The following suggested algorithm is completed care report for the family medical history. Rn=$U\;Pnj+U\;Dn^i$ : (j=1,2,...,j), (i=1,2,...,i), (n=1,2,...,n) The Rn(completed care report) integrates comprehensive patients reports ranging from patient $P^2\;to\;P^j$ including $P^1$ (oneself) with the doctors' care reports up to the care No. no by i number of doctors ($D^1$ =doctor in charge, $D^{2,3...i}$=doctors on corporation program.) This approach, since a participation in a family membership effectuates all of family members, can minimize the membership fees, thus enabling inter-family health care on a home doctor basis.

The purpose of this study is to understand magnitude and its related factors of user's cost-sharing for non-covered services in long-term care facilities. We corrected data for 1,016 subjects, based on the long-term care benefits cost specification. Eighteen subjects were excluded from the data analysis due to missing data on family care-givers characteristics. Finally, 998 subjects were included in the study. The average cost of non-covered services per month was 209,093 won and distributed from 0 to 1,011,490 won. There was a significant difference by the characteristics of family care-givers and long-term care facilities. The monthly average cost for meal materials per person was 199,181 won(0~558,000), average cost of additional charge caused by using private bed was 232,992 won (50,000~600,000), and costs for haircut and cosmetics were 8,599 won. For the rest, there were various programs costs(93,328 won), diaper and its disposal cost(109,628 won), purchase cost for daily necessaries(24,435 won) and etc. The related factors for the magnitude of non-covered services expenditures were education level of family care-givers, occupancy rate and location of LTC facilities, and the costs of using private bed, haircut and cosmetics, and various programs among non-covered services. These findings suggest that present level range of LTC facilities users' cost-sharing is wide and it is urgent to prepare the standard guideline for cost and level in non-covered services.

네트워크중심전(NCW: Network Centric Warfare) 환경 하에서 효과적인 전쟁수행을 위해서는 각종 시스템 간 데이터 공유가 필수적이며, 이를 위해서는 국방아키텍처(MND-EA) 고도화 및 국방 통합정보관리소 구축 등과 연계한 데이터 공동 활용을 위한 표준화와 통합관리 등이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 각 기관에서 주요 이슈로 등장하고 있는 데이터 공동 활용을 위한 마스터 데이터관리(Master Data Management: MDM)를 국방 분야에 도입하기 위해 기술수용모델을 활용하여 사용자의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 현재 총괄적인 기업 형태에 따라 보편적으로 적용되고 있는 가트너사(社)의 MDM 구현아키텍처를 대상으로 국방 업무환경과 특성을 고려한 선호아키텍처를 선정하고 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로서 효과적인 국방 MDM(MND-MDM) 구축 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 자료조사는 국방정보화 시스템의 개발 및 유지보수와 자료를 관리하는 정 보화분야 담당자들과 국방정보시스템 개발 사업경험을 가진 주요 SI업체의 국방사업팀 담당자들을 대상으로 2011년 9월 19부터 10월 7일까지 3주간에 걸쳐 실시하였다.

의료정보는 의료기관간의 호환을 위해서 텍스트 기반정보를 위한 HL7과 영상정보를 위한 DICOM과 같은 표준프로토콜로 구축되어야 한다. 하지만 각 의료기관에서 소유하고 있는 장비 및 개발된 정보시스템이 동일하지 않고 자료의 형태 및 사용하는 코드체계가 상이하여 의료기관간에 자료를 교환하고자 할 때는 상당한 어려움이 초래된다. 따라서 의료기관간 효율적으로 정보를 공유하고 교환하기 위해서는 먼저 DICOM 파일의 특성을 분석하고 이를 기초로 한 통합 데이터베이스를 설계해야한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 WISD(Web Interface System based DICOM) 시스템은 각 의료기관에서 전송 받은 DICOM 파일을 의료정보와 영상정보로 분리하고, 표준화된 형식으로 통합데이터베이스에 저장하며, 웹브라우저를 통해 정보의 검색 및 교환을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 WISD 시스템은 통합데이터베이스와 인터넷을 통해 의료영상과 환자정보를 검색 및 관리할 수 있기 때문에 별도의 시스템도입 및 비용 없이 의료기관간 효율적인 공유를 할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 과학기술분야 연구기관에서 운영되는 기관 연구데이터 리포지터리 운영 현황을 파악하고 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 사례 분석, 국내외 기관 리포지터리 담당자와의 인터뷰를 수행하였으며, 리포지터리 규정 및 정책 수립, 연구데이터 공유 인식 개선, 연구데이터 품질 관리 강화를 골자로 하는 기관 연구데이터 리포지터리 운영 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 리포지터리 규정 및 정책 수립 측면에서는 현재 연구데이터와 관련한 규정인 국가연구개발정보 처리기준의 지위 향상과 리포지터리 근거 규정의 명시가 필요하다고 보았다. 둘째, 연구데이터 공유 인식 개선 측면에서 전반적인 연구데이터 교육과 우수 사례 발굴의 필요성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 연구데이터 품질 관리 강화 측면에서 연구자-담당자-위원회의 상호작용과 표준화 작업, 장기 보존을 위한 준비의 필요성을 제안하였다.

