한국형 기동헬기 내부통화장치의 통화품질 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Voice Communication Quality Improvement of Intercom System for KUH)

  • 한국형 기동헬기(KUH) 내부통화장치는 VHF-FM 무전기, U/VHF-AM 무전기와 함께 통신계통을 구성하는 장비로서, 조종사의 임무 수행에 핵심적인 장비이다. 내부통화장치는 조종사 및 승무원에게 내부통화 기능, 외부통화 기능, 모드 조정 및 볼륨 조절 기능, 음성경고 기능을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 내부통화장치의 비행시험 지적사항을 발생원인 별로 분류하고, 각 지적사항에 대한 고장탐구 수행과정을 정리하였다. 또한, 고장탐구 내용을 바탕으로 도출한 설계개선 사항과 개선사항에 대한 비행시험 검증 결과를 함께 기술하였다.

예비교사의 초등 수학 수업에 대한 비평 수준 분석 (An Analysis of the Levels of Prospective Teachers' Comments on Elementary Mathematics Instruction)

  • 예비교사가 수학 수업을 어떻게 이해하고 비평하는지는 수업전문성 개발의 기초가 되므로 중요하다. 본 연구는 예비교사들이 교육실습 과정 중 현직교사의 시범 수업을 참관한 후 작성한 수업 비평을 토대로, 비평 수준 및 특징을 분석한 것이다. 특히 비평에 포함된 수학 내용뿐만 아니라 주체, 견지, 근거, 대안을 토대로 비평 수준을 종합적으로 분석하였다는 점이 유의미하다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들의 비평 수준은 1수준(소감형), 2수준(점검형), 3수준(분석형) 중 대부분 2수준에 머물러 있음을 알 수 있었다. 비평 수준틀에 대한 중다회귀분석결과 비평 수준에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 요인은 견지(見地)였다. 한편 예비교사들의 비평을 통하여 교육실습 과정에서의 수업 참관이 수학 수업과 관련된 신념과 교사로서의 이미지 형성에 중요한 영향을 끼친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 수학 수업에 대한 비평 및 교육실습과 관련하여 교사의 전문성 신장을 도모할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다.

회양구침혈(回陽九鍼穴)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A review study on the Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul)

  • Objectives : Although Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul is important for acupuncture treatment in emergency and has been widely used, but there is few study about that, except some comments in ancient literatures. So in this study, the author reviewed the Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul, investigating the composition and the function, and found the meaning with analysis based on meridian. Methods : 1. The author reviewed several ancient literatures related with the Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul. 2. The author investigated the composition of Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul, and the location, acupuncture treatment, specificity, disease of each acupoint. 3. Following the investigation, the author found the meaning, the mechanism of function, and the clinical usefulness, based on analysis with meridian. Results : 1. Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul had been referred in "Chim Gu Chwei Young" for the first time. 2. Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul is composed of 9 acupoints, i.e. 1 acupoint of Governor Vessel, 1 acupoint of Conception Vessel, 2 acupoints of Yang Myoung meridian, 1 acupoint of So Yang meridian, 1 acupoint of Tae Eum meridian, 2 acupoints of So Eum meridian, 1 acupoint of Gwel Eum meridian. 3. It has not been controversial since the comment of "Chim Gu Chwei Young", and it became the origin. Conclusions : 1. Hwe Yang Gu Chim Hyul can be used for an emergency resulted from chronic disease based on heart failure and accumulation of food.

Rheology of Concentrated Xanthan Gum Solutions : Steady Shear Flow Behavior

  • Using a strain-controlled rheometer, the steady shear flow properties of aqueous xanthan gum solutions of different concentrations were measured over a wide range of shear rates. In this article, both the shear rate and concentration dependencies of steady shear flow behavior are reported from the experimentally obtained data. The viscous behavior is quantitatively discussed using a well-known power law type flow equation with a special emphasis on its importance in industrial processing and actual usage. In addition, several inelastic-viscoplastic flow models including a yield stress parameter are employed to make a quantitative evaluation of the steady shear flow behavior, and then the applicability of these models is also examined in detail. Finally, the elastic nature is explained with a brief comment on its practical significance. Main results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Concentrated xanthan gum solutions exhibit a finite magnitude of yield stress. This may come from the fact that a large number of hydrogen bonds in the helix structure result in a stable configuration that can show a resistance to flow. (2) Concentrated xanthan gum solutions show a marked non-Newtonian shear-thinning behavior which is well described by a power law flow equation and may be interpreted in terms of the conformational status of the polymer molecules under the influence of shear flow. This rheological feature enhances sensory qualities in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic products and guarantees a high degree of mix ability, pumpability, and pourability during their processing and/or actual use. (3) The Herschel-Bulkley, Mizrahi-Berk, and Heinz-Casson models are all applicable and have equivalent ability to describe the steady shear flow behavior of concentrated xanthan gum solutions, whereas both the Bingham and Casson models do not give a good applicability. (4) Concentrated xanthan gum solutions exhibit a quite important elastic flow behavior which acts as a significant factor for many industrial applications such as food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturing processes.

