This study divides female consumers according to eco-friendly attitudes and the purchase frequency of eco-clothing products; in addition, it analyzes the characteristics of each group in terms of LOHAS lifestyles, the attitudes for eco-clothing products, and satisfaction. Eco-clothing attitudes of female consumers were lower than eco-friendly attitudes. A total of 360 female consumers were divided into 4 group according to purchase frequency and the eco attitude, Type 1: survival (33.0%), Type 2: wellbeing (25.6%), Type 3: curious (15.0%), Type 4: LOHAS (26.4%); in addition, age, income, marit alstatus, occupation, LOHAS lifestyle and shopping places were differentiated by type. Type 1 (low eco attitude and low eco-clothing purchase) were composed of the youngest, college students, low income, low level of LOHAS lifestyles and low level of eco-clothing attitude. Type 2 (high eco attitude and low eco-clothing purchase) were interested in healthy eating & exercise among LOHAS lifestyles; in addition, Type 1 & 2 showed alow level of eco-clothing satisfaction. Type 3, low eco attitude and high eco-clothing purchase, were characterized with high expenditures on clothing relative to income as well as lower levels of family activities and leisure life than LOHAS Type 4. Type 4 (high eco attitude and high eco-clothing purchase) were the oldest group and mostly composed of married workers (the highest income) with the highest LOHAS lifestyles and the highest level of eco-clothing satisfaction.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the differences in clothing purchase behaviors among the patrons of Dongdaemun market grouped by clothing shopping orientation. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 men and women from ages 15-29 from August 9 to September 12, 1999; 548 were used for the data analysis. Based on the clothing buying orientation, the consumers of Dongdaemun market were divided into four groups: plan circumspected, economy-oriented, fashion-oriented and shopping-oriented. These groups showed significant differences in the selected criteria used for clothing purchase, the amount of money and time spent for shopping. The groups were also significantly different in the usage rate and perceived of the market, and the satisfaction levels with the shopping environments and services of the Dongdaemun Market. With regards to the satisfaction levels, they were showed significant different in the diversity and fashion statement of products, business hours, and advertisement/sales promotion in order. The fashion-oriented group was the highest satisfaction level about the four variables among groups.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty with relational benefits on the Internet shopping mall. For the study, utilizing the convenient sampling method, the sample of study was composed of female and male adults aged between 20 and 30 living in Seoul metropolitan area who had experienced purchase of fashion products on the web. Of 350 distributed, 311 useful questionnaires were returned. The survey research design was employed with structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis and multiple- regression analysis were used. The results of this study are as follows: Psychological benefits had higher influence than other relational benefits(social benefits, customization benefits, economic benefits) on the both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty positively. There was a high relationship between the customer satisfaction and the customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction had a positive influence on the customer loyalty. And social benefits had the least influence among the sub-factors of relational benefits on the customer satisfaction. Also, customization benefits had the least influence among the sub-factors of relational benefits on the customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body cathexis and five aspects of clothing behavior. Body cathexis was measured by Secord and Jourard's Body Cathexis Scale, fit in clothing was measured by Mclean's questionnaire, and three aspects of clothing were assessed with Lee, Lim, Lee, and Kahng questionnaire dealing with clothing satisfaction, status symbol, and fashion interest. Preference for fashion style was determined by line drawings of clothing designs representing current fashion and non-current fashign. The questionnaires were administered to a sample of middle-aged women (40$\~$64 year of age) in Seoul. The data for 351 respondents were analyzed by correlation and t-test. The results were : 1) Body cathexis was positvely related to clothing satisfaction for early middle-aged women as well as advanced middle-aged women. 2) Body cathexis was positively related to fit in clothing for early middle-aged women as well as advanced middle-aged women. 3) Fashion interest was positively related to preference for fashion style in early middle-aged women, 4) Scores of early middle-aged women on body cathexis, fit in clothing and preference for fashion style were significantly higher than those of advanced middle-aged women, that is, early middle-aged women had a higher self-satisfaction with body cathexis and fit in clothing. They also preferred modern fashions in contrast to be advanced middle-aged sample.
Muscle reduction owing to aging causes changes in physical function among the elderly. Fitness compression wear reduces fatigue by compressing the main muscles, expanding blood vessels, and rapidly discharging lactic acid. The effect of clothing pressure when wearing fitness compression wear for the elderly was objectively and subjectively evaluated for six women aged 55-64 years. The evaluation clothes were three types of tops and bottoms, one type of design (A) preferred among the existing compression wear, and two types of design (B and C). The objective evaluation items included clothing pressure, blood flow, surface temperature, and subjective satisfaction. It was found that clothing A had the highest clothing pressure in the straight posture and five fitness movements. Blood flow increased the most when wearing the evaluation clothing. The surface temperature was found to be the highest for clothing C, and subjective satisfaction was found to be the best when wearing evaluation clothing B. If the tensile strength was low and the tensile elongation was high, as in evaluation clothing B, it was recognized as appropriate clothing pressure, and the subject was subjectively satisfied. When manufacturing fitness compression wear in the future, it will be possible to increase users' objective and subjective satisfaction with wearing it, if the incision of the garment were placed at the location of the line of non-extension (LoNE), and appropriate material characteristics are applied.
