This study determined the factors that contributed to role performance by childcare teachers in Korea. Questionnaire data were gathered from 425 childcare teachers. Statistical analyses consisted of t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ and hierarchical regression analysis. There were no differences in the role performance of childcare teachers by age and experience. Differences were evident by education level and workplace type. Role performance was most affected by the internal-external control followed by emotional intelligence. The findings of this study are pertinent to childcare policy makers.

본 연구는 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 낙관성, 직무스트레스 정도와 이들 변수간의 관계를 파악하고 직무스트레스의 영향 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법은 2021년 3월부터 4월까지 D광역시에서 일하고 있는 보육교사 191명을 대상으로 하였다. 보육교사의 자아탄련성, 낙관성 및 직무스트레스를 검사도구를 통해 설문 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 신뢰도분석, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫쨰, 자아탄력성과 낙관성은 정적 상관관계, 자아탄력성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계, 낙관성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스의 영향요인을 분석한 결과 자아탄력성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 보육교사의 직무스트레를 낮추기 위해서는 자아탄력성을 향상시키고, 직무스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 프로그램이 개발 및 제공되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 모바일 알림장 사용경험에 대하여 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울 경기지역에 소재한 모바일 알림장을 사용하고 있는 보육교사 7명으로, 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과 첫 째, 보육교사의 [모바일 알림장 사용경험 중 긍정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군은 <교사와 부모와의 신뢰감 향상>, <즉각적인 일처리의 효율화>로 주제가 분류되었다. 둘 째 보육교사의 [모바일 알림장 사용경험 중 부정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군은 <업무량 증가에 대한 어려움>, <모바일 알림장 기능의 다양화에 대한 아쉬움>으로 주제가 분류되었다. 본 연구는 향후 부모와 교사간의 신뢰할 수 있는 의사소통 자료를 제공하고, 모바일 알림장을 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 예비보육교사들이 인식한 영유아에 대한 의미를 은유분석 방법을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학에서 보육학을 전공하는 예비보육교사 288명 대상으로 2021년 5월 4주부터 6월 2주까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 영유아에 대한 의미는 '돌봄이 필요한 존재', '환경에 영향받는 존재', '개성을 지닌 존재', '소중하고 귀한 존재', '기쁨을 주는 존재', '미래를 이끌어갈 존재', '맑고 순수한 존재', '교사·부모를 성장시키는 존재'로 범주화되었다. 예비보육교사들은 8가지 범주 중에서 영유아를 '돌봄이 필요한 존재'로 인식한 경향이 가장 높게 나타났고, 138개 은유 표현 중에서는 '새싹', '씨앗', '꽃', '도화지', '스펀지', '거울' 순으로 표현한 것이 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 예비보육교사들이 가진 영유아에 대한 인식을 보다 폭넓게 이해할 수 있었으며, 향후 예비보육교사 양성과정에서 개선 및 지원해야 할 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study investigated the difference of perception and needs among director, teacher, and parent for an open-childcare center focused on parent participation. The subjects of this study consisted of 56 directors, 231 teachers, and 299 parents in childcare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang province. They completed a questionnaire about the perception and needs of an open-childcare center, which was later analyzed by SPSS ver. 23.0. The findings were as follows. First, five areas of open-childcare center were 'participating activities as various roles,' 'willingness of parent participation,' 'reflection of parent needs,' 'concern about CCTV,' and 'sharing outdoor spaces.' Second, the perception of directors concerning open-childcare centers were higher than the ones for teachers or parents; however, there were differences in perception depending on their perspective position. The biggest perception of directors was 'participating activities as various roles,' and parents' one was 'concerned about CCTV.' However, the perceptions of teachers were a lower level than the other two groups'. Third, the directors showed a higher level of needs to promote an open-childcare center (except for one concerned about CCTV). Parents also showed their needs 'increasing awareness of open-childcare program,' 'promoting to parent's participation,' 'communication with on-line,' and 'concerning CCTV.' The implication of these results were discussed as action plans to promote an open-childcare center.

Objective: This research aims to examine whether the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights, and whether the teacher-parent cooperative relationship mediates this association. Methods: The participants in this research were 220 teachers in Daejeon who assessed the performance of respecting young children's right, the perception of professional competence, and teacher-parent cooperative relationships through an online self-report questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Firstly, the results of examining the impact of the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers and the teacher-parent cooperation relationship on childcare that respects the rights of young children showed that each variable has a statistically significant influence. Secondly, it was found that the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers directly impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights and, indirectly, through the mediating role of teacher-parent cooperative relationships. Conclusion/Implications: To ensure high-quality childcare for young children, it is essential to consider not only professional perception but also the cooperative relationship between teacher and parent.

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 공감능력, 교수몰입, 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 보육교사 111명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 하위요인인 인지적 공감 요인은 행복감에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 교사의 공감능력의 하위요인인 정서적 공감 요인은 행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 교수몰입이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 교수몰입 요인은 행복감에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육교사의 공감능력 하위요인인 인지적 공감 요인이 높을수록 행복감이 높아지며, 교수몰입 요인이 높을수록 행복감이 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 보육교사의 공감능력, 교수몰입, 행복감과의 관계를 파악함으로써 보육교사들의 행복감 향상을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 보육교사의 정서지능과 보육교사-영유아 상호작용의 관계에서 보육교사가 지각한 원장 감성리더십이 매개 변인으로 작용하는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 보육교사 293명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수 산출과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였으며, Sobel-test 및 Baron과 Kenny의 모형에 따라 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 정서지능, 교사-영유아 상호 작용, 원장 감성리더십 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-영유아 상호작용에 대한 보육교사의 정서지능과 원장 감성리더십의 상대적 설명력에서 보육교사의 정서지능이 원장의 감성리더십 보다 상대적으로 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 정서지능이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 원장의 감성리더십은 부분적으로 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 보육의 질적 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Objective: This study examined the effect of early childhood teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism, which are personal traits, when administering the National Childcare Curriculum. Methods: Using snowball sampling, data were collected from 266 childcare center teachers in the nation and were analyzed using one-way analyses of variance and multiple regression using SPSS 14.0. Results and Conclusion: The findings are as the following: First, teacher efficacy was not significantly different among teachers by age, teaching experience, education, and childcare center type. Second, teacher efficacy was significantly related to the perception of their professionalism. Lastly, teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism explained significantly the variance in teachers' performance when administering the National Childcare Curriculum.

본 연구는 보육교사의 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 개인 내적 변인인 직무만족도와 환경 변인인 전문성 지원환경의 영향력을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 S, I, G 지역의 보육교사 625명(국·공립 어린이집 교사 343명, 민간·가정 어린이집 교사 282명)이며, 연구도구로는 Ro가 제작한 TJSQ, Williams가 제작한 PLEI, Allen과 Meyer가 개발한 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 프로그램을 이용하여 차이검증, Pearson 상관관계와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간·가정 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사의 이직의도가 국·공립 어린이집의 보육교사보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 국·공립과 민간·가정 어린이집의 보육교사 모두 직무만족도와 전문성 지원환경이 낮다고 지각할수록 이직의도는 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도와 전문성 지원환경은 이직의도를 설명하는 주요 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 전문성 지원환경의 영향력이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 밝혀 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 찾음으로써 궁극적으로 보육의 질적 수준 향상을 꾀하고자 하는 데 의의가 있다.
