Purpose - This study aims to identify new attributes by analyzing reviews conducted by global automaker customers and to examine the influence of these attributes on satisfaction ratings in the U.S. automobile sales market. The present study used J.D. Power for customer responses, which is the largest online review site in the USA. Design/methodology - Automobile customer reviews are valid data available to analyze the brand personality of the automaker. This study collected 2,998 survey responses from automobile companies in the U.S. automobile sales market. Keyword analysis, topic modeling, and the multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings - Using topic modeling, the author analyzed 2,998 responses of the U.S. automobile brands. As a result, Topic 1 (Competence), Topic 5 (Sincerity), and Topic 6 (Prestige) attributes had positive effects, and Topic 2 (Sophistication) had a negative effect on overall customer responses. Topic 4 (Conspicuousness) did not have any statistical effect on this research. Topic 1, Topic 5, and Topic 6 factors also show the importance of buying factors. This present study has contributed to identifying a new attribute, personality. These findings will help global automakers better understand the impacts of Topic 1, Topic 5, and Topic 6 on purchasing a car. Originality/value - Contrary to a traditional approach to brand analysis using questionnaire survey methods, this study analyzed customer reviews using text mining. This study is timely research since a big data analysis is employed in order to identify direct responses to customers in the future.

This study aims to analyze the research trends of English-language journals in Korean studies published in Korea. Data were collected from four English journals in Korean studies indexed in A&HCI and SCOPUS. A total of 1,840 were selected, including 768 articles of the Korea Journal, 466 articles of The Review of Korean Studies, 285 articles of the Seoul Journal of Korean Studies, and 321 articles of the Acta Koreana, in connection with content analysis, author analysis, author keyword frequency analysis, and topic modeling. In results, the domain research of Korean studies is Humanities, followed by Social Science, and Arts and Kinesiology. These three sectors have grown significantly in publishing numbers since 2000. The subject period of the study is in the order of the modern period, late Joseon, and Japanese colonial period. Authors from domestic affiliations made up 73.34% of the total, but the proportion of authors belonging to foreign institutions continued to increase. As for author keywords, 'Korea'(41), 'Buddhism'(20), 'Koreanwar'(18), and 'Joseon'(18) were derived as top keywords. In topic modeling, six topics were identified; 'Korean culture, cultural transmission,' 'Korean modern political history,' 'Korean social democratization process,' 'Japanese colonial period,' 'Korean religious philosophy,' and 'Korean ancient history.' Through this study, it was possible to identify the interests in and research areas of the recent international academic community of Korean studies.

This research has attempted to conduct meta-analysis on 605 published papers in the field of socio-nuclear studies from 1957 to 2016 in Korea through network analysis of author-provided keywords. The findings lead to several straightforward conclusions. First, socio-nuclear studies including policy research have mostly been conducted by universities, while technology developments have been led by public organizations. Second, it is apparent that the Fukushima accident has provoked major engagement among social scientists in nuclear issues as the remarkable growth of the knowledge network after 2011 signify. Third, the research topics have been diversified as a result of growing multi-disciplinary research projects. Finally, there is between sub communities in the socio-nuclear knowledge network in terms of network properties. This article provides a stepping stone for future researchers with a wealth of information concerning the status of socio-nuclear studies. For policy makers, this meta-analysis is likely to provide guidance on what we need and do not need. It remains to be seen whether the socio-nuclear knowledge network in Korea is well-structured or not. provide an impetus for comparative studies with overseas cases in order to evaluate the network and its soundness.

For bibliotherapy, users should understand their own life situation, select and access the book (self-help book). User access to book through situation catalog (or list) in reading list, but user is difficult to define and simplify in one word after understanding their own situation. Catalog of bibliotherapy reading list classifies books using one situation category or maximum of two categories other than the age-specific classification. In this study, the author approached and analyzes based on the result of the research on the relationship between bibliotherapy and reading list, in order that access more efficiently to book what user wants. Bibliotherapy reading-list by using mapping and crosswalk between categories, and analyzes category of reading lists through comprehensive review.

