The purpose of this study is to find out the orientations and characteristic in clothes buying of each age group of elderly women, based on the actual self-image and the ideal self-image of clothing. Grasping the diversity of their clothes' buying orientations will be helpful in making a better merchandise production planning for apparel, and in launching new brands into the market. The study will also provide useful data in developing sales strategies which enable to supply goods that meet consumers' needs and tastes in the quality market, and consequently will help to classify the market. Samples were 488 women of 55 and over, dwelling in Pusan Metropolitan City. The data was analysed by using MANOVA, ANOVA, and the Cronbach's $\alpha$ reliability was also applied. The conclusions based on the theoretical background and the result of questionnaire surveys were as follows: 1. The order of priority of buying orientations based on clothes's actual self-image was 'practicality', 'cautiousness' and 'economical effectiveness' without regard to age. The items that showed the significant differences in 50's were 'cautiousness', 'experimentation', 'fashion-consciousness' and ostentatiouness, and in 70's were 'economical effectiveness', 'experimentation', 'impulsiveness' and 'environmental friendliness', and none in 60's. 2. The order of priority based on clothes' ideal self-image was the same as that of actual one, and there was no significant difference between age groups.
The national defense requires uninterrupted decision-making, even under direct or indirect impacts on non-traditional threats such as infectious diseases. Since all work utilizes the information system, it is very important to ensure the availability of the information system. In particular, in terms of security management, defense work is being performed by dividing the network into a national defense network and a commercial Internet network. This study suggests a work execution plan that takes into account the efficiency of work performed on the Internet and the effectiveness of security through effective defense information system operation. It is necessary to minimize the network contact point between the national defense network and the commercial Internet, and to select a high-priority one among various tasks and operate it efficiently. For this purpose, actual cases were investigated for "A" institution and characteristics were presented. Through the targeted tasks and operation plans to improve the effectiveness of defense tasks and ensure security, presented in this paper, it will be possible to increase the availability of task performance even in non-traditional threats such as infectious diseases.
Relatively little studies have investigated employee recovery from internal service failure, especially from the employees' perspective. When handling customer complaints, employees must not only deal with legitimate customer demands after a service failure, such as providing an apology, rectifying the problem, and offering compensation, but they must also manage illegitimate dysfunctional customers, who may yell, threaten, and even physically harm the employee. These negative experiences can have strong effects, and employees can exhibit higher levels of stress such as burnout and emotional labor, which have been linked to dissatisfaction, tension and anxiety, reduced performance and effectiveness, and a greater propensity to leave the firm, ultimately leading to negative financial consequences for the firm. These conditions result in internal service failure and create the need to recover employees-in other words, internal service recovery. However, little research has examined this issue so far. The purpose of the current study, therefore, is to investigate the relationship between internal service recovery and employee outcomes. A pre-test, post-test between-subjects experimental design was developed. Participants were 166 part-time students who were working full-time. The average age of the participants was 36.74 years, and 57.50% of them were female. The average length of employment was 13 years. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four groups of approximately equal size. Three of the groups were subjected to an experimental situation involving an internal service failure, while one group was not exposed to failure, thereby acting as a control group. This study contributes to the service marketing literature in several ways. First, the study extends service failure and/or recovery research by examining recovery in an employee context. Second, this study attempts to measure internal service recovery and to empirically demonstrate its relationship to employee outcomes. Third, this investigation emphasizes the managerial importance of internal service recovery. For example, understanding the nature of the relationships between internal service recovery and its consequences can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managers' resource allocation decisions.
With the development of information and communication technology, interest in new educational approaches that can enhance the learning performance of learners with improved information literacy skills is increasing, and universities are actively promoting educational innovation to foster the talents required by society. In the field of fashion studies education, which is closely related to the fashion industry, there is a strong need to develop field-linked educational programs that reflect the trends in the industry and changes in the educational system. The purpose of this study was to introduce industry-coupled problem-based learning (IC-PBL) to the course "Understanding Fashion Consumption Trends" for non-fashion majors to reflect the current needs and strengthen the educational effectiveness of the learners through a survey. A seven-step curriculum (introduction to the class, practitioner's problem, learner's problem analysis, organizing concepts related to variables, information collection and scenario writing, presentation and scenario proposal, and evaluation) not only enhanced learners' understanding of fashion consumption trends and the fashion industry but also greatly amplified learners' satisfaction with the class. The results of the survey showed that the seven-step curriculum was effective in increasing learners' self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability, and confidence in learning. Self-directed learning ability was stronger than other factors, consistent with the core principle of problem-based learning to empower learners to take the initiative and promote self-directed learning. Each factor analyzed was positively correlated.

The employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs (venture certification, inno-biz certification and main-biz certification) and general SMEs was compared and analyzed. Through propensity score matching, general SMEs with similar tendencies to SMEs for each innovation certification were selected. The employment effect was approached from two perspectives: the absolute employment effect, the employment growth rate, and the relative employment effect, the sales-employment coefficient. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that venture certified SMEs and inno-biz certified SMEs, which are technology innovation-type certifications, have an advantage in absolute employment effect. In addition, it was concluded that innovation-certified SMEs have more room for employment than general SMEs by achieving sales growth that exceeds employment growth. Therefore, there is a possibility to enhance the employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs by strengthening employment-related incentives for innovation-certified SMEs.

