창업기업의 일과 삶의 균형 효과: 조직 자부심과 업무 만족 (An Effect of Work and Life Balance of Startup: Focus on Organizational Pride and Job Satisfaction)

  • It is important for the Startup team to enhance their employee's work & life balance in recent ages. this study is to research the effect of work & life balance on organizational pride, job satisfaction and performance. Also, we explore how the organizational climate which compose with autonomy, leader's support and trust affects work & life balance. This study analyzed the path effect with PLS method using data from 151 Startup teams. The results of analysis are as follows. First, it was confirmed that supervisor's support, trust of team climate positively influence work & life balance but autonomy is not confirmed to have the relationship with work & life balance. Second, work & life balance have a positive effect on organizational pride and job satisfaction. In addition, this study shows that organizational pride and job satisfaction have the relationship between work & life balance and team performance. Also, Startup team managing the work & life balance will get better performance and retain the competition.

유아기 부모의 심리적 통제 양육과 공감능력, 유머감각, 양육효능감 간의 관계 연구 (The Correlations among Psychological Control in Parents with a child, and Empathy, Humor Sense, Parenting self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 유아기 부모의 심리적 통제 양육과 부모의 공감능력, 유머감각, 양육효능감 간의 상관관계와 영향력을 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해, 서울 소재의 유치원에 다니는 만5세이하 유아의 부모들에게서 수집한 203부의 자료를 SPSS 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 부모의 양육효능감이 가장 낮게, 심리적 통제가 가장 높게 나타났고, 부모의 공감능력 및 유머감각과 심리적 통제의 '자율성지지', '죄책감유발'은 유의미한 상관관계를 보여주었다. 또한 공감능력의 '인지적공감'은 심리적 통제의 '자율성통제'와, 유머감각의 '유머에 대한 선호도'는 심리적 통제의 '동일체적양육'과 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 양육효능감은 심리적 통제의 '자율성지지', '죄책감유발', '자율성통제'와 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났는데, '부모역할에 대한 어려움'은 심리적 통제의 '동일체적양육'이외의 요인들과 부적 상관관계가 나타났다.

블렌디드 러닝 환경에서 교사의 지지가 중국 대학생의 영어 듣기 능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Teacher Support on Chinese EFL University Students' Listening Ability in a Blended Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 블렌디드 러닝 환경에서 교사의 지지가 중국 대학생들의 영어 듣기 능력에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 한 대학에서 영어를 전공하고 있는 3학년 학생 총 87명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 실험을 위해 참가자들을 자율성 지지 그룹, 정서적 지지 그룹, 인지적 지지 그룹, 통제 그룹으로 나누었다. 모든 참가자들은 일주일에 두 시간씩 총 17주 동안 영어 듣기 수업에 참가하였고. 실험 집단에 따라 각기 다른 교사의 지지를 받았다. 교사의 지지 효과를 검증하고자 실험 전과 후 사전 사후 듣기 시험을 실시하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 모든 그룹의 영어 듣기 능력이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타나 블렌디드 러닝 환경에서 교사의 지지가 중국 대학생들의 영어 듣기 실력을 향상시키는 데 효과적임을 보여 주었다. 그룹 간 차이를 비교해본 결과, 정서적 지지보다 자율성 지지와 인지적 지지가 학생의 듣기 실력을 향상시키는 데 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영어를 외국어로 학습하는 EFL환경에서 교사가 수업 계획과 활동을 구성하는데 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

대학병원의 팀 운영특성에 따른 효과성 인식에 관한 연구 (The Employees' Perception of the Effectiveness of Team System at University Hospitals in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of team system at university hospitals in Korea. Data were collected from administrative and medical support workers at 4 university hospitals through the self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, and oneway ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows. First, teams with higher team management characteristics show higher level of quality of work life and performance effectiveness. Second, teams which consist of members with variety background and skills show higher level of quality of work life and performance effectiveness. Third, team which have the higher autonomy, technology variety, job significance, and feedback show higher team effectiveness. Fourth, team which have team leaders with higher leadership score show higher level of quality of work life and performance effectiveness. Fifth, there are differences in team effectiveness in terms of sicio- demographic variables such as average age, position, and tenure of team members, length of team system, and team size. Sixth, the job autonomy of team members and the leadership of team managers have significant effects on the quality of work life variables. Seventh, the leadership of team leaders, job autonomy of members, and individual contact between team managers and members have significant effects on the team performance variables. In conclusion, in order to increase the effectiveness of team system in university hospitals, it is required to consider the characteristics of team management, diversity of team members, the autonomy of team members, the leadership of team manager, and the socio-demographic factors of team members.

간호에서의 여성적 윤리에 대한 비판적 탐구 (A critical inquiry on the feminine ethics in nursing)

  • Purpose : This study was to illuminate the main characteristics and limits of the feminine ethics of care when it applies to the nursing ethics, and suggested sufficient conditions of care ethics in nursing in order to actualize the autonomy for nurses. Method : This study inquired the relationship between the ethical trait of caring in nursing and Gilligan & Noddings's moral theory as feminine ethics in relation to supporting the nursing ethics. In contrast to traditional moral theories based on universal principles, Gilligan's moral theory emphasized the conscious of the interpersonal relationship on the basis of the empathy and the responsibility for the other's need in contextual situations, and Noddings developed her ethics based on mothering as a model for the caring relation, the moral feature of which was characterized as reciprocity, receptiveness and responsiveness. Result : The feminine ethics of care came to support nursing ethics considering the nterpersonal relationship and responsibility. However, it did not show a possible ideal of nursing ethics because it has some difficulties in actualizing the nurse's individual and professional autonomy in the health care system. Conclusion : Therefore, in order that ethics of care can be an ideal and universal nursing ethics, it should be studied in proper direction, that is, toward actualization of the autonomy of the universal ethical self in relation to the concern and responsibility for the other.

