In maned airport, crews may have risks as they manage passenger control system in IPMS in damage situations such as fire in a airport. So the application of unmanned autonomous system can reduce the number of boarding crews and attribute to safe airplane transportation. PBBC model can be used to obtain control strategy, and airplane and enhance operators' skill by simulating the airport. The paper suggests an intelligent system of the pbbc control using microprocessor in integrated platform management system which can take measures against passenger situation of a airplane excluding unnecessary warnings with undamaged situations. The system here detected the passenger more accurately and adopted more appriate measures according to airplane status compared with conventional systems.

The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15$\sim$40% pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

For the satisfying performance of a oil lubricator, design of a oil controller for the system which meets the required specifications and its supporting hardware that keep their functioning is important. Among the hardware of a control system, oil system are most vulnerable to malfunction. Thus it is necessary to keep track of accurate and reliable oil readings for good fusion oil lubricator performance. In case of oil lubricator, data loss, ssr trigger error faults, they are detected by examining the data system output values and the major values of the system, and then the faults are recognized by the analysis of symptoms of faults. If necessary electronic-sensor values are synthesized according to the types of faults, and then they are used for the controller instead of the raw data. In this paper, a fast-32bit cpu microprocessor applied to the control of flexible link system with the sensor fault problems in the error modulo for exact positioning to show the applicability. It is shown that the fusion oil lubricator can provide a satisfactory loop performance even when the sensor faults occure.

Atopic myelitis (AM) is a relatively mild form of myelitis associated with allergic diathesis, and present with predominant sensory manifestations. Lhermitte's sign has been considered as a relatively non-specific clinical sign suggesting demyelinating lesion in cervical cord. Here we report a patient with recurrent AM who presented with isolated Lhermitte's sign, both in first and second attacks. This report suggests that either the diagnosis or recurrence of AM can be frequently underdiagnosed because of its predominant sensory manifestations.

Microcystis aeruginosa is common form of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) capable of producing toxic heptapeptide (microcystin) that cause illness or death. The comparison of molecular genetic method with the morphological characteristics of cyanobacteria was conducted. We have designed PCR primers (JJM98F, JJM1141R) for cyanobacterial 16S rRNA and phycocyanin intergenic spacer (PC-IGS) gene domain. To confirm the production of microcystins, PCR primers for the N-methyltransferase (NMT) domain of microcystin synthetase gene mcyA were designed using 21 cyanobacteria strains Most of isolated strains from the Nakdong River was classified as Microcystis aeruginosa and the similarities were $99\%$ with M. aeruginosa AF 139292. $38.1\%$ of isolated strains contained microcystin synthesis gene. NMT (N-methyltransferase) were not detected in isolated strain in several strains, which means non-toxic. However, the NMTs of the strains were detected during the cultivation.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the new way of location choice for free trade zone in Busan area by using Obata and Ishii(2003) model of preference discrimination score. And also, this paper investigates the result of Choi, Bong-ho(200l) that deals with the choice of tariff free area in Busan area. Empirical main results are as follows: First, the North Port(Sinsundae)and the New Busan Port are efficient. Final winer of location choice for free trade zone is the North Port(Sinsundae). Second, the ranking result of this paper for 10 potential sites of free trade zone shows the almost similar to that of Choi, Bong-ho(200l). Policy planner for location choice of free trade zone should introduce the preference discrimination score method by Obata and Ishii(2003), because this method shows the very positive empirical results like questionaire method by expert groups and common people in Busan which should cause the much time and much money.

An alternate synthesis of 2-amino-5,6-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene hydrochloride from 2-nitro-3,4-dihydro-5,6-dimethoxy-1(2H)-naphthalenone,was described and compared the overall yields and experimental procedures with the previous synthetic routes obtained from Neber rearrangement product, 2-amino-3,4-dihydro-5,6-dimethoxy-1(2H)-naphthalenone hydrochloride.

This research estimates the contribution to the Busan regional economy made by Busan Port's container cargo handling from the microscopic point of view. The cost is calculated and shown in the currency unit of Korea, won, per TEU. A questionnaire was conducted to 12 different types of maritime business to obtain total sales and performances of the companies. The total sales of maritime business related to container goods per the whole TEU was computed at 238,230won/TEU. This can be adopted as a new index to analyse the Busan regional economy.

The purpose of this study is to propose ways of promoting medical tourism in Busan. For the purpose, this researcher made a questionnaire survey of Japanese tourists who used in Busan International Ferry Terminal between January and April 30, 2008. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. 86.3% of all respondents had never experienced any medical service in Korea. 57.3% said that the most important thing is the level of medical technology. Most of respondents preferred massage treatment using spa and sea water, followed by Oriental medical services. To make medical conditions(price competitiveness, high-level medical technology, high-quality medical facilities) of Busan properly informed to the outside, it is required to make the city itself more internationally recognized through public relations and strengthening individual medical services provided in the city. It is also required to build up a non-stop service system that helps foreign tourists not only easily use medical institutions, but also better cope with a variety of problems that they might face during stay in the city. To be more trustable to foreign patients, medical services of Busan should be certified by JCI. Furthermore, it is very much needed to develop products which connect medicine with tourism, for example, such programs that combine medical services, tourism, recreation and leisure.
