오시이 마모루에 대한 연구는 대체로 그의 작품들이 현실의 황폐함을 '폐허'의 이미지로 재현하고 있다는데 집중해 왔다. 또 오시이 마모루의 애니메이션이 점점 디자인적으로 '현실미'를 드러내기 위해 발전해 갔다고도 주장해 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 그의 작품이 근대적 자본주의의 억압된 '현대세계'를 벗어날 수 있는, 전복의 가능성을 모색하고 있음에 주목하고자 한다. 이를 위해 <스카이 크롤러>(The Sky Crawlers)를 공간, 신체, 일상성 세 가지 층위로 나누어 분석했다. 2장에서는 <스카이 크롤러>의 공간이 근대적이고 기계적인 빈틈없이 자본화된 공간이자 '반복'의 성질을 지닌 폐쇄된 회로와 같은 공간임을 분석했다. 3장에서는 캐릭터 신체의 측면에서 <스카이 크롤러>가 '키르도레'(Kildren)라는 인간과 비인간의 사이에서 유동하는 신체를 제시하고 있으며 이를 통해 현대세계의 자본화되고 물화된 신체를 재현하고 있다고 분석했다. 또 그 신체가 처한 극단적 불안이 현대세계의 노동 유연화에 따른 '불안'과 '장소상실' 현상을 반영하고 있음을 밝혀 보았다. 4장에서는 미장센과 디자인 그리고 연출의 측면에서 현대세계의 '일상성'이 신체에 남긴 '기억'과 '습관'의 측면을 분석했다. 5장에서는 이런 현대세계에 대한 현실 인식을 바탕으로 오시이 마모루가 근대공간에서 어떻게 '도주'하고자 하는가를, 근대적 일상을 어떻게 '전유'하려 하는지를 살펴보았다. 6장 결론에서는 이러한 오시이 마모루의 작품이 지닌 의미와 가치를 해석해 보았다.

In the 21st century, people began to pay more attention on the culture, and the chances for them to participate in the cultural lives also increased. The spaces for entertainments can also be deemed as the center of the cultural contents. The entertainment is, in consideration of its definition by the literal meaning and the origin of the word itself, 'an act that entertains, or any artificial creation that is designed to give entertainment with a view to relieve the subjects from the burdens they have as they live.'Of the modem entertainment spaces, the one with the most profound visual manifestation of the entertainment element is the club. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence from the entertaining element manifested in the club spaces. Only until a few years back, the club spaces were deemed with negative impressions that comes with the more negative side of the entertaining world. But, recently such negative impressions are lift off considerably, and the club spaces are regarded with positive impressions as to be the kind of place where the young people can enjoy performances and other kind of culture in healthy atmosphere. In Chapter 2, we will examine the entertainment and the nature of the pleasure it gives, as well as the correlation between the entertaining environments and the pleasure they give. In chapter 3, the entertaining elements within such contexts are classified into the experience, form, color, objects, and the lightings and examine the characteristics of each of them. Also, the influences of these elements to the entertaining environment will be reviewed. In the case study in chapter 4, 9 overseas and domestic club spaces that were introduced in 'Interior World' magazines, that is, in the issues that are focused on 'Entertainment,'such as Issue 59, 68, and 79. As a result of the analysis, the influences of the entertaining, or pleasing, elements were discovered. The particular expression characteristics of the pleasing designs in the club spaces are, namely, the form elements, material elements, color elements, objects elements, and the lighting elements. As the society changes and the cultural level goes up, the club spaces are required to adopt more changes. Therefore, the pleasing elements of the space should receive further emphasis. These elements will act as a trend in the space and make the people appreciate the space more refreshing.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국의 회사정리종결기업들의 종결이후의 성과를 주식성과의 관점에서 비교하고, 이들 기업의 회계정보가 한국과 미국의 주식시장에서 어떻게 반영되는지를 비교분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동종 기업과 비교한 누적초과수익률에 있어서 두 국가의 회사정리종결기업들은 회사정리 종결 이후에 시간이 경과함에 따라 완전히 다른 양상을 보인다. 시간이 경과함에 따라 미국기업들은 Chapter 11을 종결한 이후의 주식성과는 점차 개선되지만, 우리나라의 회사정리 종결기업들의 주식성과는 악화되어 간다. 이를 통해 우리나라의 회사정리제도는 회사정리종결의 지속가능성을 높여주는데 취약하다고 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 회사정리종결이후 장기적(종결월 +36개월)으로는 양국 모두에서 회사정리종결 기업의 회계 정보가 이들의 주식성과에 체계적으로 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 비록 우리나라와 미국 간의 비교분석에 국한되었지만, 미국의 Chapter 11 종결기업에 비해서 우리나라 회사정리종결기업은 계속기업으로서의 경쟁력에 문제가 존재한다고 판단된다. 또한 회사정리종결을 통한 기업의 개선이 주식시장에서는 크게 신뢰받지 못한다는 점은 향후 우리나라 회사정리제도의 제도개선에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다고 할 수 있다.

