Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between caring thinking and communication skills of childcare center teachers, and the effect of caring thinking on communication skills. Methods: The subjects of this study were 152 teachers working at childcare centers in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The research tool used was a self-reporting questionnaire in order to examine caring thinking and the communication skills of those teachers. For the data analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: First, there were significant differences in caring thinking and communication skills according to the age and academic background of the teachers. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between caring thinking and the communication skills of the teachers. Third, responsibility, respect, and a non-directive attitude among the sub-factors of the teachers had a significant impact on communication skills. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, it was found that caring thinking of the teachers was one of the variables that improved communication skills. These results suggest that there is a need to provide various programs and support for enhancing caring thinking as one of the ways to develop the communication skills of childcare center teachers.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the childcare support demonstration services and direct policy. The participants for the study were three childcare (IDOLBOMI), three parents who were provided with IDOLBOMI, two practitioners, and three professors related to IDOLBOMI. The data was collected by interview and a phone survey and analyzed qualitatively. The results and several suggestions were follows: First, IDOLBOMI loved to take care of children, felt proud of the job, and thought the work was worthy. The result can help future IDOLBOMI when they are recruited and trained; Second, IDOLBOMI wanted income security at least, which means that the basic activity fee for the IDOLBOMI should be compensated by government; Third, most of the parents who experienced the service were generally satisfied with that, but they wanted the quality of nutrition, hygiene and the quality of play to be developed for children. Therefore, the management of the center and maintenance of education are needed constantly for the IDOLBOMI system; Fourth, the parents who needed the service thought the cost of IDOLBOMI was expensive. Expenditure support should be sought for the parents; Finally, the group of professionals had difficulty in securing the quality of childcare support services. For the future, it is necessary to increase the educational budget, manpower resources, and PR budget for IDOLBOMI.

본 연구는 초임유아교사의 역할수행, 셀프리더십, 보육교직원의 지지 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 전국의 유치원 및 어린이집에 재직 중인 491명의 초임교사를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였는데, 사회적 지지 질문지(이재영, 2012), 역할수행 질문지(박복매, 2011)와 셀프리더십 질문지(박동현, 2014)를 사용하였다. 결과처리를 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, ANOVA 검증, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$의 사후검증분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초임유아교사의 보수와 학력, 연령에 따른 보육교직원의 지지, 역할수행, 셀프리더십은 각각 집단 간 유의차가 있었다. 기관유형에 따른 보육교직원의 지지와 역할수행은 집단 간 유의차가 있었으나 셀프리더십에서는 집단 간 유의차가 없었다. 둘째, 셀프리더십이 보육교직원의 지지와 초임유아교사의 역할수행 간에 부분 매개역할을 하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 초임유아교사의 개인변인을 고려하여 역할수행과 셀프리더십을 높일 수 있는 방안과 원장이나 동료교사의 실질적인 지원을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 두 가지 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 교사의 교사협동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 둘째, 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 교사의 동료지원에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 어린이집 원장의 멀티플라이어십과 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 연구대상은 S시와 G도에 소재하고 있는 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 234명을 대상으로 하였으며, 본 연구의 자료처리방법은 SPSS 20.0 program을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 연구문제 중심으로 논의하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 보면, 멀티플라이어십의 하위요소인 생산적 토론 정착하기, 개인적 가치 문화조성, 구성원 결속력 높이기, 신나게 일하기는 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어린이집 원장은 타인에 대한 배려와 공동체적 의식을 바탕으로 교사의 강점을 인정하고, 발달시킬 수 있도록 열린 분위기를 조성하고, 구성원들의 결속력이 단단하게 해주는 멀티플라이어십을 갖고, 교사들이 스스로 기대 이상의 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 협동적이고 긍정적인 조직문화를 형성하는 데 이바지하여, 보육의 질을 향상시킨다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the perception and demand of child care teachers regarding the support project for part-time substitute teachers in Busan. Methods: A survey was conducted on 6,141 childcare teachers participating in the Busan part-time substitute teacher support project, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: First, an examination of the perception of part-time substitute teacher support projects based on the type of daycare center revealed significant differences in all aspects, except for whether they choose to reapply. Second, an analysis of the demand for part-time substitute teacher support projects, categorized by the type of daycare center, indicated significant differences. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of this study furnish valuable insights for the equitable and effective implementation of the part-time substitute teaching assistant support project, taking into account the distinct characteristics of various daycare centers. Additionally, the results offer essential foundational data to guide the strategic direction of the part-time substitute teaching assistant support project.