Theses and Dissertation(TD) have been considered one of valuable scholarly resources, while there have existed some limitations to collect, organize, and provide them. The purpose of this study is to investigate users' perception on six TD services from five institutions and to propose improvement strategies. Six TD services includes National Library, National Assembly Library, RISS, dCollections, NDSL, and Council of Theses and Dissertation Common Use. Based on the survey results from 151 users, the findings of this study identified that National Assembly Library and RISS were preferred by users. In addition, users preferred keyword, full text, department, abstract, table of contents, as well as title and author over other bibliographic information. More importantly, users needs were placed on whether specific TD services provide full text or not. In case that is not possible to provide full text, users have a preference for full text link information. As a result, in order to improve the TD services, service promotion activities, diverse access points, and full text provision are desirable.

Image processing and computer vision technologies are becoming increasingly important in a variety of application fields that require techniques and tools for sophisticated image analysis. In particular, image segmentation is a technology that plays an important role in image analysis. In this study, in order to identify recent research trends on image segmentation techniques, we used the Web of Science(WoS) database to analyze the R&D topography based on the network structure of the author's keyword co-occurrence matrix. As a result, from 2015 to 2023, as a result of the analysis of the R&D map of research articles on image segmentation, R&D in this field is largely focused on four areas of research and development: (1) researches on collecting and preprocessing image data to build higher-performance image segmentation models, (2) the researches on image segmentation using statistics-based models or machine learning algorithms, (3) the researches on image segmentation for medical image analysis, and (4) deep learning-based image segmentation-related R&D. The scientometrics-based analysis performed in this study can not only map the trajectory of R&D related to image segmentation, but can also serve as a marker for future exploration in this dynamic field.

"Archives of Everyday Life" refers to an organization or facility which collects, appraises, selects and preserves the document from the memory of individuals, groups, or a society through categorizing and classifying lives and cultures of ordinary people. The document includes materials such as diaries, autobiography, letters, and notes. It also covers any digital files or hypertext like posts from blogs and online communities, or photos uploaded on Social Network Services. Many research fields including the Records Management Studies has continuously claimed the necessity of collection and preservation of ordinary people's records on daily life produced every moment. Especially diary is a written record reflecting the facts experienced by an individual and his self-examination. Its originality, individuality and uniqueness are considered truly valuable as a document regardless of the era. Lately many diaries have been discovered and presented to the historical research communities, and diverse researchers in human and social studies have embarked more in-depth research on diaries, their authors, and social background of the time. Furthermore, researchers from linguistics, educational studies, and psychology analyze linguistic behaviors, status of cultural assimilation, and emotional or psychological changes of an author. In this study, we are conducting a metastudy from various research on diaries in order to reaffirm the value of "The 12th May Diaries Collection" as everyday life archives. "The 12th May Diaries Collection" consists of diaries produced and donated directly by citizens on the 12th May every year. It was only 2013 when Digital Archiving Institute in Univ. of Myungji organized the first "Annual call for the 12th May". Now more than 2,000 items were collected including hand writing diaries, digital documents, photos, audio and video files, etc. The age of participants also varies from children to senior citizens. In this study, quantitative analysis will be made on the diaries collected as well as more profound discoveries on the detailed contents of each item. It is not difficult to see stories about family and friends, school life, concerns over career path, daily life and feelings of citizens ranging all different generations, regions, and professions. Based on keyword and descriptors of each item, more comprehensive examination will be further made. Additionally this study will also provide suggestions to examine future research opportunities of these diaries for different fields such as linguistics, educational studies, historical studies or humanities considering diverse formats and contents of diaries. Finally this study will also discuss necessary tasks and challenges for "the 12th May Diaries Collection" to be continuously collected and preserved as Everyday Life Archives.