Looseleaf publications are truly a unique type of library material, partaking simultaneously of the nature of serials and monographs. Therefors, two disparate methods of cataloging looseleaf publications coexist today. But the decision to catalog looseleaf publications as serials as monographs affects the acquisition, budget allocation, receipt, record maintenance, and user access. In view of these aspects, this study analyzed the sources of information and seven areas of description (title and statement of responsibility ; edition ; publication, distribution, etc. ; physical description; series ; note ; standard number and terms of availability) of CRDLP2 as the exclusive cataloging rules of looseleaf publications. The results of the analysis were summarized in chapter 4 in detail. Finally, it is desirable that looseleaf publications for updationg are cataloged as monographs since the bibliographic description applied to looseleaf publications follows so colosely that of monographs. And, the cataloger must pay partioular attention to describe the physical description area because of numerous changes of the bibliographic records accompanied by frequent revisions or updates of the publications.

Objectives : This paper seeks to contribute to restoring ancient literature related to Bianque through literature analysis of the fifth volume of "Maijing(脈經)". Methods : Literature referenced in the fifth volume of "Maijing(脈經)" which are "Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)", "Nanjing(難經)" among others were examined. Results & Conclusions : The fifth volume of "Maijing(脈經)" cites "Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)", "Nanjing(難經)", "Bixi Zhenfa(敝昔診法)", "Ni Shun Wu Se Mai Zang Yan Jing Shen(逆順五色脈藏驗精神)" etc. Based on the question and answer format of the text, it seems the fifth volume of "Maijing(脈經)" is a collective of three different lines of medical texts. It shows traces of Bianque's Zangfu theory where the Stomach is considered as one of the Five Zangs instead of the Spleen. It also contains the diagnostic method of symptom expression time based on distance between sites of pathological expression. Moreover, description of the number of pulses during one cycle of breathing (inhale/exhale) indicates that the early theories of the Bianque School has been preserved.

Recognizing that the debate on the original form of the Seokguram Grotto is closely related to the mythologization of the Seokguram Grotto, which is far from factual understanding, this paper is prepared to restore the Seokguram Grotto based on scientific facts. To this end, we will first analyze its active meaning and fiction from three directions: the founding legend, the rediscovery story, and the concept and discourse of the Line of sight for Buddha statue (對佛像視準線), which have contributed to the mythologization of the Seokguram Grotto. The original restoration of the Seokguram Grotto should be based on a scientific understanding of the Seokguram space. However, past debates and restoration attempts have been based on imagination and not on scientific knowledge. Therefore, Chapter 3 attempts a scientific analysis of the light environment of thr Seokguram Grotto and critically examines the existing errors and realistic mythological images to correct the public's spatial perception of Seokguram's architecture and to propose a rational restoration of Seokguram's architectural space.

The purpose of this study is to develop lesson plan and to evaluate its application for the chapter of 'family life and housing'in the class of Home Economics in the third grade of middle school through the application of the Universal Design. This study has been done in three phases : analysis. development. and evaluation phase. The results of this study were as follows : First. in the development of the concept of the Universal Design. the objective of learning aimed to build the housing and utilities for all family members. Moreover. the various learning materials such as computer program. video materials. and worksheets of the group work were utilized to enhance the effectiveness of the lesson plan. Second. the evaluation of the students was examined through the assessment of the concept of the design. and the degree of class participation of student at the end of class. The LT cooperative learning as an instructional method was perceived to be appropriate and the participation of the cooperative work was also enhanced. The use of the computer programs. and video tapes was considered to be useful. Third. the response of the teachers was found to be both positive and negative. Teachers'positive reactions indicated that the use of the Universal Design facilitated student's participation in class stimulating their motivations and creative ideas not only in the classroom but also in the real life as for the negative reactions. teachers perceived understanding of the concept of the Universal Design. the activities of the students and class hours were relatively shout. These should be added to by the further study with the teachers endeavor.

