The change to the horizontal structure of the modern corporate management environment requires joint efforts and cooperation to share responsibility and purpose and to increase positive mutual influence in order to achieve the corporate goal beyond the individual capacity of the organizational members. In order to achieve the purpose of the organization, the organizational structure in which various members share information and aim at collective leadership is more effective than the structure concentrated on one individual (leader). This study was to examine the effectiveness of shared leadership, and to investigate the causal relationship and effect of shared leadership, organizational trust, and job performance. As a result of the analysis, shared leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust, and organizational trust had a positive effect on job performance. This means that high trust in organization has a positive effect on performance. This study is meaningful in that it examines the difference between shared leadership and existing leadership types that have not been studied yet.
The service industry needs face-to-face customer service, which suggests the need for education training for workers. In other words, it is meaningful to look at whether education training for workers has a positive impact on the organization's performance. The success through education training will be due to the combined role of various factors. In this regard, the study focuses on how the attitude of workers in education training can play a role rather than just verifying the effectiveness of education training alone. As a result of the study, it was found that an employee's attitude toward education training, which was considered necessary to produce more effective results, was a regulator to further improve the educational satisfaction of training. After all, the more positive workers are about education training, the better workers' job performance can be. Therefore, promoting employee's education attitude before education training needs to be a priority, and further studies may call for more in-depth examination of the role of education training attitude.
This study investigated the relationship of authentic leadership(AL) with positive psychological capital(PPC) and teamwork competence(TC) and the mediation effect of PPC to facilitate theoretical and practical development of AL. For the empirical analysis, data were collected from the sample of 172 nurses working at general hospitals. Collected data were analyzed with factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediated regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 to test the hypotheses. Results showed that the AL was positively related to the PPC as well as TC and the PPC was positively related to the TC. And further, the PPC is found as playing as a partial mediator on the relationship between the AL and the TC. These results provided the positive influence of authentic leadership on work team. Based on these results, practical implications were discussed for effectiveness of nurse organizations. Lastly, limitations were indicated and some possible directions for authentic leadership and its relationship to work team were suggested for future studies.

The introduction of BIM technology is expanding not only in the field of design and construction, but also in the maintenance and use stage. In particular, researchers are looking to build a smart facility management system that integrates advanced IT technology and BIM. This study proposes the parts to be used and added to the BIM information, focusing on information generated and exchanged in the application case that is an issue during the current facility maintenance work by introducing the smart facility management technology and its use cases. The effectiveness of this proposal is compared with the scenario in which BIM-based facility safety management is applied and the current business scenario. In conclusion, the requirements for smart facility management are analyzed, and linkable parts between facility management tasks and BIM data that should be reflected in the facility management system are presented. In the maintenance phase, through the use case scenario, the facility management phase is subdivided according to the characteristics and contents of the work. In addition, information about the facilities required for each task is specified. Furthermore, it is examined whether BIM data and IT information can be linked with existing facility management systems. It is a process and guideline that can be provided to practitioners who want to introduce BIM and smart technology to facility management. It can define the required data items and levels according to the required information step by step based on the maintenance case.

Effective leadership in safety performance, such as safety leadership, has received attention as a factor that greatly affects safety performance in various high-risk industrial environments. Based on prior research, this study aims to analyze the impact relationship between safety leadership, safety observance, safety education, and safety culture to reveal the effectiveness of safety leadership. In addition, this study will examine the effects of safety leadership on safety observance and safety education to identify the effects of safety understanding. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with employees of an aviation manufacturing company in Gyeongnam. For verification, a positive factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis were conducted using the AMOS 21.0 program. This study's findings show that, first, safety leadership has a positive and significant impact on safety observance and safety education. Second, safety leadership was found to have a direct impact on organizations' safety culture. Third, although safety observance has significant positive effects on safety culture, safety education has often been rejected. Finally, after verifying the control effect of safety understanding, this study uncovered the presence of an adjustment effect in the effect of safety leadership on safety observance. Therefore, based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications suggest that through the exercise of safety leadership, managers can improve their organizations' safety culture by increasing organizations' compliance with safety observance and/or acceptance of safety education.
Purpose: Waiting occured frequently in the service industry. Because waiting time is perceived as a loss by customers, perceived waiting time affects positive and negative responses to restaurants. If the waiting time is perceived as long, the waiting receptivity to accept the wait may also decrease. Therefore, restaurant stores need to increase waiting satisfaction so that customers can feel the waiting time shorter. Therefore, in this study, the effect of perceived waiting time and waiting satisfaction of customers visiting Taiwanese restaurant companies on waiting acceptability, emotions (positive and negative emotions) and satisfaction is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: This study examines the structural relationship between perceived latency, waiting satisfaction, emotion, and satisfaction. To verify the purpose of this study, a research model and hypothesis were developed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the content of this study based on previous studies. All configurations were measured with multiple items tested and developed in previous studies. Data collected from 407 Taiwanese restaurant customers were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 programs. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to measure the reliability and effectiveness of the measurement tool. Structural model analysis was performed to validate the study model. Results: The study results are as follows. Perceived waiting time was found to have a positive effect on negative emotions. In addition, it was found that waiting acceptability had a negative effect on negative emotions, and had a positive effect on positive emotions and customer satisfaction. Positive emotions were found to have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Also, waiting satisfaction was found to have a positive effect as a moderating variable on the relationship between perceived waiting time and waiting acceptability. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, perceived waiting time was found to have a negative effect on eating out consumers. However, if the waiting time is satisfied, waiting time will increase the waiting time acceptability. Therefore, if customers are satisfied with the waiting environment by improving the quality of the waiting environment, it will be possible to establish a marketing *strategy* that stimulates the positive effect of the perceived waiting time.
In order to verify the effectiveness of the tea culture treatment program to mitigate the relative aggressiveness, the research will target 10 women aged 70 or older who use the P City-based Senior Citizens' Day Care Center to apply the tea culture treatment program to alleviate the relative aggressiveness of the elderly and examine its effects. As a result of the analysis, the score of reactive relational aggressiveness and leading relational aggression is 0.21 lower than the pre-exam average, indicating that the leading relational aggression of the elderly who participated in the tea culture therapy program is reduced than before the program. Based on these analysis results, practical suggestions were made for alleviating aggression among senior citizens using the Center for the Elderly.

As a result, this study confirmed that factors in smart phone ownership (SPO) could affect individual decision-making and identify that users' psychological factors in the use of smart devices would be directly related to the outcome of decision-making. Through this, it is possible to understand the development of future industries and the acceptability of users using smart devices. and will be meaningful research in tourism, new product development, or continuous brand development.
