Korea has entered into the Post Catching-up era and the necessity of new innovation strategy in response is being raised. This study argues the necessity of new innovation strategy and discusses the issue of co-ordination between R&D and Human Resource for that as the key factor. From empirical analysis, there seems to be restricted inflow of outstanding human resources to manufacturing sectors and lowering effectiveness of major even with the improved compatibility between major and job. Especially, it is severe in the industries with high R&D investment. It can be interpreted as an incoordination of the technological innovation efforts from the aspect of R&D investment with human resource utilization from the aspect of new human resource. The analytical result and interpretation suggests that there should be more active improvement on the co-ordination between innovative manufacturers' efforts and human resource utilization, in order to keep sustainable development.

Wittgenstein asserts in the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus 5.542 that "A believes that p" is of the form "'p' says p" and "here we have no co-ordination of a fact and an object, but a co-ordination of facts by means of a co-ordination of their objects." What does, then, it mean exactly that 'p' says p? What are "facts" and "a co-ordination" in the expression "a co-ordination of facts"? Are propositional attitude statements significant propositions or not? Furthermore, what is the point of Wittgenstein's criticism of Russell's theory of judgement? In this paper, I will answer these questions on the basis of Wittgenstein's explication of the concept of thought and Ramsey's relevant remark on propositional attitude. Meanwhile propositional attitude statements are bound up with solipsism of the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus and some of them have senses. Hence both of assertions that all the propositional attitude statements are significant and all of them are nonsense in the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus are not correct.

In this paper, knowledge-based approach using Support Vector Machines (SVMs) are used for estimating the coordinated zonal settings of a distance relay. The approach depends on the detailed simulation studies of apparent impedance loci as seen by distance relay during disturbance, considering various operating conditions including fault resistance. In a distance relay, the impedance loci given at the relay location is obtained from extensive transient stability studies. SVMs are used as a pattern classifier for obtaining distance relay co-ordination. The scheme utilizes the apparent impedance values observed during a fault as inputs. An improved performance with the use of SVMs, keeping the reach when faced with different fault conditions as well as system power flow changes, are illustrated with an equivalent 265 bus system of a practical Indian Western Grid.

한국이 탈추격에 진입하였으며 이에 대응한 새로운 기술혁신전략이 필요하다고 제기되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 이를 산업연관표에 기반한 산업별 생산방식 변화 등의 분석을 통하여 확인하며, 산업별 인력 구성의 변화를 중심으로 새로운 기술혁신전략을 모색하였다. 인력양성과 활용의 측면을 중심으로 한 학습과정(leaning process)이 R&D 등 혁신노력과 성공적으로 조응될 때 기대한 혁신성과가 실현될 수 있음을, 28산업분류 수준에서 대학 전공의 일에서의 유용성과 R&D투입간 조응성을 통하여 분석하고, 이러한 사항이 국가수준의 혁신정책에 통합되어야 함을 제시하였다.

The Realization of Ubiquitous is achieved by magic mirror and it is required more concrete study to realize it's functionality. Especially its function of professional fashion co-ordinator for managing the appearance could be of further use. The Objective of this Study is to establish RFID chip data base to put into a computer for making use of the functionality of the magic mirror aiming at suggesting the available information on the total fashion co-ordination. I sought firstly the code with binary system determining the criteria of accessories to be input in a RFID chip. Secondly, as the image with cloth is an important element for the total fashion co-ordination, desired co-ordination among the emphasis, harmony, character, season and accent can be made selectable classifying into a limit element and a common element to extract the codes. Thirdly, necessary conditions were given to the generated codes using Visual C++ program of Microsoft and the extracted codes as per groups were compared and analyzed.

With millions of people across the globe suffering from Parkinson's disease (PD), an objective, confirmatory test for the same is yet to be developed. This research aims to develop a system which can assist the doctor in objectively saying whether the patient is normal or under risk of PD. The proposed work combines the eye-hand co-ordination behaviour with the DaTscan images in order to determine the risk of this disorder. Initially, eye-hand coordination level of the patient is assessed through a hardware module. Then, the DaTscan image is analysed and used to extract certain geometrical parameters which shall indicate the presence of PD. These parameters are then finally fed into a Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network using Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) Back propagation training algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the proposed system exhibits an accuracy of around 93%.

These brief studies and reports of the use of exposed aggrigate precast concrete in practice are combined with a description of some notable co-ordination such as shop drawing, manufacturing and erection in the field construction. Above mentioned exposed aggrigate P. C. means architectural P. C. which was used to the VOTRAKON site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fabricated P. C. on the site without autoclaving and steam curing plant had been successfully carried out on this project-core building, conference room and others. The project designed by HOPE/VTN international INC. which is located in San Diego, California U.S.A. stands for vocational training and related support facilities contract. We had to submit shop drawings showing complete information for fabrication and installation of P. C. unit reinforcement. Also we should be indicated member dimension and cross section, location size and type of necessary for erection. We can delineate the following characteristic results. One of the most important things how to handle exposed aggrigate P.C. unit as specified was quality assurance and co-ordination for shop drawing, manufacturing and erection.

A software, called touch-one, is developed about the determination of short-circuit values and protective co-ordination in power system. The used solution algorithm reviewed intensively, and the protective co-ordination determination technique presented by using the circuit-breaker's current-limitation characteristic. The protective coordination concerns the behaviour of two devices placed in series in an electrical network, with a short-circuit downstream circuit-breaker. It has two basic principles: First, discrimination which is an increasing requirement of low voltage electrical distribution systems. Second, which is less well known: cascading, which consists of installing a device, whose breaking capacity is less than the three-phase short-circuit current at its terminals and helped by main circuit-breaker. With this software, we can construct a electric-power system which is reliable and economic according to user's purpose.
