  • This article intends to draw the Road map of Korean International Animation Festival through the research of background and its identity of 4 International Animation Film Festivals Such as Annecy, Zagreb, Ottawa and Hiroshima. I was given opportunity to visit Annecy since 2009, it brought me to the real attraction of animation for watching of pleasure and passion of the people those who love animations. For the combining more advanced system and structure for Animation Festival in Korea, I had to do research all the information from the documents from the Annecy Collections. though I have not get the chance to go others except Annecy, However, I could get their background and history whenever I met the other Festival Committee Members. These Festivals showed us successful Road Map for the Animation Festivals in Korea as a role model. For the getting advanced system of Animation Festivals in Korea. It requires the animation theater for animation, effort for the Audiences's Convenience and international network composition system. However, the last task of us is to make people to entertain and enjoy the animation Films, its world of attraction.

  • In this study, we suggested a new approach method forecasting distribution demand of urban rail transit usign fuzzy control, with intend to reflect irregularity and various functional relationship between trip length and distribution demand. To establish fuzzy control model and test this model, the actual trip volume(production, attraction and distribution volume) and trip length (space distance between a departure and arrival station) of Daegu subway line 1 were used. Firstly, usign these data we established a fuzzy control model, nd the estimation accuracy of the model was examined and compared with that of generalized gravity model. The results showed that the fuzzy control model was superior to gravity model in accuracy of estimation. Therefore, wwe found that fuzzy control was able to be applied as a effective method to predict the distribution demand of urban rail transit. Finally, to increase the estimation precision of the model, we expect studies that define membership functions and set up fuzzy rules organized with neural networks.

  • Chitosan nanoparticles (CNPs) and Lactococcus lactis (L. lac.) were used as adsorbents to evaluate the adsorption performance of endocrine hormones, which are phthalates, in the healthy food packages. CNPs were produced through the cross bond with tripolyphosphate (TPP), and L. lac.-CNPs were prepared through the introduction of L. lac. during the preparation. The various functional groups of all adsorbents were identified using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetic confirmed the adsorption behavior and mechanism of CNPs, L. lac. and L. lac.-CNPs. The adsorption behavior of DBP and DEP for all particles was more suitable for the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model than for the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model, which means that the surface of the particles is heterogeneous. The adsorption mechanism was more suitable for the Pseudo-2nd-order model than for the Pseudo-1st-order model. This means that due to the presence of various functional groups on the particle surface, the adsorption of DBP and DEP is dominated by chemical adsorption such as electrostatic attraction and hydrogen bonding rather than physical adsorption. Finally, it was confirmed that the preparation of CNPs and L. lac.-CNPs can be performed easily and quickly, and it could be used as a cheaper adsorbent that can effectively remove phthalates.

  • The study aims to estimate interregional trade coefficient of service industry using the gravity model. The gravity model has been widely used for prediction of the level of human interaction between two regions which is positively related to attraction of them and negatively related to the distance between them. To apply the gravity model for explaining the interregional trade flow of service industry, the choice of proper proxy variables which represent a dependent variable and independent variables is most important. However, the literature shows that there are few studies on this issue. Four models concerned to the choice of proxy variables are considered. Finally, this paper employs the least-squares regression analysis to test the model's goodness-of-fit, and suggests the most appropriate model based on the result from the analysis. The result shows that the interregional trade of service industry in regional input-output table developed by The Bank of Korea is desirable as a dependent variable, the service industry output of export region, the population of import region, and the spatial distance between regions are desirable as independent variables.

  • The trends of smart devices and interactive media are demanding expansion of the form of Animation and there were some challenges to create interactive animation as completed contents. However, most of interactive storytelling with the branch structure do not meet the audiences' expectation and the use of distracters has even audiences' immersion drop down. This paper proposes 4 conditions for the completed interactive animation content. To suggest the way how to complete a story by the roles and actions of the audiences' participation, which is the most important one among 4 conditions above, this study has analyzed the story of . This interactive animation is considered as a successful case of interactive animation as an interactive contents with a completed story. This paper analyze the story with 20 functional narrative structure, semiotic rectangle and 'Actantial model' by Greimas in semiotics. Finally, this paper concludes 'what the interactive elements will be' and 'where the interactions will take place' in a traditional narrative structure through finding the answers of what the audience's role is.

  • Many companies have tried to develop the horizontally vibrating linear motor, for sliming the smart phone. Mathematical modeling and analysis is one of method to simulate the dynamic performance of the horizonatally vibrating linear motor. However, the horizontally vibrating linear motor vibrates in twisting mode because there are two kinds of force acting on the vibrating part. One is are the horizontal force by Lorentz force. The other is the vertical force by attraction force between magnet of vibrating part and bracket and the gravity force of vibrating part. However, those are very difficult to be included in mathematical modeling which generate the simulation errors. In this paper, we perform MFBD (multi flexible body dynamics) simulation using commercial dynamic analysis program "DAFUL". In our new model, the force effects those are neglected in mathematical model, are included. For the verification, the simulation results are compared with the experiment results with manufactured prototype.

