This study analyzes business performance factors for young startup, one of the solutions to the youth unemployment problem, and explored the effects of individual characteristics, capability, and environmental factors of young entrepreneurs on business performance. The study targets young traders operating in traditional markets and shopping streets nationwide. The 159 sample data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 for frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis. The Entrepreneur's individual characteristics such as challenge spirit, start-up capability, and market characteristics affect absorptive capacity and interorganizational network. And absorptive capacity and interorganizational network affect financial and non-financial business performance. As a result, it was found that young traders need to reinforce their individual characteristics, start-up capability, and interorganizational networks in order to improve business performance. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

Supply Chain Management is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the operations of the supply chain to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible. It spans all movements and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption. Korean Standards Association claims the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) as a win-win model of organizations among the supply chains for the best product/service quality to final customers. The SCQM is focused on quality of product/service and will do much for improving manufacturing performance between customer and suppliers. Consulting-teams make every effort to design suitable solution for constructing solutions and improving the performance. This study is to analyze the performance of SCQM consulting, from July of 2007 to June of 2008, and would provide some guidelines to design the optimal consulting models and develop guidebooks.

To revitalize rural economy and to generate job opportunities in the Korean countryside through the specialized production of high-valued/environment-friendly farm products and the active promotion of green tourism in the farmland-remodelling project sites in 4 main riverside areas, this study developed the regionally differentiated development models of future-oriented agri-business complex. Through two rounds' expert group consulting/checking, related literatures review and similar case-projects benchmarking, a tentative model system was made and corrected, and finally, 6-development types with 24 model complexes proposed.

Based on IT that is an important competitive resource within the company, the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the factors of internal IT audit consulting service quality affect the customer satisfaction. In this research. we have identified five different variables that affect the customer satisfaction which are reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy and strategic partnership. Further, the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and audit consulting service Quality has been examined. This research was conducted empirically targeting business units the results could be summarized as follows. First, the study variables, reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy. and strategic partnerships have been proved to be significant effect on customer satisfaction. Next, the strategic partnership of variables was the biggest influence on the customer satisfaction.

This study attempts to explain phenomenologically the shadow work that occurs among Kwangju·Jeonnam business support counselors as video consultation increases due to the counseling management systems used in business consulting for SMEs and digital transformation since COVID-19. Since digital shadow work is widespread, it has been considered basic and mandatory work, not recognized as shadow work itself, assuming that it is continuously used for a long time. We found that, in the case of the newly expanded video consulting systems, most of the users complain of burden and inconvenience and tend to choose face-to-face despite the time and cost savings associated with the former. These study results practically suggest that, in order to implement such digital systems successfully, a well-prepared system, an elaborate way of reducing the burden and inconvenience, and an adaptation period are considered critical as they can minimize the shadow work of users.

This study recognized the mutual collaborative characteristics among consultants as important factors in the performance of the government-supported consulting business, and wanted to look at the impact of the cooperative characteristics among consultants on the consulting performance. First, a research model was presented based on theoretical background, hypotheses were set up and surveyed, and hypotheses were verified by multi-circulation analysis. Among the collaboration characteristics among consultants, the most influential was mutual reliable followed by smooth communication, professional competence and role sharing. information sharing was rejected and was found to be relatively less affected than other variables. This can be seen as more important than the quantitative aspect of information sharing because of the collaborative nature of consultants who must work toward common goals. Collaboration among consultants has been positive when carrying out government-funded consulting projects, suggesting that quantitative characteristics should be considered based on the qualitative characteristics based on mutual reliable. In the future, we hope that this data will be useful for identifying collaborative characteristics among consultants when carrying out consulting projects.

Global economic recession, global market reduction, and the deteriorating economic recession are forcing the industry to reconsider the business plan and strategy related to supply chain regardless of the size of the companies. During the economic recession caused by financial anxiety, development of international collaborative producer is the key theme for a manufacturing industry to get over the situation. Especially, development of high-skilled people who are capable of handling global manufacturing management is the key factor in China which shifted from a world factory to a world market. In this background, we started the international project of global manufacturing education and training for Chinese company managers from 2009. In this paper, based on the research conducted by the universities and companies in China, a design of global manufacturing education and training is proposed. This presented design is based on the theory of Japanese production strategy and investigation of actual conditions for Chinese companies and the research methodology of business management practice with efficiency and productive for international level management organization. The effectiveness of the education design is evaluated by applying the international education and training project of Aoyama Gakuin Human Innovation Consulting Inc. and Vigor Management Technology Association.
