생의 말기치료 결정과 사전의사결정에 대한 간호사의 태도조사 (Korean Nurses' Attitude towards Advance Directives and End of Life Decision Making)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to carry out research on nurses regarding end of life decision and advance directives (ADs) and their attitude, experience and confidence towards them in order to define the role of nurses. Methods: In this research, questionnaire was distributed and data were collected and analyzed after receiving a written consent from 332 nurses. The survey was conducted from the $14^{th}$ to $30^{th}$ of September, 2009. The instrument used for conducting the study was revised version of KAESAD (The Knowledge, Attitudinal, Experiential Survey on Advance Directives). Results: We have come to a conclusion that nurses have positive attitude towards ADs. However, they hardly had any experience regarding them which leads to low confidence in assisting preparing ADs. Also, attitude towards ADs had no correlation with experience and confidence. Conclusion: In order to bring about the confidence level from positive attitude that nurses have, there needs to be a systematic change in nursing education. For that, it requires an education system that emphasizes the role of nurses which incorporates Korean culture and characteristics regarding death issue.

일부지역 치과위생사의 심폐소생술관련 지식과 태도에 대한 연구 (Knowledge and attitude toward cardiopulmonary resuscitation in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge and attitude toward cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in some dental hygienists. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 207 dental hygienists in Gwangju from February to March, 2014. The questionnaire consisted of knowledge and attitude toward CPR dental hygienists. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 19.0 program for chi-square test, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results : Dental hygienists having basic life support(BLS) provider accounted for 16.9%. CPR knowledge was 8.40 and attitude was 3.59 points. There were positive correlations between CPR knowledge and attitude including education, performance, and confidence(r=.231, r=.207, r=.377). In the regression analysis, attitude toward CPR confidence were positively associated with BLS provider certificate within two years. Conclusions : Dental hygienists had low level of knowledge and confidence toward CPR. It is important to educate BLS provider course to the dental hygienists.

일부지역 초등학생들의 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge and Attitude toward Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Elementary school Students of Some Regions upon Self-confidence)

  • 본 연구는 일부지역 초등학생들의 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 시도 하였으며, 심정지 환자에게 효과적인 심폐소생술 수행과 자신감에 도움을 주고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2009년 6월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 J도 소재 J시 K시 4개교에 재학하는 초등학생 381명에 대하여 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 Version 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 심폐소생술 특성의 변수들과 지식, 태도, 자신감의 상관관계는 정보습득유무(r=.174, p<.01), 심폐소생술 경험유무(r=.143, p<.01), 심폐소생술 교육유무(r=.164, p<.01), 교육필요성(r=.184, p<.01), 지식(r=.342, p<.01), 태도(r=.736, p<.01)가 자신감에 상관관계를 보였다. 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향은 태도($\beta=.703$, t=17.884, p<.01)가 자신감에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 초등학생들이 응급상황 시 효과적으로 대처 할 수 있도록 심폐소생술 교육 프로그램 마련과 효과적인 인력 배치와 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다.

치과위생사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 관계에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence relationship between knowledge, attitude, and confidence to cardiopulmonary resuscitation in dental hygienists)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과위생사의 심폐소생술에 대한 융복합적 지식, 태도 및 수행자신감의 상관관계를 분석하고자 함이다. 전북지역 치과병의원의 치과위생사 234명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자기기입식 설문지 작성을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 지식과 태도, 교육을 포함한 태도와 지식, 지식과 수행자신감의 관계가 긍정적 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=.25, r=.40, r=.19). 치과위생사가 심폐소생술이 필요한 기도폐쇄나 심장정지 상황에서 신속하고 정확한 심폐소생술을 수행할 수 있도록 정확한 지식 및 긍정적인 태도를 갖고, 수행 자신감을 향상시킬 수 있는 체계적이고 반복적인 심폐소생술 교육과정 프로그램이 필요하다.

STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of mathematical disposition and learning attitude in instruction utilizing STAD cooperative learning model)

  • 본 연구에서는 STAD 협동학습 모형을 수학교과에 적용하여 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발하여 수학적 성향 및 학습태도의 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 본 연구에서의 구체적인 목적은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기 유발을 위하여 STAD 협동학습 모형을 구안하고 적용한다. 둘째, STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 효과를 검증한다. 본 연구의 구체적인 목적 달성을 위한 연구문제는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기 유발을 위한 수학과 STAD 협동학습 모형을 설계한다. 둘째, STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 본 연구에서 조사한다. 결론을 다음과 같이 제시 할 수 있다. STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업을 한 집단과 전통적인 교과서 위주의 설명식 수업을 한 집단을 서로 비교 분석하여 본 결과 STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업을 한 집단에서 수학적 성향과 학습태도에 유의미한 변화가 있음을 밝혔다.