평위산의 방론에 대한 고찰 (Consideration in the Interpretation of the Pyeongwi-san Prescription)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the interpretation of the Pyeongwi-san(PWS) prescription in order to obtain the evidence for clinical applications. Methods and Result : We interpreted on the PWS-related contents based on 15 classic books, analyzed it according to followed categories ; origin, indication and precaution, usage, meaning of name, physiological and pathological situation of PWS, explain about each herbs. Conclusion : 1. PWS was first mentioned in the Bakjebang, its application was enhancing appetite. Application of PWS not only expanded digestive disease, infectious disease, and pain in articular, but also used to toniyfing drug. 2. Generous application method of PWS was ‘Sujunbok(水煎服)’. Pill preparation(丸劑) and decoction with salt(鹽湯劑) were also used 3. "Pyeongwi(平胃)“ in PWS means "flatten the stomach". There are some theory about methodology to "Pyeongwi (平胃)“, one is "drain the pathogen in stomach(敦阜說)”, other is "tonifying stomach's healthy qi(卑監說)“, the other is compromise theory. 4. Most medical literature related application situation of PWS to dampness(濕邪) in stomach. In Gangsulwongobangsunju, there are more detailed explain focused on metal qi(金氣), and fire qi(火氣) 5. Atractylodes japonica Koidz(蒼朮) drys dampness and fortifys the spleen, Magnolia officinalis Rehder(厚朴) eliminates dampness and treats fullness, Citrus reticulata Blanco(陳皮) moves and drains qi, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(甘草) tonify and harmonize in herbal formula

ISO 9001:2015 인증을 위한 리스크 기반 사고의 개념과 리스크 관리 (A Fundamental Concept of Risk-Based Thinking and Risk Management for ISO 9001:2015 Certification)

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Requirements has been revised in 2015. It has been updated four times since its publication in 1987. It is the most widely used International Standard in the world. There are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001 from an ISO survey. Organizations are supposed to be certified to this new version by late 2018. The key changes in ISO 9001:2015 are to establish a High Level Structure (HLS) and focus on Risk-Based Thinking (RBT). Risk-Based Thinking means the process approach to decide how risk is addressed in establishing the processes to improve process outputs and prevent undesirable results. It pursues process planning and controls based on risks so that organizations can improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. It maintains and manages a Quality Management System that inherently addresses risks and meets objectives. In this article we firstly attempt to explain how to understand the fundamental concept of Risk-Based Thinking which is a systematic approach to consider risks rather than treating prevention as a separate component of a Quality Management System. We comment on the detailed requirements that contain risks in ISO 9001:2015 clauses. We also summarize recent advances on the risk assessment and management in line with ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management-Principles and Guidelines. We finally propose the practical risk management procedures for implementing ISO 9001:2015 with an emphasis on RBT. This article would contribute to help quality managers and practitioners convert to ISO 9001:2015.

  • 오피니언 마이닝은 기존의 데이터 마이닝 기술을 활용하여 웹 상에 개재된 블로그, 상품평등에 나타난 저자의 의견을 추출하는 분야로써 텍스트의 주제를 판단하는 것이 아닌 주제에 대한 저자의 태도를 판단하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 오피니언 마이닝 알고리즘과 공개된 음성인식 API을 사용하여 텍스트가 아닌 음성의 대한 데이터의 감정을 판단하기 위해 제안했다. 이 시스템은 공개된 Google Voice Recognition API와 주제어와 관련된 순위화 알고리즘, 개선된 극성 판단 알고리즘을 통하여 설계하고, 이를 바탕으로 음성인식 인터뷰 모델을 구현한다.

간호행정학회지 게재불가논문 분석 [2012년~2015년 6월] (Analysis of Manuscripts Rejected by the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Administration [2012~2015 Jun])

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis the manuscripts rejected for publication in the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Administration during the last three years six months (2012~2015 Jun). Methods: Seventy eight rejected manuscripts were analyzed focusing on manuscripts characteristics, such as rejection rates, year of submission, occupation of first author and corresponding author, number of authors, funding, thesis or dissertation, article type, study participants, number of reviews prior to rejection, and 3rd reviewer. Also reviewers' quantitative evaluation scores and subjective comments were analyzed. Reviewers' subjective comments were analyzed using content analysis methodology. Results: The mean rate for manuscript rejection was 28.9% and for quantitative research, qualitative research, and review papers the quantitative evaluation scores were $2.54{\pm}0.70$, $2.39{\pm}0.69$, and $2.39{\pm}0.69$ out of 5 points, respectively. The most frequent subjective comment on rejected manuscripts was 'lack of rationale for research need'. Conclusion: In this study the characteristics and the reasons for rejecting manuscripts were identified. These findings can be used in developing effective strategies for researchers, reviewers and editors to improve the quality of research and research reviews of nursing administration research.

폴드공간의 인지생태론적 특성과 그 효과 (The Cognitive Ecological Characteristics in Folded Space and Their Effects)

  • In accordance with the rapid growth of digital media in 1990s, the state of indetermination that is found in digital process has been emphasized in the field of natural science and philosophy. Digitalized space design has been dramatically developed and it raised heated debate and comment on 'folded space' The purpose of this thesis is to explore how the cognitive-ecological factors constitute fold structures in space design of the late 20th century. Syntax of space structure and geometric composition were analyzed to define what types of cognitive-ecological factors are contrived in the process of visual information. In particular, I put higher theoretical emphasis on what characteristics are ensued in the process of structuring spaces than any other subjects. Through theses analyses and discussions, I raised questions on what principles are operating to create new space design that counts on non-linear structure and its formational process. And I also observed what influences these structural principles of design could fundamentally bring to human beings. First, I proposed that we could overcome reductionist space design through cognitive-ecological approach. Some key concepts such as affordance, parallel processing, and redundancy were adopted as defining elements of non-linear structures. As a result of analyses, I found that the cognitive-ecological approach could substitute the reductionist space design of the past. What is also found is that the three variables are the ultimate ecological elements. In addition, as a methodological concept of fold structures, the form of 'topology' was highlighted because it could be a supporting idea to the cognitive-ecological factors. Second, I claimed that non-linear design is more experiential than rational linear design, and it is more efficiently correspondent to human being than any other forms. What is intended and implied in non-linear structure is also indicated.