This paper proposes an energy storage-assisted, series-connected module-integrated power conversion system that integrates a photovoltaic power conditioner and a charge balancing circuit. In conventional methods, a photovoltaic power conditioner and a cell-balancing circuit are needed for photovoltaic systems with energy storage devices, but they cause a complex configuration and high cost. Moreover, an imbalanced output voltage of the module-integrated converter for PV panels can be a result of partial shading. Partial shading can lead to the fault condition of the boost converter in shaded modules and high voltage stresses on the devices in other modules. To overcome these problems, a bidirectional buck-boost converter with an integrated magnetic device operating for a charge-balancing circuit is proposed. The proposed circuit has multiple secondary rectifiers with inductors sharing a single magnetic core, which works as an inductor for the main bidirectional charger/discharger of the energy storage. The secondary rectifiers operate as a cell-balancing circuit for both energy storage and the series-connected multiple outputs of the module-integrated converter. The operating principle of the cell-balancing power conversion circuit and the power stage design are presented and validated by PSIM simulation for analysis. A hardware prototype with equivalent photovoltaic modules is implemented for verification. The results verify that the modularized photovoltaic power conversion system in the output series with an energy storage successfully works with the proposed low-cost bidirectional buck-boost converter comprising a single magnetic device.

본 연구는 학교도서관을 담당하고 있는 사서의 학습동아리 운영 현황과 학습동아리 활동에 대한 사서의 인식을 파악함으로써 학습동아리의 필요성 및 효과 그리고 향후 개선방향을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도 25개 교육지원청의 학교도서관 담당자를 대상으로 전화 인터뷰를 통하여 학교도서관 사서의 학습동아리 운영에 관한 내용을 파악하였다. 그 중 학교도서관 사서의 학습동아리 활동이 가장 활발하게 나타난 수원지역 사서연구회를 중심으로 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사서의 학습동아리 활동은 학교도서관 운영 관련 정보를 공유하고, 사서로서 역량을 키울 수 있는 기회가 되며, 학교도서관 업무 수행 능력 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 개방성에 의해 사용이 편리한 일반적인 인터넷 환경에서 조직의 기반 온라인 정보공유시스템 구축에 적용하는 인트라넷 개념을 국내의 롯데백화점 디자인실의 온라인정보공유시스템 구축사례를 통하여 구축과정을 연구, 사용자 효과분석을 통하여 웹사이트 구축에 따른 업무절감효과와 만족 도를 제시하였다. 또한 구축 후 시험기간을 거친 조사에서 다음과 같은 다섯 가지 면에서 긍정적인 효과가 연구결과 조사되었다. 첫째, 기존의 여러 자원을 공유하여, 중복되는 업무의 감소와 빠른 업무 처리로 직원들의 업무량 감소 측면에서 시스템 구축 후 8.6일의 업무단축효과를 가져왔다. 둘째, 보안유지가 강화되어 당사자들만의 의사교환, 정보공유 공간을 가질 수 있는 효과가 있다. 셋째, 담당자들 간의 정보교환과 의사소통을 원활히 하여 업무의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 넷째, 롯데백화점 자체 웹브라우저를 기반으로 하고, 별다른 기기의 보충 없이 기존의 컴퓨터를 이용한 인트라넷 구축으로 기업 망과 연계하여 비교적 저렴한 비용으로 구축하고 운영할 수 있다. 다섯째, 디자인실이 가지는 고유 업무적 특성을 온라인을 통해 공유함으로서 더욱 업무의 전문성 향상과 자료보관에 편리성을 가져올 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 저 비용, 고해상도 반도체 지문 센서칩에 대하여 논한다. 제작된 테스트 칩은 $64{\times}256$ 센싱 셀(sensing cell)로 구성되어 있으며, 칩의 크기는 $2.7mm{\times}10.8mm$이다. sensing cell 내부에서 일어나는 전하 재분포를 감지하는 새로운 방식을 이용하여 내부의 기생 캐패시턴스의 영향을 효과적으로 제거하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법은 센싱 셀의 감지 능력을 키우므로 센싱 셀의 크기를 줄일 수 있고, 따라서 고해상도의 이미지를 추출할 수 있다. 표준 0.6${\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작된 칩은 600dpi의 해상도를 가지는 지문 이미지를 추출한다. 제조 단가를 낮추기 위하여 지문의 부분 이미지들로부터 전체 지문 이미지를 얻어내는 이미지 합성 방법의 가능성과 문제점에 대해서도 논의하였다.
