The Systems Interoperability Test and Evaluation System(SITES) is an T&E support tool for both information system and weapon system. The SITES was developed by reference to the Level of Information Systems Interoperability(LISI) in US. We use the tool via MND Broad convergence Network(BCN) in order to assess information system's interoperability. Nowadays, there are many ongoing researches on expanding assessment capability into weapon systems. As part of those research topics, this paper analyze the characteristics of tactical data-link messages which is the way to exchange the information among the weapon systems, and reflect that characteristics in interoperability level assessment.

Quick response in the textiles and clothing industry is widely recognized at a strategic concept implemented by information technology to transfer changes in customer needs to the final product as soon as possible. This paper addresses which factors should affect the adoption of quick response systems in Korea. We surveyed 108 companies in the textile and clothing industry by using a questionnaire. We asked whether they adopted QR or not, and measured the usage level of QR-related ITs and the level of both internal and external factors in Likert's scale. We conducted multiple linear regression to analyze the data collected by using SAS. The findings are as follows: The adoption of QR, measured by the usage level of QR-related ITs, is positively affected by internal factors such as the recognition of QR concept and the capability for IT applications and by external factors such as the overall informating level of the industry, the needs for cooperation between organizations, and the leadership as an industry coordinator.

In this paper, we desribe a new system, called BEST, that is used to develop a macromodel or behavioral model easily. It automatically calculates the component values of macromodel represented by equations to satisfy the given specification. Also, it gives the way to analyze both the behavioral model and transistor level circuit, and then compare the analysis results of them to check the correspondence under specific temperature and bias condition, and BEST optimizes the component values of macromodel. Other feature is to characterize MOSFET as switch model which consists of PWL-RC network. Finally, it is possible to generage multi-level netlist which consists of macro/switch/transistor level circuits, and user can determine the trade-off between simulation speed and accuracy. With the graphic user interface form of macromodel development system described above. BEST enable designers to make macromodel by themselves and to uas it. We applied BEST to develop the macromodel for the test circuit and got the 18.6 times simulation speed up with preserving the accuracy within 10% compared to the conventional transistor level circuit simulation. Also, applicability of optimization capability was verified.

This paper presents a new evolutionary algorithm to solve complex multi-level integration problems, which is called multi-level symbiotic evolutionary algorithm (MEA). The MEA uses an efficient feedback mechanism to flow evolution information between and within levels, to enhance parallel search capability, and to improve convergence speed and population diversity. To show the MEA's applicability, It is applied to the integrated planning of production and distribution in supply chain management. The encoding and decoding methods are devised for the integrated problem. A set of experiments has been carried out, and the results are reported. The superiority of the algorithm's performance is demonstrated through experiments.

A Novel level-shifter circuit for Display Panel Driver is presented. A Proposed level-shifter is for the high speed and high-voltage driving capability. In order to achieve this purpose, the proposed level-shifter restricts and separates the Vgs of the output driver's pull-up PMOS and pull-down NMOS with Zener diode. And a speed-up PMOS transistor is introduced to reduce delay. The control signal of speed-up PMOS was designed by bootstrapping method to minimize the gate to source (Vgs) voltage to avoid Vgs breakdown.

