  • The selection rates of Environmental subject have been increasing since the environmental subject was made. Although the quantitative growth, environmental subject is not acknowledged yet in many schools in Korea. Most of environmental teachers teach two subjects; main subject on their own major and environmental subject. In this respect, this qualitative case study aims to show the influence of teachers' charge on environmental class or environmental subject. In the case study, Teacher 'A' takes charge one subject; Environmet, and teacher 'B' takes charge two subjects; Social Study and Environment. Teacher 'A' took some current issues such as SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) and Saemangum project, and uses various instructional methods and instruments. On the other hand, teacher 'B' might not choose the current issues, or usually gives up various instructional methods and instruments because of lack of time. Although they have those differences on the instruction, the teachers 'A' and 'B' both agreed to the importance of Environmental Education as well as they did their best to prepare for class on environmental subject. As a result, all these outcomes show teachers need to be responsible for single subject on environment as teachers' interests seriously affect to environmental subject and class.

  • For a fixed semi-Wakamatsu-tilting module AT, we generalize the concepts of Auslander class, Bass class, and investigate many homological properties of such classes. Moreover, we establish an equivalence between the class of ∞-T-cotorsionfree modules and a subclass of the class of T-adstatic modules. Finally, a similar version of Auslander-Bridger approximation theorem and a nice property of relative cotranspose are obtained.

  • An operator $T\;{\varepsilon}\;B(\mathcal{H})$ is said to be $k$-quasi-paranormal operator if $||T^{k+1}x||^2\;{\leq}\;||T^{k+2}x||\;||T^kx||$ for every $x\;{\epsilon}\;\mathcal{H}$, $k$ is a natural number. This class of operators contains the class of paranormal operators and the class of quasi - class A operators. In this paper, using the operator matrix representation of $k$-quasi-paranormal operators which is related to the paranormal operators, we show that every algebraically $k$-quasi-paranormal operator has Bishop's property ($\beta$), which is an extension of the result proved for paranormal operators in [32]. Also we prove that (i) generalized Weyl's theorem holds for $f(T)$ for every $f\;{\epsilon}\;H({\sigma}(T))$; (ii) generalized a - Browder's theorem holds for $f(S)$ for every $S\;{\prec}\;T$ and $f\;{\epsilon}\;H({\sigma}(S))$; (iii) the spectral mapping theorem holds for the B - Weyl spectrum of T.

  • This study aimed to evaluate clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) for ankle sprains using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II tool, using electronic databases (GIN, PubMed, EMBASE, NCKM, CNKI, CiNii, WanFang database, RISS, and SCOPUS), to suggest strategies for improvement in the future. The search was performed on April 23, 2021 and 10 CPGs were selected for evaluation. Three CPGs were recommended without modification (Class A scores), five were recommended with modification (Class B), and two were not recommended (Class C scores). The CPG domain that received the lowest score was "applicability." The traditional medicine CPGs scored higher [Class A (n = 1) and Class B (n = 1)] than the conventional Western medicine CPGs [Class A (n = 2), Class B (n = 4), and Class C (n = 2)] and were considered to be more methodical. In the future, more research into traditional medicine is required.

  • In this paper, Air-interface protocols of ISO 18000-6 Types and EPCglobal Classes applied to RFID system in UHF band are analyzed, and those anticollision algorithms are realized. Also, the each algorithm which improves the performance of standard protocol is proposed, and the performance is compared when clock period of link timing is a identical condition on $12.5{\mu}s$. As the result, when 500 tags exist simultaneously inside reader interrogation zone, the tag recognition performance of a standard protocol is better in preceding order of Class-1 Generation-1, Type B, Type A, Class-0 and Class-1 Generation-2. And also the performance of improved protocol is better in ascending order of Type B, Type A, Class-1 Generation-1, Class-0 and Class-1 Generation-2. Therefore, performance of tag recognition remarkably depends on the regulated clock period in the protocol and link timing between a reader and a tag.

