OBJECTIVES : Currently, the market for carbon emissions trading has been increasing. In Korea, it is known that traffic mode rate in bike transportation is low. However, if bike transportation system is encouraged and the traffic mode rate is increased, it would be possible to reduce carbon emissions through the trading market. In this study, a practical policy to activate the bike transportation system in Korea will be proposed and verified. METHODS : Past studies regarding bike transportation system in international and domestic metropolitan cities were analyzed. Moreover, detailed reviews on recent carbon emissions trading market were performed. In particular, SWOT analysis on the bike transportation system in Korea and policy topology analysis were conducted. RESULTS : Based on the literature reviews and SWOT analysis, a new bike transportation policy was proposed. Several actual plans to adopt in Korea were proposed. In addition, a new bike transportation policy was analyzed using policy typology model, and a business model related to the cost of implementing the system and CERs were also proposed. CONCLUSIONS : It is concluded that the proposed bike transportation activation policy and several practical plans to connect CERs and a business model including bus, subway, T-money and bike riders to give some incentive were effective and reasonable. It is desired that this study will help Korea to get CERs through bike transportation activation in the future.

Our country has been encountered with severe economic depression since IMF loan(1997). Korean economic system should be reformed according to the globalization and the world industrial trends based on adavanced technologies and skills. Todays the venture business should be considered to be the alternative of recovering Korean economy and increasing highly estimated values. Generally speaking, the venture business is defined as a new business with high risk-high return with new technical entrepreneurship. This treatise suggests the activating alternatives of the venture business in Korea. These alternatives are suggested as follows. First, several measures to incruit excellent technicians are suggested. These measures includes incruitment of parttime technicians, application of cooperative program of education training unemployees, the stock option system, a stock-sharing plan for the employees, etc. Second, in the financial aspect, activation of the foundation investment company, activation of the COSDAQ market, strengthening of technology security are suggested. Third, in the technical development aspect, amplification of inauguration assistant center, construction of technology accumulative network, etc. These measures will contribute to the development of Korean economy and the welfare of Korean people.

This study is progressing or suggests effective space planning for rural village area conventional markets that is planning business market modernization process. Rural village area conventional markets of small scale are inputting a lot of efforts and financial resources for activation. Also, I wish to quote activation plan for rural village area conventional markets that face in stagnation. Studied spatial form and conventional market activation factors by space use special quality of rural village area conventional markets for architectural planning plan presentation. Investigated spatial change for several years that appear in Geum-wang conventional market for this. As a result, could deduce plans of space improvement plan for conventional market space positively. Also, through this study, suggest activation plan of conventional market that display similar space type including Geum-wang conventional market. Therefore, environment improvement of conventional market's type and special quality based on space activation elements and need space environment improvement plan the architecture plan in early planning phase of business.

Globalization and knowledge-based economy have increased the importance of local areas as the units of global competition. Therefore, the meaning of localities has been emphasized as the core value of economic activities. In this context, innovation cluster has been recognised and emphasized as effective policy measure for innovation. Therefore, most countries have been trying to develop innovation clusters with their expectation for a rapid growth of economy. Nevertheless, there have been minimal empirical researches on innovation cluster. Therefore, for suggesting implications that activation factors of innovation cluster are to have an effect on tenant's business activities, this study conducted a literature review for the theories of regional innovation system(RIS) and innovation cluster. As a result, the activation factors of innovation cluster were classified into institutional, physicals, and social factor. The case of Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy was examined for an empirical analysis. Data were analyzed using ordered logistic regression. The results were as follows:First, Institutional and Infra factors had a positive influence on firms' business activities in every empirical test, so they were the most important activation factors of innovation cluster. Second, regarding the interactive effects of financial support, the interactive effects between financial support and Infra factor had a positive influence on the firms' business activities, according to the result of the empirical test.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the plans to improve business in Hotel French restaurants. This study conducts documentary study and empirical study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted by 172 staffs of Hotel French restaurants in Seoul. The result of this research is as follows. Hotel restaurant operators recognize the importance of promotion and development of new sales goods. But they haven't done long-term marketing directions focusing on cost-saving and ephemeral sales promotion effects. Hotel restaurants should establish public information strategies uniformly and look for the plans that offer customers adequate information. Also, they should make a differentiation strategy within the same industry, can always give recency to customers, and enhance the event-connecting promotion menu and business activation.

After contracting of Korea-China FTA, we have expected the trade volume has mutually been increasing a lot. If we are using this contract, we would make an activation of Korea economy. Especially, Korea youngman has been caught a big chance to make a business in Korea & China. For example, Xian, which is one of center of silk road, has become big strategy area. As we need to focus on this area, we will be expected to indirect influences of consumer's industries like cosmetic, fishery products, food service, eco-friendly items. Recently, the youngman starting up a business has become a trend of kinds of alternative new job. Then, we have to provide practical solution for young man. One of this solution is 'starting up a business'. In this study, I empirically investigated the relation between Korea-China FTA and the youth starting up a business. So, I believe that this study can light up on the direction of effective starting up for making & success a business in China.

Two pitches with different average molecular structures were electrospun and compared in terms of the properties of their fibers after oxidative stabilization, carbonization, and activation. The precursor with a higher molecular weight and greater content of aliphatic groups (Pitch A) resulted in better solubility and spinnability compared to that with a lower molecular weight and lower aliphatic group content (Pitch B). The electrical conductivity of the carbon fiber web from Pitch A of 67 S/cm was higher than that from Pitch B of 52 S/cm. The carbon fiber web based on Pitch A was activated more readily with lower activation energy, resulting in a higher specific surface area compared to the carbon fiber based on Pitch B (Pitch A, 2053 $m^2/g$; Pitch B, 1374 $m^2/g$).

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of users guild system on game community activation. For the analysis, the paper used 2,876 users data of online game 'Gunju(Monarch)'. Social support between gamers who belong to guilds was more influential to community activation than that of gamers who doesn't belong to guilds. Especially, the fact was found that social support between guild members (internal social support) plays more important role on community activation than that between guild members and non guild members (external social support).

Purposes - This study propose the following 4 methods to establish Global HRD system focusing on transferable skill which is attracting attention as future science and technology Manpower. The activation of convergence research creates new industries in the era of 4th industrial revolution. Research design and methodology -This study was conducted by using research methods and expert interviews focused on document analysis. This study also reflects trends through books and materials that cover the latest issues such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Results - 4 Things are reflecting the policies of S&T Manpower and securing execution capability, developing competence-based transferable skill model, enhancing science and technology convergence R&D and performance capability, and developing customized HRD program. Conclusions - Transferable skills will contribute to strengthen the national competitiveness of science and technology in the long term by establishing the foundation of technological innovation that can create new industries and secure future growth power in the 4th industrial revolution era. Practically, it was suggested that science and technology professionals should be able to refer to the HRD program design and HRD program design by suggesting the view of transferable skill and the activation plan reflecting the insight.
