($^{14}C$ 표지 Imazapyr의 토양중 무기화와 흡착 (Mineralization and Adsorption of $^{14}C$-Lablled Imazapyr in Soil)

  • 제초제 imazapyr의 토양환경중 행동을 구명하기 위하여 물리화학적 특성이 상이한 8종의 토양을 이용하여 $^{14}CO_2$로의 무기화 및 흡착 시험을 수행하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 물리화학적 특성이 상이한 8종의 토양중 배양기간 동안 발생된 $^{14}CO_2$의 양은 총 처리 방사능의 약 1.5${\sim}$4.9%로써 토양에 따라 상이한 방출율을 보였다. pH가 낮고 유기물이 많은 토양 C, G 및 H에서는 낮은 $^{14}CO_2$ 방출량을 보인 반면 pH가 높고 유기물이 적은 토양 B와 D에서는 높은 $^{14}CO_2$ 방출율을 보였다. 2. Imazapyr의 흡착실험에서 평형농도 도달시간은 네 토양 모두에서 약 3시간 이었다. 물리화학적 성질이 상이한 토양에서 0.25${\sim}$28.32%의 흡착율을 보였으며, 토양구성 요소중에서, 유기물 함량이 토양에 의한 imazapyr의 흡착에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. Freundlich 흡착상수$(K_f)$는 유기물의 함량이 2.0${\sim}$21.3배 증가함에 따라 5.5${\sim}$25.6배 증가하였다. 그러므로 토양 유기물이 imazapyr의 흡착에 미치는 범위는 점토가 미치는 것보다 더 큼이 분명하다. $K_f$값은 토양 C, D, G 및 H에서 각각 0.44, 0.08, 0.65 및 2.05이었으며, 모든 토양에서 $K_d$와 유사한 값을 보였다.

  • The nomenclature of genetic variants of casein which is major protein in milk have had a lot of confusion, but now have established. Genetic variants of ${\alpha}_{s1}-CN,\;{\alpha}_{s2}-CN,\;{\beta}-CN,\;{\kappa}-CN$ have reported 8 variants(A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H), 4 variants(A, B, C, D), 13 variants ($A_1,\;A_2,\;A_3,\;A_4$, B, C, D, E, F, G, $H_1,\;H_2$, I), 11 variants(A, B, C, E, $F_1,\;F_2,\;G_1,\;G_2$, H, I, J), respectively. Their data detailed have introduced in several web sites including www.uniprot.org. The studies on genetic variants of casein from Korean native cattle have been reported only ${\beta}-casein\;A_4$ but still not established the protein sequence. The classification and distinct nomenclature of genetic variants of bovine casein were required because the development of milk science and technology have been focused in the region that have to studied biochemically such as functional foods, EMC and GMO et al.

Anti-obesity Effect of Yogurt Fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum Q180 in Diet-induced Obese Rats

  • This study aimed to investigate the anti-obesity effects of yogurt fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum Q180 in diet-induced obese rats. To examine the effects, male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed on six different diets, as follows: Group A was fed an ND and orally administrated saline solution; Group B, an HFD and orally administrated saline solution; Group C, an HFD and orally administrated yogurt fermented by ABT-3 and L. plantarum Q180; Group D, an HFD and orally administrated yogurt with added Garcinia cambogia extract, fermented by ABT-3 and L. plantarum Q180; Group E, an HFD and orally administrated yogurt fermented by L. plantarum Q180; and Group F, an HFD and orally administrated yogurt with added Garcinia cambogia extract, fermented by L. plantarum Q180 for eight weeks. After eight weeks, the rate of increase in bodyweight was 5.14%, 6.5%, 3.35% and 10.81% lower in groups C, D, E and F, respectively, compared with group B; the epididymal fat weight of groups E and F was significantly lower than that of group B; and the level of triglyceride and leptin was significantly reduced in groups C, D, E and F compared to group B. In addition, the level of AST was reduced in group C compared to the other groups. To examine the effects of yogurt on the reduction of adipocyte size, the adipocyte sizes were measured. The number of large-size adipose tissue was less distributed in groups A, C, D, E and F than in group B.

Experimental and numerical investigation on exposed RCFST column-base Joint

  • This paper investigates the seismic performance of exposed RCFST column-base joints, in which the high-strength steel bars (USD 685) are set through the column and reinforced concrete foundation without any base plate and anchor bolts. Three specimens with different axial force ratios (n = 0, 0.25, and 0.5) were tested under cyclic loadings. Finite element analysis (FEA) models were validated in the basic indexes and failure mode. The hysteresis behavior of the exposed RCFST column-base joints was studied by the parametrical analysis including six parameters: width of column (D), width-thickness ratio (D/t), axial force ratio (n), shear-span ratio (L/D), steel tube strength (fy) and concrete strength (fc). The bending moment of the exposed RCFST column-base joint increased with D, fy and fc. But the D/t and L/D play a little effect on the bending capacity of the new column-base joint. Finally, the calculation formula is proposed to assess the bending moment capacities, and the accuracy and stability of the formula are verified.

  • In this paper, we investigate the high order difference counterpart of $Br{\ddot{u}}ck^{\prime}s$ conjecture, and we prove one result that for a transcendental entire function f of finite order, which has a Borel exceptional function a whose order is less than one, if ${\Delta}^nf$ and f share one small function d other than a CM, then f must be form of $f(z)=a+ce^{{\beta}z}$, where c and ${\beta}$ are two nonzero constants such that $\frac{d-{\Delta}^na}{d-a}=(e^{\beta}-1)^n$. This result extends Chen's result from the case of ${\sigma}(d)$ < 1 to the general case of ${\sigma}(d)$ < ${\sigma}(f)$.