전체 IT서비스 산업에서 IT컨설팅이 차지하는 비중이 증가함에 따라 우수한 IT컨설팅 인력 확보가 주요 현안으로 부상하고 있다. 이 연구는 IT 컨설턴트가 갖추어야 할 핵심 컨설팅 역량이 무엇이며 IT 컨설턴트가 이러한 역량을 실제 얼마나 보유하고 있는지를 조사하고, IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹의 인식 차이를 분석함으로써 향후 IT컨설턴트 양성 및 교육을 위한 사실 정보와 시사점을 제공한다. 선행 연구 검토와 IT컨설턴트와의 인터뷰에 의하여 6개 영역, 18개 항목으로 구성된 IT컨설팅 역량 모델을 구축하였다. 6개 영역은 (A)전문지 식, (B)문제 해결능력, (C)프로젝트 수행역량, (D)커뮤니케이션, (E)대인관계, (F)자세 및 가치관으로 명명되었다. 그리고 각 역량 항목별 기대수준과 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과, 18개 항목 중 17개 항목의 역량이 기대수준보다 실제 보유수준이 낮게 나타났으며, 특히 고객사에 대한 이해, 문제발견 능력, 창의적 해결방안 제시 능력 3개 항목은 그 격차가 커서 역량 개발이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 IT컨설턴트가 어떤 역량을 얼마나 갖추어야 하는지 그 기대수준(required proficiency)에 대해서는 IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹이 달리 인식하고 있으나, 실제 어떤 역량을 얼마나 갖추고 있는지 그 보유수준(possessed proficiency)에 관해서는 두 그룹간 인식 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 이러한 분석 결과는 IT컨설턴트 역할 인식에 대한 두 그룹간 차이를 이해하고 IT컨설팅 서비스 향상하는 과정에서 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

국내 CM방식은 1996년 12월 건설산업기본법에 의해 제도화된 후 10년이 지난 현재, 건설 경기가 침체되었음에도 불구하고 공공 공사에 CM 방식의 도입으로 본격화되었으며 CM 제도의 운영 방향이 발표된 2001년 대비 2005년 말 CM발주는 계약건수 6.7배, 계약금액 9.2배가 증가하여 CM시장은 급격히 확대 발전하고 있다. 그러나 CM사업데 대한 신뢰부족 및 CM방식의 필요성을 인식하지 못하고 있으며, CM의 성공적인 정착에 중요한 역할을 하는 발주자에 대한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 CM 도입과 활용에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 발주자의 업무 수준 조사 및 분석을 통해 발주자가 필요로 하는 업무 분야에 CM방식을 제안함으로써 건설사업관리를 활성화시키고자 하였다. 발주자의 역량 수준 조사를 위하여 기존 문헌을 고찰한 결과 발주자 업무 기능을 10가지로 분류하였고 이를 토대로 설문조사를 실시하였다.

This paper presents a bandwidth efficient self-cancellation scheme for interchannel interference (ICI) in OFDM transmission systems. Conventional self-cancellation schemes provide an excellent cancellation capability of ICI for relatively low frequency offsets. However, this capability is achieved at the expense of bandwidth efficiency and thus a higher modulation level is often used to compensate for desired throughput. By applying a partial differential coding (PDC) to the transmit data prior to the ICI self-cancellation, bandwidth efficiency is greatly improved by a factor of 2, while maintaining a string of data (+1, -1) alternately for the ICI. self-cancellation in OFDM systems. Computer simulations show that the performance of the proposed scheme is comparable to the conventional self-cancellation scheme with slight performance degradation for relatively lower frequency offsets.

This is a study on the effective and efficient way of airworthiness certification for Korean indigenously developed military aircrafts. Investigating the policy, process, and capability for military aircraft airworthiness certification in USA end Europe, the approach for Korean military aircraft airworthiness certification is recommended. Using FAR as basis for military airworthiness criteria is much more beneficial in initial stage of establishing airworthiness certification system. And all the available resources regardless of civil or military institutes need to be cooperated to accomplish required level of indigenous airworthiness certification capability.

Though electricity consumption amount in industry has been increased gradually, corresponding power supply show symptoms of marginal point. Importance of demand-side management from large-industries has also been raised. This paper deals with induction motor, which is one of representative examples of heavy electricity consumption utilities, to analyze potential technical capability, economic feasibility from consumers' viewpoint and demand-side management feasibility from nation-wide perspective. Nation-wide economic feasibility analysis was done through California test, which has been used as demand-side management evaluation model. This paper also describes limitation of existing high efficiency induction motor in terms of contribution to demand-side management and utilizes premium motor to calculate demand-side management contribution level and economic feasibility evaluation. Likewise, this paper emphasizes the efficiency improvement of induction motor and analyzes how much premium motor related technologies can contribute to demand-side management.
