This article indicates that the perceptions on the quality of agro-food are socially constructed. Farmers who were producing red pepper in Eumsung county had somewhat different perceptions on the quality of red pepper according to their own marketing channels. Farmers who were selling their red pepper to consumers by direct marketing tend to think the quality attributes more important as follows; information on producers, ingredients, taste and smell, amount of pesticides input, cleaning the harvested red pepper, quality certification by public authority, and brands. Consumers tend to think safety and production area more important, while farmers tend to think the quality attributes as follows; taste, color, variety, soil environment, and largeness. Based on these research findings, we can give some recommendations as follows; 1) the agricultural extension organization in the Eumsung county should change the strategy for local agriculture towards quality management of red peppers. and 2) the local government need to examine the feasibility of quality certifying on red pepper.

The standard and code of safety for diving systems include requirements in the area of diving plant, personnel qualification, diving medicine and operation. In this study the necessity of Korean standard and code of safety for diving system is suggested through the review and comparison of the diving system regulations of domestic as well as foreign governments and other private organizations. Furthermore, by reviewing the status of oversea's diving organizations the proposition was made which can lead the commercial diving sector to international cooperation.

Importance of security is emphasized along with development of local area network such as NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi etc., but research that is worth watching eagerly up to now is not gone. This paper proposed SSEN algorithm for security elevation of approximation communication network. Proposed SSEN algorithm is algorithm that special cryptographic function creates own key without necessity. Also, SSEN achieving certification function additionally, did so that can have more than performance about the processing speed and mistake of service voluntarily.

The ISO 9000 Follow-up Management Practices (FMP) as an integrated area including training, QM systems, management commitment, customer focus, communication and related issues are examined. A sample of 191 small and medium-sized firms data from mail survey is analyzed by the SPSSWIN. A model of FMP including three factors (Systems, Training, and Customer Focus) is introduced. In this paper, a focus is laid on the comparison between ISO 9000:1994 vs. ISO 9000:2000 or 05 9000 certificates and between groups classified by the time length after certification, and on regression relationships between FMP level and business performance. The result shows that the difference of FMP level is significant between two versions and between groups. Quality level and system satisfaction are influenced significantly by the three factors.

The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and server, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority(CA).

In Korea, food material industry encounters the emerging market which results from the growth of food service industry and food processing industry. Food material suppliers think that the total sales in Korean market may be around 20 trillion won. However, very small numbers of studies about Korean food material industry have been conducted. This paper analyzes the current status of food material industry and the market structure in Korea, and presents several suggestions for the development of Korean food material industry as following: building up the function of fresh-cut in production area, improving market structure, settling down the cold-chain system, enforcing the certification program for food safety.

미국, 유럽 등 주요 선진국들은 WTO 체제 이후 단일화 된 정보통신 시장에서 기술적 장벽 없는 국가간 무역 교류 확대를 위해 상호인정 등을 추구하고, 이를 통해 국가간에 통용될 수 있는 효율적 시험인증제도를 구축, 운영하는데 모든 역량을 결집함으로써 국가 경쟁력 제고에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나, 우리나라는 정보통신 권고 표준 분야에 있어서 아직까지 범 국가적 차원의 시험인증제도가 그 모습을 드러내지 못하고 있어 공식적인 시험인증 활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 현실에 처해 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 정보통신 표준 분야에 있어서 국가간 무역 교류상의 기술적 장벽 제거를 통한 국가 경쟁력 제고는 물론 무역 교류 확대의 발판이 될 효율적 시험인증제도를 구축 및 운영함에 있어서 고려되어야할 몇 가지 사항들을 제시하고자 한다.

In case of high capacity load force as millions of tons, it is difficult to measure the force with load cell. But we can measure and calculate the force with applied pressure and ram area of hydraulic jack. The 5,200 ton compression load tester is composed of thirteen hydraulic jack with 400 ton capacity. This paper explains the method of measuring the vertical compression load and provides characteristics of unit jack, and displacement of upper structure under maximum load condition.

For the purpose of verifying the calculation, the rotor blade shall be subjected to test for the natural frequencies and the static loading within the scope of the assessment. This paper presents a full scale static test procedure of the rotor blade for certification by GL. This blade model is manes as KM24 designed for IEC type IA. The test and calculation values are all most similar. Also there is not founded any marks of cracks or buckling at the shell, and bonding area is T/E, L/E and shear web. Therefore, the test is successful and the rotor blade is satisfied the safety requirement at the maximum design load.

The Purpose of this paper is to suggest sustainable strategies of the project for developing large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts (LSEAD). This study used assessment 3 indicators, efficiency, impact and sustainability of environment-friendly agricultural certification area and farmers, management situations of crop-livestock circulation center, educations for environment-friendly farming, changes of farmer's income and so on. This project has contributed to develop environment- friendly agriculture and model of LSEAD. And for sustainable development of LSEAD, it is necessary to renovate crop-livestock circulation centers, promote organic farming of resource-circulation type, converse to non-pesticide or organic farming of low pesticide one, do active marketing activities, establish a governance system of business projects and so forth.