유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성 척도 개발 및 타당화: 2019 개정 누리과정을 중심으로 (Development and Validation of the Early Childhood Teacher's Autonomy Scale in the Implementation of Early Childhood Curriculum : Focusing on the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop an early childhood teacher's autonomy scale in the implementation of the Early Childhood Curriculum and to verify its validity and reliability. Methods: A literature review and a delphi survey were conducted in order to explore conceptual characteristics and develop a preliminary questionnaire. A main survey was conducted on 375 early childhood teacher to test their item quality, validity and reliability. Results: The final scale was composed of 24 items with four factors: 'support for child-centered play environment and interaction' (7 items), 'use of learning community' (4 items), 'cooperation and participation with family and local community' (6 items), and 'flexible daily management' (7 items). And the scale was verified as a stable and reliable tool. Conclusion/Implications: This is expected to contribute to the correct understanding of children's education and to actively realize the autonomy of early childhood teachers in the implementation of the Early Childhood Curriculum.

아동이 지각한 부모애착, 부모의 행복감이 아동의 자율성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Children's Perceived Parental Attachment and Parents' Happiness on Children's Autonomy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아동이 지각한 부모애착, 부모의 행복감, 아동의 자율성 간의 관계가 어떠한지를 살펴보고, 부모애착과 부모의 행복감이 아동의 자율성에 미치는 영향력을 구체적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 한국아동패널 12차년도(2019년) 자료를 대상으로 빈도분석과 기술통계 분석을 하였고, 변인간의 상관분석을 위해 Pearson's의 적률 상관계수를 산출하였다. 아동의 자율성에 관해 부모애착과 부모의 행복감의 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동이 지각한 부모애착과 부모의 행복감, 아동의 자율성은 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모 애착의 하위 변인 중에서는 모 신뢰감, 부 신뢰감, 모 의사소통이 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 드러났고, 부모 행복감에서는 모 행복감만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부모 애착이 부모 행복감보다 더 중요한 영향력을 미치는 변인으로 작용한다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 우리는 아동이 능동적이고 주도적인 선택과 결정을 통해 삶의 만족감을 얻을 수 있도록 부모와 더욱 친밀하고 안정적인 관계 속에서 아동을 지지해 나갈 수 있도록 끊임없는 관심과 노력이 요구된다.

기혼남녀의 결혼만족도와 안정성에 관련된 요인 (Factors associated with Marital Satisfaction and Stability of Married Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors associated with marital satisfaction and stability among married men and women. The major findings of this study are as follows: the factors associated with marital satisfaction and stability are different between gender. For married women the positive communication with spouse strongly had positive effect on women's marital satisfaction, while destructive conflict strongly had negative effect on women's marital stability. Otherwise, married men's positive communication with spouse was the most important factor in the marital satisfaction. The emotional support of family-of-origin strongly had effect on men's marital stability. This study reveals that the emotional support from families of origin have a direct effect on needs for affection and autonomy, positive communication, destructive conflict patterns, sexual satisfaction, marital satisfaction and stability. Therefore, the results could be useful resources for family counselors and researchers to develop educational program for married couples.

일부 치과위생사의 사회심리적 스트레스 수준 및 관련요인 (Psychosocial distress of dental hygienists' and their related factors)

  • The levels of psychosocial stresses of dental hygienist were analyzed to reveal the various factors related to them. The self-administered questionnaires were performed, to 276 dental hygienist in Daejeon City. Univariate analysis and multiple regression were performed with survey results, in which a degree of psychosocial stress was dependent variable and others were independent variable. 1. In terms of various levels of psychosocial stress according to the higher level of stress was found in the group of lower age, unmarried, and without spare times for hobby activities, the group with shorter-term job career, lower salary, and stress was found in the group who think that their job is considered as low position or their job is not high position in society or their prospect about job is discouraging, the group without regularly exercise, without regularly eating habits, in the group with higher level of job demand, lower job autonomy, and lower social support from colleagues in work than their respective counterparts. 2. Concerning correlation between psychosocial stress and various factors, while level of stress was negatively correlated with age, job career, salary, socioeconomic status of oneself, socioeconomic status of dental hygienist, future status of dental hygienist, job autonomy, social support from superiors, social support from colleagues, social support, but it was positively correlated with job demand. 3. Multiple regression revealed that the factors which influence on psychosocial stress included hobby activities, sleeping hours, job demand, which has explanatory powers of 29.9%. Therefore, to reduce of stress of dental hygienists, it is required to develop an effective strategy that institutional support for improvement of job environments and research for them be revitalized.

교사들이 지각한 사회적지지 및 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' Perceived Social Support and Job Satisfaction on Happiness)

  • 본 연구에서는 초·중·고 교사들을 대상으로 교사의 배경요인에 따른 행복감 실태를 조사하고 교사의 행복감에 대한 사회적지지와 직무만족의 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 구글 온라인 설문을 활용하여 교사연수에 참여하고 있는 교사들 249명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교사들의 행복감에 있어서 성별이나 경력에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 초등학교 교사들이 고등학교 교사들보다 행복도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 사회적지지와 직무만족의 모든 하위요인이 행복감의 내적행복, 외적행복, 자기조절행복과 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 또한 교사들이 지각한 사회적지지와 직무만족이 내적행복에 미치는 영향에서는 교직의식, 자율성, 신뢰로운 동맹이 내적행복에 정적 영향을, 발전성, 신뢰로운 동맹, 조언, 교직의식이 외적몰입에, 사회적 소속, 자율성, 발전성, 혁신성이 자기조절행복에 정적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 교사들의 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.