본 연구에서는 영아의 적응을 알아보고 어머니의 적응지원전략이 영아의 연령에 따라 어떻게 차이가 나는지 분석하고자 했다. 연구대상으로는 서울에 거주하는 만0세부터 만36개월 미만의 영아들을 대상으로, 영아의 어린이집 적응을 측정하기 위해 Jewsuwan(1993)등이 개발한 PAQ(The Preschool Adjustment Questionnaire)를 사용하였으며, 어머니 적응지원전략을 측정하기 위해 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들에게 영아의 초기 및 이 후 어린이집 적응에 관련된 양육 신념 및 어린이집 적응 전략에 관한 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 연구자료를 분석하기 위해 빈도분석, 차이검증, Pearson의 상관관계 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 영아의 이후 어린이집 적응(Time2)의 하위 요인 중 친사회성과 긍정적 정서의 경우 어린이집에서 실시한 초기 어린이집 적응 (Time1)프로그램으로부터 받은 지원을 제외한 다른 영역의 지원 전략이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또래 간 적응에 미치는 상대적 영향은 원장, 교사와의 주기적인 상담 및 개별적인 접촉에 대한 어머니의 지원정도가 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영아의 자아 상태와 하루일과 적응 및 일반적 적응뿐만 아니라 전체적인 이후 영아의 어린이집 적응에 있어서 같은 반 학부모들과의 개인적 네트워크 형성 및 지속적인 육아정보 교환에 대한 어머니의 지원정도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 경기도에서 활동 중인 국비지원 대체교사 49명과 도비지원 대체교사 53명 총 102명을 대상으로 대체교사 제도에 대한 인식이 어떠한지를 살펴보고 대체교사 제도의 활성화 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대체교사 지원사업에 참여하게 된 경로로 국비 대체교사는 인터넷 사이트, 도비 대체교사는 보육정보센터 홍보물이 높게 나타났다. 국비와 도비 대체교사 모두 '다른 활동과 병행하기 위해서'가 대체교사 지원사업 참여 동기로 나타났다. 둘째, 국비와 도비 대체교사 모두 '어린이집의 다양한 상황에 융통성 있게 대응하는 것'을 대체교사의 자질로 중요하게 보았다. 셋째, 국비 대체교사는 초과근무가 없고 보육교사에 비해 상대적으로 부담이 적다는 점을, 도비 대체교사는 다양한 어린이집 경험을 통한 전문성 향상과 초과근무가 없다는 점을 만족스러운 점으로 들었다.

The present research aimed to assess role expectations and job performance of childcare teaching assistants at daycare centers. In order to describe participants' experiences, qualitative data were analyzed using Van Manen's phenomenological approach. The findings showed that childcare teaching assistants suffered a gap between their role expectations and reality. They felt diverse emotions and doubt about their professionalism through interactions with teachers in charge, directors, parents, and children. The participants claimed that the Nuri curriculum teaching assistants system should be improved to achieve better quality childcare programs. The implications to support the Nuri curriculum teaching assistants system were discussed in depth.

본 연구는 영유아 보육료 지원정책이 보육시설공급률에 따라 노동공급과 출산율에 상이한 영향을 미쳤음을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 보육시설공급률이 높을수록 보육료 지원에 의해 보육시설 입소에 유리한 다자녀모의 경력유지 확률이 증가했을 뿐 아니라 첫째 자녀의 출산율이 높아졌고, 국공립 어린이집의 공급률이 높은 경우에는 보육비 지원 이후 둘째 자녀 출산율도 유의하게 높아졌음을 보여준다. 이는 보육료 지원정책의 효과가 출생순위에 따른 보육시설 입소 우선순위, 거주지역 보육시설의 양적, 질적 공급 정도에 따라 달라짐을 보여준다.