  • This paper introduces a dynamic walking control of biped walking robot using intelligent sensor interface and shows an intelligent control method for biped walking robot. For the dynamic walking control of biped walking robot, serious motion controllers are used. They are main controller(using INTEL80C296SA MPU), sub controller(using TMS320LF2406 DSP), sensor controller(using Atmega128 MPU) etc. The used sensors are gyro sensor, tilt sensor, infrared sensor, FSR sensor etc. For the feasibility of a dynamic walking control of biped walking robot, we use the biped walking robot which has twenty-five degrees of freedom(D.O.F.) in total. Our biped robot is composed of two legs of six D.O.F. each, two arms of five D.O.F. each, a waist of two D.O.F., a head of one D.O.F.

  • Let $Q_{n+p-1}(\alpha)$ denote the- dass of functions $$f(z)=z^{P}-\sum_{n=0}^\infty{a_{(p+k)}z^{p+k}$$ ($a_{p+k}{\geq}0$, $p{\in}N=\left{1,2,{\cdots}\right}$) which are analytic and p-valent in the unit disc $U=\left{z:{\mid}z:{\mid}<1\right}$ and satisfying $Re\left{\frac{D^{n+p-1}f(\approx))^{\prime}}{pz^{p-a}\right}>{\alpha},0{\leq}{\alpha}<1,n>-p,z{\in}U.$ In this paper we obtain sharp results concerning coefficient estimates, distortion theorem, closure theorems and radii of p-valent close-to- convexity, starlikeness and convexity for the class $Q_{n+p-1}$ ($\alpha$). We also obtain class preserving integral operators of the form $F(z)=\frac{c+p}{z^{c}}\int_{o}^{z}t^{c-1}f(t)dt.$ c>-p $F\left(z\right)=\frac{c+p}{z^{c}}\int_{0}^{z} t^{c-1}f\left(t \right)dt. \qquad c>-p$ for the class $Q_{n+p-1}$ ($\alpha$). Conversely when $F(z){\in}Q_{n+p-1}(\alpha)$, radius of p-valence of f(z) has been determined.

  • In this paper, we prove that if $f^nf'\;-\;P$ and $g^ng'\;-\;P$ share 0 CM, where f and g are two distinct transcendental meromorphic functions, $n\;{\geq}\;11$ is a positive integer, and P is a nonzero polynomial such that its degree ${\gamma}p\;{\leq}\;11$, then either $f\;=\;c_1e^{cQ}$ and $g\;=\;c_2e^{-cQ}$, where $c_1$, $c_2$ and c are three nonzero complex numbers satisfying $(c_1c_2)^{n+1}c^2\;=\;-1$, Q is a polynomial such that $Q\;=\;\int_o^z\;P(\eta)d{\eta}$, or f = tg for a complex number t such that $t^{n+1}\;=\;1$. The results in this paper improve those given by M. L. Fang and H. L. Qiu, C. C. Yang and X. H. Hua, and other authors.

온도 안정성 저손실 LTCC제조 (Fabrication of Temperature Stable LTCC with Low Loss)

  • ZnWO₄는 높은 품질계수에 의해 주파수 선택성이 뛰어나지만 다층형태의 고주파 무선부품으로의 응용을 위해서는 높은 소결온도(1100℃), 큰 음의 공진주파수 온도계수(-70ppm/℃), 낮은 유전율(15.5) 등에 대한 보정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ZnWO₄에 TiO₂및 LiF를 첨가하여 ZnWO₄의 저손실특성을 유지하면서 주파수 온도안정성 및 저온소결성을 부여하고자 하였다. 큰 양의 공진주파수 온도계수(+400ppm/℃) 및 유전율(100)을 갖는 TiO₂의 첨가는 공진주파수 온도계수를 음의 값에서 양의 값으로 변화시켰으며 유전율의 증가를 가져왔다. TiO₂를 20 mol% 첨가한 경우 공진주파수 온도계수가 0에 가깝고 유전율 19.4에 품질계수 50000㎓의 특성을 얻을 수 있었으나 소결온도는 1100℃로 높은 소결온도를 보였다. ZnWO₄에 TiO₂가 첨가된 혼합체에 LiF의 첨가는 액상형성에 의해 소결온도를 1100℃에서 850℃로 크게 저하시킬 수 있었다. LiF는 첨가는 LiF 자체의 큰 공진주파수 온도계수에 의해 온도계수를 음의 값으로 변화시켰다. 따라서 TiO₂및 LiF의 적당량의 첨가는 온도 안정성을 갖는 저손실 ZnWO₄-TiO₂-LiF 계 LTCC(Low Temperature Confined Ceramics) 소재를 제조할 수 있었다.

  • Shrink resist finishing of wool fabric was carried out with MONAMIN BTN shrink resist agent after chlorination with D.C.C.A.(dichloro isocyanuric acid). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of treating conditions, such as concentrations of D.C.C.A and MONAMIN BTN, pH of treating bath, dying times, curing times and temperatures, on shrink resist finishing. Mechanical properties of the treated fabric were measured by KES-FB system. The optimum chlorination of wool corresponds to 2∼3%(o.w.f.) of D.C.C.A. without rendering the damage on surface of wool fiber. Also it seems likely that the shirink resist finishing carried out at 2 ∼3%(o.w.f.) of MONAMIN BTN and pH 7∼8 of treating bath is effective in increasing a softness of hand.