This study aims at investigating Geisha costume hidden in the history until now and how the fashion of Geisha style is expressed in accordance with character through the movie 'Memoirs of a Geisha'. Major contents of the text consist of studies including the historical background and characteristics of Geisha costume in Chapter 2, the Japanese style expressed in the movie through the analysis of the work in Chapter 3, The movie brought in an opportunity to spread the mysterious culture and art of Japan to the world, making Japanese style an important interest in the world of fashion as well. In a way to study this, the investigation was carried out through literature data, DVD and newspaper of , fashion magazine, articles from the Internet, ete. The Geisha trend has made the hot blast blown harder in such ways to affect not only fashion but also cosmetics, electronic appliance, interior, etc. In S/S 2006, it was not limited to the Japanese style but diffused to the Orientalism in China, India, Korea, etc. It can be said that this study has its significance to be a starting point in investigating the special characters of Japanese Geisha costume hidden up to now. In the studies following in the future, the formative beauty demonstrated per Japanese designer needs to be more studied. Furthermore, it seems noteworthy to analyze and compare Chosun Dynasty's Kisaeng with Japanese Geisha.

Students of the Mogpo Merchant Marine College must complete one year's shipboard training course according to IMO(International Maritime Organization) regulations as an obtaining matter of Certificate of Competency. The purpose of this shipboard training course lies int he student's acquiring practical knowledge and sill as a part of a course of study and, in the future, fostering essential adaptability and leadership, especially in bad circumstances on the sea. The shipboard training course has two kind that the students can be trained either on the training ship or on a merchant ship of the shipping company. In this paper, I only thought over the legal status of apprentice officers on the merchant ship and analyzed the problems practicably during shipboard training. This paper is made up of five chapters. The first chapter contains the purpose contents and method of this study, in the second, the meaning of shipboard practice education and training, in the third, the legal status of apprentice officers on merchant ship, in the fourth, the analysis of the provisions of the seamen act applied to apprentice officers on a merchant ship. And in the last chapter 5, the contents mentioned is summarized and directions are presented to amend the provisions of the seamen act applied to apprentice officers. The conclusions are as follows. 1.In case of shipboard training on overseas employment ship, the seamen act applied to the manning agent employing the apprentice officers should be reinforced. 2. The provisions of disembarkation in mid course by discipline of the seamen acts Article 24 should be relaxed. And the provisions in relations to seamen's duty to be a reason of discipline applied to apprentice officer among the provisions for ship's public order maintenance should be abolished. 3. The provision of repartriation completely should be applied to apprentice officers and the provisions of a journey expenditure during their embarkation or disembarkation have to be established. 4. The apprentice officers in shipboard training also need securing a basic wages provision to be criterion of an accident compensation. 5. The apprentice officers in shipboard training should not be in charge of third officer's or third engineer' study.

한국 전통도자에 적용된 식물의 시각적 표현은 우리 민족의 의식과 정서에 기반하고 있으며, 당시 사람들이 추구하던 길상(吉祥)적 염원(念願)과 벽사(辟邪)를 볼 수 있다. 이러한 상징적 표현은 도자의 형과 장식의 표현, 그리고 그들의 융합을 통해 새롭고 다채로운 의미로 확장되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 한국 전통도자에서 보이는 융합표현의 현상을 형과 형, 형과 장식, 그리고 장식과 장식으로 구분해 그것들의 특별한 의미를 분석한다. 이를 위해 한국 전통도자에서 활용된 식물의 형과 장식의 특징을 문헌적 정보를 바탕으로 고찰한다. 2장에서는 의미를 담은 형과 장식의 배경이 되는 식물을 개괄적으로 분석하고 의미를 소개한다. 3장에서는 식물들의 특징과 의미를 기반으로 형과 형, 형과 장식, 장식과 장식의 융합 형태로 구분하고 그들의 융합현상을 통해 새롭게 발현된 의미를 제시한다.