The elderly are faced with unique problems in regard to their clothing life, which require solutions from various perspectives. Given these facts, this study was aimed at reviewing and comparing the clothing behaviors of elderly people in order to provide some basic data which apparel businesses targeting the elderly might find useful. The elderly people aged 55 and older and living in Seoul were sampled at random for a survey. The survey used the methods of interview and self-administered questionnaire. 418 questionnaires were distributed to women, and 504 to men. The collected data were processed using SPSS/PC for factor analysis, correlation, single-factor ANOVA and T-test. The results of the survey can be summarized as follows ; 1. Among 8 factors determining the clothing behaviors of elderly people, the importance of clothes and manageability of clothes scored highest on average, while conformity with one's peers scored lowest. 2. The clothing behaviors of elderly people differed significantly depending on their demographic variables. 3. The level of satisfaction with one's life and appearance differed significantly depending on their demographic variables. 4. Clothing behaviors of elderly people were closely correlated with their level of satisfaction with their life and appearance.

This study is to understand the effects of fashion blog features on commitment, satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth intention due to the interest shown by fashion companies on fashion blogs as new marketing communication strategies. The survey was conducted from April $23^{rd}$ to May $2^{nd}$, 2011 and all 300 respondents had visited fashion blogs. The results of this study are described below. First, the study finds that fashion blog features have five dimensions; interactivity, information reliability, convenience of information access, reputation, and intimacy. Commitment consists of behavioral commitment and emotional commitment, and satisfaction consists of two dimensions; information satisfaction and usage satisfaction. Second, behavioral commitment, is positively influenced by all fashion blog features (except for the negative effect on interactivity). Blog features have a positive impact on emotional commitment (except for negative impact on reputation). Third, information satisfaction is influenced by all fashion blog features; however, usage satisfaction is influenced only by interactivity, reputation, and intimacy. Fourth, Word-of-Mouth intention is influenced by all commitment and satisfaction dimensions. The results of this study will help fashion companies use fashion blogs as marketing communication tools.
This study explored an impact of consumer innovativeness on fashion consumption propensity and clothing satisfaction, focusing on female consumers in 20's and 30's. Specifically, the smart phone users had been the subjects of study because they accept new things earlier than others. The collection of data was carried out for one month in September 2011, and a total of 390 copies were used for final analysis. A statistical package SPSS 16.0 was used for analysis of data. First, the impact of innovativeness on fashion consumption propensity was explored. It was found that the innovativeness has impact on ostentation-seeking propensity and personality-seeking propensity. The impact of innovativeness on the clothing satisfaction was explored. It was found that the innovativeness has negative impacts on tangible value satisfaction and intangible value satisfaction. Second, it was found that if an innovative consumer has less ostentation-seeking propensity and less personality-seeking propensity, the innovative consumer gets more satisfaction from tangible value of clothes. On the other hand, if an innovative consumer has less ostentation-seeking propensity, the innovative consumer gets more satisfaction from intangible value of clothes. Third, the differences in consumer innovativeness, fashion consumption propensity and satisfaction dependent on the age of consumers were explored. In innovativeness and fashion consumption propensity, fashion-seeking propensity and personality-seeking propensity had significant differences between different age groups. In satisfaction, tangible value satisfaction had significant difference between different age groups. However, there was no significant differences between different age groups in ostentation-seeking propensity, economy-seeking propensity and intangible value satisfaction.
The purpose of this study wasisto investigate the influence of attitude toward sex and body satisfaction in the on interest, preference, and buying intention of body exposed clothing among female university students. The Susubject were 397 female students from 3 different universities in Seoul. The instruments of this study wereconsisted of response scale and stimuli. Thirty-four four items on a of 5-point Likert scale were used to measure the attitude towards sex and body satisfaction The stimuli were 6 types of different body exposed clothing style on line drawing. The results were as follow; 1. Most female students were liberal in sexual attitude and had a high level of body satisfaction. Especially, younger students were more liberal than older students. 2. Designs with the greatest interest, preference and that were most interested in, prefer and had buying intention were Camisole, V-neckline and low-neckline designed clothes. 3. Attitude toward sexual value has a strong effect on interest, preference, and buying intention of body exposed clothing. And also ilneterest of body exposed clothing has more effect on buying intention than preference.
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of washing machine type (drum or pulsator) on the behavior of clothing management and consumer satisfaction. The data were collected via questionnaires from 408 consumers and were analyzed through factor analysis, ANOVA, Cronbach's Alpha, utilizing SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were as follows: 1) 39.2% of consumers used drum washer and the number of users has increased sharply in five years. Drum washer consumers hold larger capacity washer than pulsator washer consumers. 2) Young people(under 40) showed statistically significant differences in terms of washing concern and the kinds of detergents, while old people(40 and above) showed statistically significant differences in terms of checking the label, preparing the laundry, and hand-washing. Married women showed statistically significant differences in checking the label, preparing the laundry, and hand-washing. 3) In terms of clothing management behavior with the type of washing machine, drum washer consumers showed statistically significant the amount of detergents, while pulsator washer consumers showed statistically significant handwashing and kinds of detergents. 4) In terms of customer satisfaction with the type of washing machine, drum washer consumers showed statistically significant brand satisfaction.
