle school students, their parents, teachers, residents, NPO staffs for youth, active persons in urban agriculture and farming at 3communities during 2014.10.21.~2014.11.5. The degree on necessity of gardening program to protect school bullying were statistical significant different by age, garden experience, understanding and exchanging with youth and neighbors, keeping relationship or communication between school and family or residents. Most of parents, teachers prefer to increase the family counseling program by NPOs for protection of school bullying. On the contrary, concerns in urban agriculture and farming strengthened to cheer up gardening program for youth. In this study also, it was agreed that gardening program is useful for protection of school bullying and for stability of emotional safety for youth involving in middle school students. From these results, gardening program will be more contribution to communications and exchanges between school, student's family and their community persons as like neighbors, NPO staffs, concerns in urban agriculture and farming.

This study aims to develop a solution to inter-floor noise complaints by exploring cases of noise complaints between floors and by identifying the demands and needs of the residents. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting residents who were sorted into groups depending on their experiences with inter-floor noise. This survey was carried out from June 11, 2014 to June 16, 2014. A total of 100 copies of the questionnaire was distributed to the residents, of which 98 were completed and collected. Data were statistically processed in accordance with SPSS WIN 18.0. The results showed that the leading causes of inter-floor noise complaints were residents' differences in schedules and their inconsideration in behavior. Thus, the solution to this issue is three-fold: first, to take social measures in order to improve communication and understanding between residents so they can be mindful of their noise levels; second, to reinforce noise control regulation; and third, to improve noise reduction design within the building architecture.

Nowadays, kitchen are not for the housewives who were independent themselves in the past but for the functional spaces. Kitchen spaces are not only the main function in the residence but also changing spaces which provide the mutual understanding communication between the family members. Although the primary function of the kitchen is food preparation, it is commonly a gathering spot for family and friends, especially if it includes an informal eating area. With so much time spent in the kitchen, and can easily become tired do the decorating scheme. But, for fear of high remodeling costs, it is often unchanged for many years. Surprisingly, there are many changes that can de made to the decorating scheme of a kitchen without either the expense or the inconvenience of remodeling. Between materials on the market, materials for kitchen interior were chosen for this study. Following results came from the materials after combustion. Among boards, MDF showed the highest score in these four categories; residual inflame time, residual glow time, carbonization length, carbonization area. Also, among finishing materials (interior materials), MDF + Poly Coating showed the highest score in those categories. Therefore, it seemed that interior materials need flame retardancy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between complexity, tacit knowledge, know-how, perception, and perception on business performance, and to suggest management implications for corporate performance and organizational executives. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, corporate representatives and staff in charge of organization should be able to access various information and contents through various routes about the work of members of the organization, and should make efforts to freely communicate among members. Second, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should consider using the traditional methods of communication within their work, but allowing more informed and inmates to do more off-the-job activities that can increase intimacy with each other. Third, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should provide a situation in which they can acquire work knowledge in a variety of ways, but must devise communication methods to increase information sharing and information value among members. Fourth, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should endeavor to provide employees with educational support, family invitation events, awards and bonuses, and compliments that will make them more interested in their work. Lastly, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners are encouraged to maintain effective communication, employee pride, etc., so that the concentration of work, achievement, quality and productivity of work, and high professionalism can be maintained. You will have to work hard.

The $4^{th}$ industrial revolution is a super connection society. It connects all things between things and things, PC and mobile phone, human and human and human and things. In Jeju island, 'Batdam' and 'Sandam' are conneted like 'black dragon ten thousand Li', and stone walls are connected to each other as the stone network, which is called as the 'Goendam' (and conventionally is told as the 'Goendang') and is related to the Family network. Also, IoT(Internet of Things) makes the connection between the stone network and people. The Jeju's fourth industrial revolution is a its testbed. 'Goendang' connection in 4G industrial revolution is shown to be important Node and Link in socially and mathematically. In this paper, we review the historical background of the Goendang and find combinations of stones on the various types of stone field using the algebraic geometry.
