This study examines the birth of a genre, the $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$ Misemono Opera, focusing on how it accepted and modernized Katarimono $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$. Unlike earlier studies, it argues that Terayama was clearly different from other first-generation Angura artists, in that he rebirthed the medieval story $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$ as a modern Misemono Opera. Shintokumaru (1978) was directed by Terayama $Sh{\bar{u}}ji$, a member of the first generation of Japan's 1960s Angura Theatre Movement. It takes as its subject the Katarimono $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$ Shintokumaru, a story set to music that can be considered an example of the modern heritage of East Asian storytelling. $Sekky{\bar{o}}$ Shintokumaru is set in Tennoji, Japan. The title character Shintoku develops leprosy as a result of his stepmother's curse and is saved through his fiancee Otohime's devoted love and the spiritual power of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. In this work, Terayama combined the narrative style of $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$ with J.A. Caesar's shamanistic rock music and gave it the subtitle 'Misemono Opera by $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$'. He transforms its underlying theme, the principle of goddesses and their offspring in a medieval religious world and the modori (return) instinct, into a world of mother-son-incest. Also, the pedestrian revenge scene from $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$ is altered to represent Shintokumaru as a drag queen, wearing his stepmother's clothes and mask, and he unites sexually with Sensaku, his stepbrother, and ends up killing him. The play follows the cause and effect structure of $Sekky{\bar{o}}bushi$. The appearance of katarite, a storyteller, propelling the narrative throughout and Dr. Yanagida Kunio is significant as an example of the modern use of self-introduction as a narrative device and chorus. Terayama $Sh{\bar{u}}ji^{\prime}s$ memories of desperate childhood, especially the absence of his father and the Aomori air raids, are depicted and deepened in structure. However, seventeen years after Terayama's death, the version of the play directed by Ninagawa Yukio-based on a revised edition by Kishida Rio, who had been Terayama's writing partner since the play's premier-is the today the better-known version. All the theatrical elements implied by Terayama's subtitle were removed, and as a result, the Rio production misses the essence of the diverse experimental theatre of Terayama's theatre company, $Tenj{\bar{o}}$ Sajiki. Shintokumaru has the narrative structure characteristic of aphorism. That is, each part of the story can stand alone, but it is possible to combine all the parts organically.

A bar-code shape UHF RFID tag antenna is designed and fabricated with silver conductive ink. It can be recognize by both bar-code scanner and RFID reader. The bar-code shape is taken from a general box of a product, and the product code of the bar-code is used for the antenna design. The tag antenna is fabricated with silver conductive ink using a T-matching structure. The designed tag antenna is satisfied with bar-code system and RFID system simultaneously. The input reflection coefficient characteristics and the reading range pattern are measured. The peak reading range is about 111 cm, which is long enough.

We present evidence of the bar driven secular evolution on disks from z~0.8 to z~0.01. Using $3.6{\mu}m$ images of nearby galaxies from the Spitzer Survey of Stellar Structure in Galaxies (S4G) and images from the Cosmological Evolution Survey (COSMOS), we find that barred galaxies show a light deficit in the disk surrounding the bar within the bar radius. We quantify this light deficit and find that galaxies with a stronger bar (longer, higher Bar/T) show a more pronounced light deficit. We examine snapshots from N-body simulations and confirm that as a barred galaxy evolves, the bar becomes longer and the light deficit becomes more pronounced. Theoretical studies have predicted that bars evolve by capturing nearby disk stars and employing them to make the bar more elongated and stronger. Therefore the light deficit in the disk is likely produced by bars, and thus bars play a major role in shaping their host galaxies, redistributing not only the gaseous but also the stellar mass within galaxies, with important consequences to their subsequent evolution.

Recently, variety of methods have been studied to improve automotive fuel economy and the reduction of exhaust emissions. The purpose of this study is to identify the change in the molecular structure of gasoline and diesel by the ion ceramic bar according to the immersion time and to predict the effect for the fuel economy and exhaust emissions by the immersion time. In order to achieve the purpose, we got sedimentation samples for physical analysis and chemical analysis by experiments and characteristics were analyzed. As a result, the changes in the molecular structure by the ceramic bar in the engine by the chemical and physical analysis was able to predict the performance improvement in the case of gasoline. But there is a need to produce suitable ceramic bar for the diesel because there was an irregular change depending on the time of sedimentation in the diesel.