This study surveys the current state of the art in the field of IT investment and performance in domestic finns and investigates the statistical significance of various hypothesis of previous relevant researches. Data of 145 information systems of 133 firms have been collected. The amount of IT budget in 2005 has increased to the level of 2.53% of gross revenue of the firms and IT business value has also increased as compared to the previous year. As results of MANOVA test, it has been found that the amount of IT budget does not affect the level of IT business value. In other words, the relationship between IT investment and IT business value does not exist. And among ten factors which has been known to determine IT business value in previous researches, only three factors have been found to affect the level of IT business value: the technical quality of information systems, CIO leadership in the context of resource allocation and decision makings, and the capability and commitment of the user department. These finding provide insight for both practitioners and researchers.
Purpose: This study intends to check validity of tools for awareness of Business Continuity through measurement and analysis on the sub factors of Business Continuity by employees of railway-related organizations. Method: Based on the preceding study, sub factors of the awareness of Business Continuity are divided into 7 and the total of 29 questions were delivered to employees of railway-related organizations for investigation and analysis through the online survey tool. Result: According to EFA result, the number of factors of awareness of Business Continuity based on the theoretical ground was reduced to 7 and the total coefficient of determination was 82.616%. Checking the questions by factor, all the questions were loaded as intended. Conclusion: Validity of measurement tools of Business Continuity whose sub factors are the Context of Organization, Leadership, Planning, Operation, Support, Performance evaluation, and Improvement for railway organizations were secured through the Exploratory Factor Analysis of this study. As for the further tasks, studies on the structural relationship among internalization of business continuity, organization effectiveness, learning support environment, etc are required.

A goal of Bizcool entrepreneurship education targeting on the youth falls on letting understand the process of starts-up, enhance entrepreneurship will and their business creativities rather than training trivial starts-up skills such as writing business plan for successful starts-up. The effects of education enable Bizcoo students to recognize rightly the concept of starts-up training and lead to spread out demand for entrepreneurship education. The feedback check-up for how entrepreneurship education affects students getting through of it is necessary and possible to bring its' improvement alternatives. Despite of such highlight, not many measuring tools and indexes of evaluating an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education are developed and studied up until. This research suggests for the optimal indexes for them. In specific, this research 49 the first question sets of evaluating an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education classified 3 large categories and 11 following sub categories each of them such as entrepreneurship orientation, creativity, entrepreneurship preparing activities etc,. representing embedding education effects though entrepreneurship education. This research carry out the empirical survey research utilizing driven question sets against 5 different Bizcools sampling 287 students. The survey research delivers the final 3 large categories and 8 following sub categories(Innovativeness, risk-taking, problem-solving potent, cooperative decision-making potent, efficient behavior capacity, data collecting potent, career search, starts-up search and preparation), and 38 measuring indexes by search and confirming factor analysis. This research never drop the confidence test over each indexes and obtain the proper figures. Last but not least, this research confirm the gap between starts-up club members and non members as to an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and 9 different indexes.
In this study, by reflecting flow of age, possibility of new theme park development as private investments business based on source that is farming village that is not tried to before is verified and by analyzing potential of the site, effectiveness of new theme park development is examined. "Nonghyup Anseong Meadow Anseong-si Gyeonggi-do" is selected as researched site where accessibility is good as there is near to National Capital region and nature condition is also good. Demands are forecasted using visiting intention and realizing index through analogical method and by analyzing existing data related with increase of tourism business that people can experience English village and increasing demand of experiencing farming region tourism demands are forecasted. The results are at below. First, As average expenditure per one person is 52,209 won that is shown in result of survey, if multiplying increasing rate of price and the number of visiting people that is optimistic forecasting figure, the whole expenditure of visitors per one year is from 10.54 billions to 13.85 billions won. Second is potential power of demand aspects. Potential power of that theme park was re-examined through demands forecasting analysis through survey. Experiencing farming regions theme park business that is informed through analysis of potential power of development and demand aspects has value to invest as new business based on farming regions sources, as a result of searching through diverse aspects such as tourism, economy, public interest and cultural aspect and so on.
In this paper a new model of storytelling related to patent in the field of business as a sort of Intellectual Property(IP) was proposed. The patent related storytelling is investigated in the view points of variety of customers, purposes and applications which is different from the conventional OSMU, transmedia or crossmedia storytelling. In business there are several stages related to patent such as the initial conceptualization and development of technology, apply for and registration of patent, legal conflict like patent invalidation trial and action for infringement of patent and damages, and the commercialization stage like development of product based on patent, advertisement and marketing. Multiple sources optimized to the purpose in each stage of patent related business as well as to multiple convergence application of a patent. Similarly, multi-use refers to the fact that storytelling can be applied in each stage of patent oriented business. The effectiveness and usefulness of proposed MSMU model is also investigated.