  • This paper presents a high-efficiency concurrent dual-band Class-E power amplifier(PA) that is based on a multi-harmonic matching network(MHMN). The proposed MHMN controls the impedance at 1.3 GHz, 2.1 GHz, and their second and third harmonics, respectively, by using transmission lines only rather than switches or lumped components. The dual-band Class-E PA is implemented using Avago ATF-50189 GaAs p-HEMT. The PA exhibits a measured output power of 27.1 dBm and 25.7 dBm, a power gain of 6.1 dB and 4.7 dB, and a drain efficiency of 71.2 % and 60.1 % at 1.3 GHz and 2.1 GHz, respectively.

  • The present study was undertaken to establish reference values for the composition blood lymphocyte populations and compare forty three Hanwoo neonatal calves (KC) with twenty one Holstein calves (HC) by blood cell count and immunophynotying. The percentages of CD2+, CD4+, CD8+, CD26+, ACT2+, MHC class, MHC class II and WC1+ T cells, B cells were determined by flow cytometry. The number of lymphocyte and monocyte in HC were higher than those of KC. However, the number of neutrophils was higher in HC than KC. The proportions of CD2+, CD4+, CD8+, MHC class, and WC1+ lymphocytes remained relatively stable during the study period, while there was a moderate increase in the relative percentage of CD26+, ACT2+, MHC class II and B cell from birth to approximately 3 weeks of age. Marked differences in the relative proportions of the lymphocyte subpopulations were noted between the individual calves. The present study shows that the T-cell subpopulations are present in peripheral blood of KC at levels comparable with HC, while the MHC class II and B cell population of KC increases significantly with age. The absolute number of WBC in KC was due to the decrease of absolute number of neutrophil rather than the increase of lymphocyte. The results indicated that KC have significantly higher number of neutrophils, and proportion of MHC class II and B cell than HC.

  • We have previously isolated OsMADS4 gene that is a member of the class B MADS box genes from rice. In this study, another member of the class B MADS box genes was isolated from rice flower by the yeast two-hybrid screening method using OsMADS4 as bait. RNA blot analyses revealed that the clone, OsMADS16, was expressed in the second and third whorls, whereas the OsMADS4 transcripts were present in the second, third, and fourth whorls. These expression patterns of the OsMADS16 and OsMADS4 genes are very similar with those of AP3 and PI, the class B genes of Arabidopsis, respectively. In the yeast two-hybrid system, OsMADS4 interacted only with OsMADS16 among several rice MADS genes investigated, suggesting that OsMADS4 and OsMADS16 function as a heterodimer in specifying sepal and petal identities. We have also isolated OsMADS6 gene using OsMADS1 as a probe. Both are members of the AGL2 MADS family. Various MADS genes that encode for protein-protein interaction partners of the OsMADS6 protein were isolated by the yeast two-hybrid screening method. A majority of these genes belong to the AGL2 family. Sequence Homology, expression pattern, and ectopic expression phenotypes indicated that one of the interaction partners, OsMADS14, appears to be homologous to API, the class A MADS gene of Arabidopsis.

  • Let $(B, H, p_1)$ be an abstract Wiener space and $F(B)$ the Fresnel class on $(B, H, p_1)$ which consists of functionals F of the form : $$ F(x) = \int_{H} exp{i(h,x)^\sim} df(h), x \in B, $$ where $(\cdot, \cdot)^\sim$ is a stochastic inner product between H and B, and f is in $M(H)$, the space of complex Borel measures on H. We introduce an $L_1$ analytic Fourier-Feynman transforms for functionls in $F(B)$. Furthermore, we introduce a convolution on $F(B)$, and then verify the existence of the $L_1$ analytic Fourier-Feynman transform for the convolution product of two functionals in $F(B)$, and we establish the relationships between the $L_1$ analytic Fourier-Feynman tranform of the convolution product for two functionals in $F(B)$ and the $L_1$ analytic Fourier-Feynman transforms for each functional. Finally, we show that most results in [7] follows from our results in Section 3.