  • This paper examines the effect of the producer-supplier quality contract parameters and the magnitude of the quality related variables on the quality of the final products. Our analysis focuses on the parties' equilibrium behavior In a quality game environment where the supplier should choose among the two production technologies, one requiring high cost but producing high quality Parts and the other requiring low cost but producing low quality parts and where the producer should decide whether to do the inspection of the parts. The game framework is employed to depict the potential conflicts existing between the Producer and the supplier because the Producer can not observe the supplier's choice and each party wants the other to bear the cost of producing high quality products. In our model, we specifically consider the competitive situation where the producer competes with a firm producing the same product. We employ the market share attraction model to Incorporate the competitive situation and completely characterize the equilibrium by using the Nash equilibrium concept for the game solution. Our results show that the equilibrium depends on the contract terms and the magnitude of the quality related variables. Compared to the non-competitive situation, the probability of producer's Inspection and the probability of supplier's choosing the high quality technology increases in a competitive situation. This is true even when the competitor's quality is lower than the producer's lowest. As a result, the quality of the final product increases In a competitive situation. And as the failure cost borne by the supplier increases, the probability of choosing the high quality technology Increases and the probability of inspection decreases. The net effect of this results in the decrease of the final product quality.

  • In this research, an environmental-friendly foam extinguisher was newly developed using a natural surfactant as its composition. Two criteria were applied to verify its extinguishing performance and environmental attraction. One is unit 2 model by "Standards of Model Approval and Inspection Technology for Portable Fire Extinguishers" presented in Korea Fire Equipment Inspection Corporation. The other is Terrestrial Plants, Growth Test and Fish, Acute Toxicity Test presented in Korea Institute of Toxicology(Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology). Test results showed that the extinguishing performance was 5 unit of general fire Class A, the $LC_{50}$ by germination was 75(g/kg) and the $EC_{50}$ by growth was 62(g/kg) through Terrestrial Plants, Growth Test, and also the toxicity was 6658 ppm in Fish, Acute Toxicity Test. The numerical values were highly evaluated than other fire extinguishing agents being commercialized in domestic. The results also showed suitably in basic physical properties and anti-corrosion properties for making use of fire extinguishing agent.

  • As resent trends in structural construction have been to build taller and larger structures than any time in the past, they have had high flexibility and low damping that can cause large vibration response under severe environmental loading such as earthquakes, winds, and mechanical excitations. The damper with mass and sqring is one aproach to safeguarding the structure against excessive vibrations. In this paper, a large capacity hybrid-type linear motor damper(LMD) was designed and fabricated for the application to the vibration control of a large building structure model. It has been designed to be able to move the damper mass, 1,500 kg up to ${\pm}250mm$ strokes at the first mode natural frequency of the building structure model, ${\pm}0.51Hz$. Linear motor is consisted of the fixed coil and the movable NdFeB permanent magnets field part. The PM field part composed magnet modules and iron yoke, is the damper mass itself, 1500kg. LMD therefore has a simplified structure and requires a few elements in the driving system, being compared with a rotary motor damper and a hydraulic damper. However, the manufacture of large PM linear actuator is difficult because of the limit of PM size and the attraction and repulsion at the assembly of PM. Therefore, large damper system is manufactured and tested for dynamic characteristics and frequency response.

  • With the increased interest in the quality of life of modern people, the implementation of the five-day working week, the increase in traffic convenience, and the economic and social development, domestic and international travel is becoming commonplace. Furthermore, in the past, there were many cases of purchasing packaged goods of specialized travel agencies. However, as the development of the Internet improved the accessibility of information about the travel area, the tourist is changing the trend to plan the trip such as the choice of the destination. Web services have been introduced to recommend travel destinations and travel routes according to these needs of the customers. Therefore, after reviewing some of the most popular web services today, such as Stubby planner (http://www.stubbyplanner.com) and Earthtory (http://www.earthtory.com), they were supposed to be based on traditional Traveling Salesman Problems (TSPs), and the travel routes recommended by them included some practical limitations. That is, they were not considered important issues in the actual journey, such as the use of various transportation, travel expenses, the number of days, and lodging. Moreover, although to recommend travel destinations, there have been various studies such as using IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the analysis of cyberspatial Big Data on the web and SNS (Social Networking Service), there is little research to support travel routes considering the practical constraints. Therefore, this study proposes a new mathematical model for applying to travel route recommendation service, and it is verified by numerical experiments on travel to Jeju Island and trip to Europe including Germany, France and Czech Republic. It also expects to be able to provide more useful information to tourists in their travel plans through linkage with the services for recommending tourist attractions built in the Internet environment.
