Recently, big data services have been used in various fields. In this situation, this research studied the intention to provide personal information from users, which is necessary to provide useful big data services. A survey was conducted on college students and ordinary people who have understood big data services. And path analysis was performed through Amos' structural equation. As a result of the study, it was found that privacy risks, trust in service providers, individual innovativeness, service incentives, social influence, and service design are major variables influencing the intention to provide personal information. And it was found that trust in service providers plays a mediating role in influencing the intention to provide personal information. In addition, big data services were classified into types for information acquisition and types related to purchase. Accordingly, it was further analyzed whether major variables differ in the path affecting the intention to provide personal information, and new implications were found. Companies that actually develop and provide big data services should establish different strategies by reflecting research results depending on the type of big data service provided.

Big Data is a data analysis technology empowered by late advances in innovations and engineering. In any case, big data involves a colossal responsibility of equipment and handling assets, making reception expenses of big data innovation restrictive to little and medium estimated organizations. Cloud computing offers the guarantee of big data execution to little and medium measured organizations. Big Data preparing is performed through a programming worldview known as MapReduce. Normally, execution of the MapReduce worldview requires organized joined stockpiling and equal preparing. The computing needs of MapReduce writing computer programs are frequently past what little and medium measured business can submit. Cloud computing is on-request network admittance to computing assets, given by an external element. Normal arrangement models for cloud computing incorporate platform as a service (PaaS), software as a service (SaaS), framework as a service (IaaS), and equipment as a service (HaaS).

4차 산업혁명이 일어나면서 각 산업에서 새로운 개념이 탄생되었다. 각 산업의 새로운 개념은 빅데이터를 핵심 인프라로 가정하여 발전하고 있다. 따라서 빅데이터에 대한 품질관리가 점점 중요해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 품질 사례 연구를 통하여 빅데이터 품질관리 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 사례 연구를 위하여 새로운 정보기술을 활용한 법률서비스인 리걸테크 분야를 대상으로 하였다. 최근에 구현하고 있는 법무부 생활법률지식서비스를 위한 빅데이터 품질체계를 도출하였다.

Big data is prominently used as a prediction method in achieving a goal, because it can analyze the regularities to predict future results from a vast amount of past data. Furthermore, big data has huge influence in very diverse academic fields. On such awareness, this study analyzed the regular effect of e-Commerce usefulness from the effects which expectations on big-data service affect the usage purpose of e-Commerce usefulness. This study categorized e-Commerce usefulness into quality recognition, service, and ease, and studied how each category works between the relationship of big-data service expectation and the use intention.

This research focuses on accomplishing analysis problems and issues by examining the policies and systems related to geo-spatial big data which have recently arisen, and suggests political and systemic improvement plan for service activation. To do this, problems and probable issues concerning geo-spatial big data service activation should be analyzed through the examination of precedent studies, policies and planning, pilot projects, the current legislative situation regarding geo-spatial big data, both domestic and abroad. Therefore, eight political and systematical improvement plan proposals are suggested for geo-spatial big data service activation: legislative-related issues regarding geo-spatial big data, establishing an exclusive organization in charge of geospatial big data, setting up systems for cooperative governance, establishing subsequent systems, preparing non-identifying standards for personal information, providing measures for activating civil information, data standardization on geo-spatial big data analysis, developing analysis techniques for geo-spatial big data, etc. Consistent governmental problem-solving approaches should be required to make these suggestions effectively proceed.

IT기술의 발전은 기존의 컴퓨터 환경과 더불어 수많은 모바일 환경 및 사물 인터넷환경을 통해 사람의 삶을 편리하게 하고 있다. 이러한 모바일과 인터넷 환경의 등장으로 데이터가 급속히 폭증하고 있으며, 이러한 환경에서 데이터를 경제적인 자산으로 활용 가능한 Big Data 환경과 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 그러나 Big Data를 활용한 서비스는 증가하고 있지만, 이러한 서비스를 위해 발생되는 다량의 데이터에는 보안적 문제점이 있음에도 불구하고 Big Data의 보안성에 대한 논의는 미흡한 실정이다. 그리고 기존의 Big Data에 대한 보안적인 측면의 연구들은 Big Data의 보안이 아닌 Big Data를 활용한 서비스의 보안이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 따라서 본 연구에서는 Big Data의 서비스 산업의 활성화를 위하여 Big Data의 보안에 대한 연구를 하였다. 세부적으로 AHP 기법을 활용한 Big Data 환경에서 보안관리를 위한 구성요소를 파악하고 그에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다.

Recommendation Systems are information technologies that E-commerce merchants have adopted so that online shoppers can receive suggestions on items that might be interesting or complementing to their purchased items. These systems stipulate valuable assistance to the user's purchasing decisions, and provide quality of push service. Traditionally, Recommendation Systems have been designed using a centralized system, but information service is growing vast with a rapid and strong scalability. The next generation of information technology such as Cloud Computing and Big Data Environment has handled massive data and is able to support enormous processing power. Nevertheless, analytic technologies are lacking the different capabilities when processing big data. Accordingly, we are trying to design a conceptual service model with a proposed new algorithm and user adaptation on dynamic recommendation service for big data environment.

4차산업 혁명으로 다양한 산업분야에서 빅데이터 기술을 성공적으로 활용하여 경영성과를 얻은 사례들이 보고되고 있다. 본 논문은 의료산업에서 빅데이터를 성공적으로 활용한 혁신 사례들 살펴보고 어떤 데이터가 어떠한 목적으로 활용되고 있으며 이러한 빅데이터가 어떤 가치를 창출하는지 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 서론에서는 본 연구의 배경과 방향에 대해 기술하여 연구의 전체적인 구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 문헌 연구에서는 빅데이터의 정의 및 개념과 빅데이터 연구와 관련된 내용, 그리고 의료 산업에서의 빅데이터의 활용과 관련된 내용을 설명하고자 하였다. 본문에서는 질병연구를 위해 국민건강정보와 개인유전정보를 활용한 기술, 개인의 생체정보를 활용하여 개인 건강 서비스, 기업의 업무 프로세스 효율화를 위해 기업이 확보하고 있는 지식 데이터와 전자의무기록 정보를 활용한 사례, 그리고 신약개발을 위해 의료빅데이터 활용 사례 등을 서술하였다. 결론에서는 본 연구의 학문적, 비즈니스적 시사도출과 함께 연구의 성과가 국내 의료산업에 어떠한 도움을 줄 수 있는지 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.

Big Data services is composed of Big Data user, Big Data service provider, and Big Data application provider. And it is possible to extend the service to interplay-reciprocal actions among three subjects such as providing, being provided, connecting, being connected, and so on. In this paper, we propose an ecosystems of Big Data and a framework of its service.

네트워크 서비스는 로컬서비스와 결합하면서 생활밀착형 서비스로 발전하고 있다. 생활밀착형 서비스는 기존의 모바일 서비스와는 달리, 위치정보와 로컬정보 그리고 소셜 네트워크서비스 정보 등을 모아 개인화된 서비스를 제공할 것으로 예상된다. 여러 정보를 모아 처리하는 과정에서 빅데이터 기술, 클라우드 기술 등이 필요하다. 이미 이에 대한 효율성 높은 알고리즘이 연구되고 있으나 반면, 생활 밀착형 서비스 모델 또는 빅데이터 환경에서의 프라이버시 보호 모델에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 편이다. 이 글은 생활밀착형 서비스에 활용될 빅데이터 기술이 야기하는 프라이버시 문제에 대하여 구조혈 중심으로 다룬다.