Cross-Cultural Study of Relationship between Mathematics Academic Achievements and Motivation, Attitude and Self-Confidence in Mathematics

  • Utilizing the quantitative analysis methodology of questionnaire, the study explores the differences in the factors of achievement motivation, learning mathematics attitude and learning mathematics self-confidence and also the relationship between mathematics academic achievement and these factors in three areas in China. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The subjects from different development level areas have significant differences in motivation, attitude and self-confidence in mathematics; 2. The subjects from different areas who possess the same ethnic group have significant differences. But the subjects from same area who possess different nationalities have little difference. It can be concluded that that the differences in these factors can be contributed to regional differences, rather than to ethnic differences; 3. The subjects from undeveloped areas have significant gender differences, and the levels of males are higher than those of female.

온라인 쇼핑환경에서 상호작용성의 역할 (The Role of Interactivity in Online Shopping Environments)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of interactivity on consumers' mental imagery, attitude toward a product, confidence in evaluation and purchase intention. The proposed model was examined by conducting an experiment using mock apparel websites. A total of 1,009 female college students enrolled at a major midwestern university in the USA participated in the experiment. A structural equation model was used to test the model. The results of the study indicate that interactivity positively influenced mental imagery, attitudes toward a product imagery, and confidence in evaluation. The structural equation model also revealed that mental imagery positively influenced attitude toward a product and confidence in evaluation. Finally, the results show that attitude toward a product and confidence in judgment positively affected purchase intention. The study provides valuable theoretical perspectives which aide in the understanding of the effect of interactivity on consumers' cognitive and behavioral responses, and helps retailers develop effective marketing strategies.

중고패션제품의 구매경험에 따른 소비자 특성 (The Comparison of Consumer Characteristics according to Purchasing Experience of Secondhand Fashion Goods)

  • This study explored the differences in consumer characteristics-consumer self-confidence, attitude toward, trust and purchase intention for secondhand fashion goods, self-confidence in fashion coordination, price sensitivity for fashion product, and environment conservation consciousness-according to purchasing experience of secondhand fashion goods. A set of questionnaire was administered to 400 university students in Daegu from 18 to 28 April 2011. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequency, t-tests. Secondhand fashion goods shoppers were 135(37%) and non-shoppers were 230(63%). The difference analysis results between the two groups were as follows. First, in consumer self-confidence, shoppers showed higher than non-shoppers except persuasion knowledge, and there was no difference in marketplace interfaces between the two groups. Second, there were significant differences in attitude toward secondhand fashion goods, trust and purchase intention for secondhand fashion goods between the two groups. Third, shoppers had higher self-confidence in fashion coordination than non-shoppers, but there was no difference in environment conservation consciousness and price sensitivity for fashion product between the two groups. For future study, it is suggested to find out more general characteristics of secondhand fashion goods shoppers covering other age brackets.

응급구조과 학생의 환자안전에 대한 지식 및 태도가 환자안전관리 자신감에 미치는 영향 (Knowledge, attitude and confidence on patient safety management among emergency medical technician students)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the effects of knowledge and attitude on confidence about patient safety management among emergency medical technician (EMT) students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 174 EMT students in two cities from May to June 2016. Data were analyzed using PASW WIN 20.0 for descriptive statistics, t-test, one way analysis of variance, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The students' confidence about patient safety management was 3.33 (on a 5-point scale). Confidence varied according to average academic grade (p=.015), experience in patient safety education, and experience in writing medical error reports. After adjusting for sex, average academic grade, and experience in patient safety education, knowledge and attitudes about patient safety increased a student's confidence in patient safety management by 19%. Conclusion: Patient safety education should be included in programs on health promotion and be provided as basic information in intervention programs for EMTs.

온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 유형에 따른 소비자신뢰, 동일시 및 브랜드 태도 (Consumer Confidence, Identification, and a Brand Attitude according to the On-line Brand Community Type)

  • 최근 인터넷의 성장으로 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티가 기업의 브랜드 자산을 구축하는데 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 브랜드 커뮤니티유형에 따라 신뢰도, 동일시 및 브랜드 태도와의 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 첫째 고객자발형 커뮤니티가 기업개설형 보다 신뢰도와 동일성이 더 높게 나타났으며 브랜드 태도에 대해서도 더 호의적으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 커뮤니티 신뢰도에 대한 커뮤니티 유형과 커뮤니티 활동의 상호작용효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 커뮤니티 동일시에 대해서도 동일한 결과가 확인되었다. 따라서, 기업은 온라인상에서 효과적인 브랜드 관리를 위하여 커뮤니티 유형을 고려한 소비자의 신뢰도와 동일시 정도를 향상시키는 전략이 필요하다.
