  • In this study, the intellectual property rights of digital contents (creations) are protected by using block chain technology that cannot be damaged or forged. So, we build a blockchain-based content sales revenue tracking system and platform that activates the transaction and distribution of digital content (creation). We developed an API server that can be used for content registration and revision history management smart contract, license management smart contract according to content purchase, content inquiry function through files and hashes, and web and APP services. Through this, it is possible to prove the relationship between the rights of the creators of digital content creations and protect the rights of the creators.

  • In this paper, a blockchain-based platform of NFT(Non-Fungible Token) reports was proposed to ensure the reliable performance contents of field study trip. It is possible to identify and manage the personal multi biomeric authentication user ID of activity records for students in a mobile IP-based metaverse with the linkage of extended reality(XR). At this time, many quests and incentives of platform are provided to induce students to experience smart and fun field studying facilities by linking real trip experiences and virtual extended_reality studies in the metaverse interworking.

  • Blockchain is increasing in value as a platform for safe transmission of capital transactions or secure data. In addition, blockchain has the potential as a new platform that can safely store large amounts of data such as videos, music, and photos, and safely manage transaction details and service usage specifications. Since it is not possible to store large-capacity media data in a block, research on the performance of storing sound source information in a block and retrieving the stored sound source data by using the distributed storage system (IPFS) and the hash information of the sound source signature data was conducted. In this paper, we propose a sound source signature indexing method using a bloom filter that can improve the search speed suggested by previous studies. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that improved search performance (O(1)) than the existing search performance (O(n)) can be achieved.

  • The academic credit banking system is an educational system to implement a lifelong learning society. Students who meet the requirements of this system can achieve academic degrees equivalent to those of junior colleges or four-year universities. Credits and degree information of these students are recorded and managed by the central institution. However, this system can cause security problem such as hacking due to centralized management. In this paper, we propose an academic credit banking system which can manage credits and degree information based on blockchain technology. In the proposed system, credits and degree information are stored in block and managed in the public ledger in a permanent manner. Blocks are connected in the form of blockchain on a distributed network to improve security problems such as hacking and manipulation. Also, the efficiency of credit bank management can be increased because the functions of the central institution are distributed to the network participants. The prototype of the proposed system was implemented on the Go-Ethereum platform and experimentally verified the blockchain information among participating organizations using smart contracts.

  • To manage the Internet of Things(IoT) Network, which consists of a large number of various devices, a secure and automatic method of strengthening the IoT network is being proposed. Blockchain has a 'smart contract' element of autonomous execution method, which is emerging as a way to not only exchange data quickly without mediators but also securely and automatically manage processes between IoT devices. In this paper, we implement a prototype of the entire IoT device management system based on the EOSIO with DPoS(Distributed Proof of Stake)-based blockchain structure, proposed as a prior study, including the user application DApp(Decentralized Application) and the actual IoT devices (Raspberry Pi-based device, and smart lamp) that interact with the blockchain platform. We analyze the benefits of the system and measure the time overhead to show the feasibility of the system.

  • In this paper, we propose the terminal authentication system using blockchain and TOTP(Time-based One-time Password Algorithm) to sustain a continuous authentication between user device and service device. And we experiment this system by using door-lock as a terminal of IoT(Internet of Things). In the future, we can apply this result to several devices of IoT for convenience and security. Although IoT devices frequently used everyday require convenience and security at the same time, it is difficult for IoT devices having features of the low-capacity and light-weight to apply the existing authentication technology requiring a high amount of computation. Blockchain technology having security and integrity have been used as a storage platform, but its authentication cannot be performed when the terminal cannot access any network. We show the method to solve this problem using Blockchain and TOPT.

  • This study is about a blockchain-based collective quarantine management system and its commercialization model. The configuration of this system includes a biometric information transmission unit that generates biometric information based on measured values generated from wearable devices, a biometric information transmission unit that transmits biometric information generated here from a quarantine management platform, and action information transmitted from the community server. is a system including an action information receiving unit for receiving from the quarantine management platform. In addition, a biometric information receiving unit that collects biometric information from the terminal, an encryption unit that encodes biometric information generated through the biometric information receiving unit based on blockchain encryption technology, and a database of symptoms of infectious diseases to store symptom information and an infection diagnosis database. The generated database includes a location information check unit that receives from the terminal of the user identified as a symptomatic person and determines whether the user has arrived in the community based on the location information confirmation unit and the location of the user after the location is confirmed. It includes a community arrival judgment unit that judges. And, the community server helps the interaction between the generated information. Such a blockchain based collective quarantine management system can help to advance the existing quarantine management system and realize a safer and healthier society.

  • Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) created on the basis of blockchain have their own unique value, so they cannot be forged or exchanged with other tokens or coins. Using these characteristics, NFTs can be issued to digital assets such as images, videos, artworks, game characters, and items to claim ownership of digital assets among many users and objects in cyberspace, as well as proving the original. However, interest in NFTs exploded from the beginning of 2020, causing a lot of load on the blockchain network, and as a result, users are experiencing problems such as delays in computational processing or very large fees in the mining process. Additionally, all actions of users are stored in the blockchain, and digital assets are stored in a blockchain-based distributed file storage system, which may unnecessarily expose the personal information of users who do not want to identify themselves on the Internet. In this paper, we propose an NFT platform using cloud computing, access gate, conversion table, and cloud ID to improve usability and privacy problems that occur in existing system. For performance comparison between local and cloud systems, we measured the gas used for smart contract deployment and NFT-issued transaction. As a result, even though the cloud system used the same experimental environment and parameters, it saved about 3.75% of gas for smart contract deployment and about 4.6% for NFT-generated transaction, confirming that the cloud system can handle computations more efficiently than the local system.