Since 4-bar linkage widely used in various industrial fields has a fixed link length, it is inconvenient to add an independent link structure or control device to change the movement of output link. Therefore, this paper proposes a new concept of variable 4-bar linkage mechanism to selectively adjust the movement of the output link to fit desired situations, and applied to the commercial table fans, which is a representative product using a 4-bar linkage system. The optimal rotation angle steps for efficiency are determined experimentally and the appropriate lengths of linkage to fit each step are calculated analytically. Changes in the linkage length are implemented by the rotational motion using a grooved cylindrical cam and the feasibility of the proposed variable linkage mechanism is verified through fabrication and measurement. The presented variable link mechanism is expected to improve the efficiency of industrial robots and fuel valve systems.
Let M be a semi-invariant submanifold of codimension 3 with almost contact metric structure (𝜙, ξ, η, g) in a complex space form Mn+1(c), c ≠ 0. We denote by Rξ and R'X be the structure Jacobi operator with respect to the structure vector ξ and be R'X = (∇XR)(·, X)X for any unit vector field X on M, respectively. Suppose that the third fundamental form t satisfies dt(X, Y) = 2𝜃g(𝜙X, Y) for a scalar 𝜃(≠ 2c) and any vector fields X and Y on M. In this paper, we prove that if it satisfies Rξ𝜙 = 𝜙Rξ and at the same time R'ξ = 0, then M is a Hopf real hypersurfaces of type (A), provided that the scalar curvature ${\bar{r}}$ of M holds ${\bar{r}}-2(n-1)c{\leq}0$.
Let M be a semi-invariant submanifold with almost contact metric structure (𝜙, 𝜉, 𝜂, g) of codimension 3 in a complex space form Mn+1(c) for c ≠ 0. We denote by S and R𝜉 be the Ricci tensor of M and the structure Jacobi operator in the direction of the structure vector 𝜉, respectively. Suppose that the third fundamental form t satisfies dt(X, Y) = 2𝜃g(𝜙X, Y) for a certain scalar 𝜃 ≠ 2c and any vector fields X and Y on M. In this paper, we prove that if it satisfies R𝜉𝜙 = 𝜙R𝜉 and at the same time S𝜉 = g(S𝜉, 𝜉)𝜉, then M is a real hypersurface in Mn(c) (⊂ Mn+1(c)) provided that $\bar{r}-2(n-1)c{\leq}0$, where $\bar{r}$ denotes the scalar curvature of M.
A 5-bar structure with redundant actuators is proposed as a finger mechanism. It is shown that one additional redundant actuator greatly enhances the load handling capacity of the system. The actuator location should be carefully decided to maximize the performance enhancement. Furthermore, we develop stiffness and frequency control algorithms based on the internal loading created by redundant actuation. The effectiveness of these algorithms have been demonstrated by simulations.
The first part of this two-part paper discussed some basic considerations on bond strength and its effect on strain localization and plastic deformation capacity of cracked structural concrete, and analytically evaluated the impacts of the hardening behavior of reinforcing steel and concrete quality on the basis of the Tension Chord Model. This second part assesses the impacts of the most frequently encountered construction details of existing concrete structures which may not satisfy current design code requirements: bar ribbing, bar spacing, and concrete cover thickness. It further evaluates the impacts of the additional structure-specific features bar diameter and crack spacing. It concludes with some considerations on the application of the findings in practice and an outlook on future research needs.

A finite element analysis model is suggested for analysis of forming process of milli structure whose size is from a few hundreds ${\mu}m$ to a few mm. In this paper, finite element formulation which assemble crystal plasticity theory considering texture development with damage mechanics is developed, since orientation development and growth of micro voids became the primary factors for deformation aspects in large deformation of milli structure. Applying to, extremely, extrusion process of single crystal and extrusion/drawing process of polycrystal milli-size bar, extrusion force, preferred orientation, and damage evolution are examined to understand the characteristics of deformation of milii-size bar.
