Telegram is an indispensible information & telecommunication system to our daily life. VTS(Voice Telegram System) under intensive research is intended to enhance exchanging capability of information & telecommunication by adding voice media to existing telegram system. Overall configuration and necessary core technologies of the system were investigated for its development. Among those many technologies in need, the technology of compressing and recording data is most critical to the development of cheap hardware. This is so called vocoder algorithm and is the core technology of voice information system. So, here, vocoder algorithm now being studied will be introduced.

Under solvent-free conditions, the synthesis of propargylic alcohols by direct addition of terminal alkynes to aldehydes promoted by ZnO as a novel, commercially, and cheap catalyst is described. Furthermore, the catalyst can be reused for several times without any significant loss of its catalytic activity.

In these days, oil cost is about 70 US dollars, but, on the day of July. 2008, it was over 140 US dollars. This coast led fisheries industry to increasement of operating coast and made public problems such as non-operation of fishing boats and lockout of the related factories. Thus this paper studies the way to use cheap fuel in order to reduce the fuel cost. Normally fishing boat use Marine Gas Oil. this study explains to use blended oil such as MF 60, 100, 180 instead of MGO.

Mr. Hur has developed the 7500KW permanent magnet synchronous generator. The 7500KW generator has dual blade system with vertical axis type generation module. The 7500KW generator will generating that it is too expensive and construction payment. The advantages of dual blade system are cheap in generation with better efficiency, and safety compact structure. But also this system has the expensive slide ring for to distribute electrical power.

The moving average filter in this paper, which has robust performance to the noise and can be easily implementable in hardware, is modified in view of real-time processing of the focus value. The simple hardware configurations are implemented to calculate the focus value in real-time. The stable controller of focus lens actuated by motors are designed. The hardware which are composed of EPLD, cheap vision chips, and CPU etc. are designed to perform the real-time calculation of focus value.

Stable and non-hygroscopic polystyrene supported aluminium triflate (Ps-$Al(OTf)_3$), which is prepared easily from cheap and commercially available compounds was found to be an environmentally friendly heterogeneous catalyst for Friedel-Crafts acylation of arenes using acid chlorides in the absence of solvent under mild reaction conditions. The catalyst can be reused up to five times after simple washing with dichloromethane.

We investigates the functions of UPnP protocol that would be used to provide easy and cheap access for home networking. We suggest that a proxy device may reduce the cost of establishing UPnP network if it serves as an interface between UPnP and X10 protocol. We also describe the design of UPnP proxy device and the service scenario.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags are cheap and simple devices that can store unique identification information and perform simple computation to keep better inventory of packages. Security protocol for RFID tags is needed to ensure privacy and authentication between each tag and their reader. In order to accomplish this, in this paper, we analyzed a lightweight privacy and authentication protocol for passive RFID tags.

Permanent Magnet DC Motors are widely used in Automotive parts because they have cheap price, simple structure and high torque-speed ratio. But the motor in automotive parts is required high quality, complex function and lower price than before. This paper deals with design of controller for safety function that body trap on the automotive window. The algorithm of controller can adapt variety conditions with temperature, electrical, driving, etc.

A cheap, simple, and exact method for the preparation of handmade blowgun was studied. The blowgun-dart-adhesive -stand made of plastic syringe shaft was simple and convenient to make a blowgun dart accuratly. The needle end sealing method with wire-lead(solder) made the needle good to secure and simple to make. Because of easy exchangeability, the tail-piece made of yarn and a rivet is able to use permanently. And the materials of this blowgun were inexpensive, common and easily obtainable. This blowgun dart had various capacity up to 12ml.
