아동의 개인 및 가족 변인과 교실의 심리사회적 환경이 유능감에 미치는 영향 (Individual and Family Variables and Classroom Environment that Affect Children's Perceived Competency)

  • This study examined different individual, family factors and classroom environment that affect children's perceived competency. For an analysis, achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control and anxiety were included in individual variables. For family factors, parental support and marital conflict were examined. For classroom psycho-social environment, teacher support, peer relations, classroom involvement and teacher control were used. The sample consisted of 565 fifth and sixth grade children. Statistics and methods used for the data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, Factor analysis, frequency, percentage, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. Several major results were found from the analysis. First, boy's perceived academic competency was higher than girl's. And no sex difference was in children's social and athletic competency. Second, boy's and girl's perceived academic and social competency and boy's perceived athletic competency had a positive correlation with achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control, parental support, teacher support, peer relations and classroom involvement. And girl's perceived athletic competency had a positive correlation with achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control, parental support and peer relations. But boy's and girl's perceived academic and social competency and boy's perceived athletic competency had a negative correlation with anxiety and parental marital conflict. Third, the most important variable predicting boy's and girl's perceived academic competency was achievement motivation. The most important variable predicting boy's and girl's perceived social competency was peer relations. And the most important variable predicting boy's perceived athletic competency was peer relations. On the other hand, the most important variable predicting girl's perceived athletic competency was father's support.

볼링 지도자 리더십유형이 성취목표성향 및 운동소진에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Bowling Leadership Types on Achievement Goals and Athletic Burnouts)

  • 본 연구는 볼링 지도자의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등부 볼링선수들의 성취목표성향과 운동소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 고등부 볼링선수 172명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 독립 t-test, 1-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 리더십행동(권위적, 민주적, 사회적지지, 긍정적 피드백)에서 여자선수보다 남자선수가 더 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 자기목표성향에서 여자선수보다 남자선수가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 운동소진은 여자선수가 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 학년이 높을수록 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지 행동과 훈련지시행동이 성취목표성향에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 권위적행동이 운동소진에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 훈련지시행동은 운동소진 하위요인 중 무가치감에 부적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 지도자는 사회적지지 및 훈련지시 리더십행동으로 선수의 성취목표를 높이고 운동소진을 낮춰 훈련집중을 통한 경기력 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

학교운동부 선수의 학습권보장제 진단과 발전과제 (Diagnosis of the Guarantee System of Right for Learning for Student Athletes in School Athletic Clubs and Development Strategy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학교체육 현장 속에서 운동문화의 새로운 패러다임을 시도하고자 운영되고 있는 선진형 학교운동부 운영시스템을 바탕으로 본 제도가 적용하고 있는 상대적 최저학력 기준을 토대로 학생 운동선수들의 학력 수준을 심층적으로 분석하고 현 시대적 흐름과 융복합적 변화에 맞는 대안을 모색하는데 있다. 종목별 최저학력기준 적용과목 간 학업성적의 차이를 분석하기 위해 one-way ANOVA와 MANOVA 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종목별 학생 운동선수들의 학업성적 평균 점수는 대부분 일반학생들이 나타내는 학업성적 평균 점수에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반학생들과의 상대적 기준을 적용함에 있어서 학업성적이 높아질 때마다 학생 운동선수들은 최저학력 기준에 미도달 될 수 있는 확률이 높아지는 것으로 예측되었다. 셋째, 종목별 학생 운동선수들 간의 학업성적 평균 점수에 현 최저학력 기준을 단계적으로 적용시켜도 최저학력에 도달하는 비율은 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

퍼스널 트레이너-고객 간의 라포(Rapport)형성이 운동성과에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 스타일 중심으로 (Effects of Rapport formation between personal trainer and customer on athletic achievement : Focusing on communication style)

  • 본 연구는 퍼스널트레이너-고객 간의 라포형성이 운동성과에 미치는 영향관계를 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 중심으로 인과 관계(SEM)를 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 2022년 10월 1일부터 4월 28일까지 표본계획에 의해 PT고객 187명을 대상으로 모바일 프로그램 '서베이몽키'를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출 하였다. 첫째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 라포형성에 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 운동성과에 부분적으로 영향(+)을 미치며, 통제형은 영향관계가 성립되지 않았다. 셋째, 라포형성이 운동성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 PT는 일반적인 서비스가 아닌 인적 서비스이기에 그 중요성이 더욱히 강조되어야 될 것이다. 또한, 치열한 PT시장에서 우위를 점하는 것은 바로 고객이 반응할 수 있는 표현방식 언어적 측면과 비언어적 측면을 적절하게 반영된다면 운동성과와 경영성과 둘 동시 영향을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

Effects of Computer-Mediated Communication on Achievement Goals in Athletic Performance

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of online ballet community-based teacher-parent computer-mediated communication (CMC) on four achievement goals of ballet students. We used a randomized post-test only control group design. In order to test whether teacher-parent CMC has a positive impact on the improvement of achievement goals, multivariate analysis of covariance were performed with the ages of ballet students as the covariates. Teacher-parent CMC had significant effects on achievement goals. The mastery-approach goals of the experimental group were significantly higher than of the control group. In contrast, the performance-avoidance goals of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There were no differences between the two groups in mastery-avoidance and performance-approach goals. Above all, this study is significant because the focus was placed on the inter-relationship between the two settings of school and family in regard to ballet student improvement, rather than on one setting only.

대학 골프선수들의 운동능력믿음, 성취목표성향, 운동몰입 및 인지된 경기력의 관계 (The Relationships between Sports Ability Beliefs, Achievement Goal Orientation, Exercise Flow, and Perceived Performance in College Golf Athletes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학 골프선수들을 대상으로 운동능력믿음, 성취목표성향, 운동몰입 및 인지된 경기력의 이론적 관계를 검증하는데 있다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 대학교에 재학 중인 211명의 골프선수들로부터 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 골프선수들이 갖고 있는 운동 능력에 대한 믿음의 하위요인에서 증가된 믿음은 과제성취성향에(C.R.=3.780, p<.001) 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 대학 골프선수들의 성취목표성향에서 과제성취성향(C.R.=4.082, p<.001)과 자아성취성향(C.R.=3.819, p<.001)은 골프에 대한 몰입감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 골프선수들의 성취목표성향의 하위 요인에서는 과제성취성향(C.R.=3.020, p<.01)만이 인지된 경기력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 골프선수들의 운동몰입이 높을수록 인지된 경기력의 수준도 좋아지는 것으로 나타났다(C.R.=4.642, p<.001). 다른 하위요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 검증되지 못했다. 이러한 연구결과는 선수 자신의 운동능력에 대한 믿음에 따라 경기력이 변화될 수 있음을 알려주는 것으로서, 다양한 스포츠 분야에 적용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

초등 학교 교사의 보건수업 행동 평가 분석 (An Analysis of Teachers' Self-evaluation on Health Teaching Behaviors in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of teachers' self-evaluation on their health teaching behaviors, then to furnish the basic data to be able to improve teachers' health teaching activities and the educational issues on the education of teachers. To put above aims into practice, these were required: 1. Are there any differences in the results of self-evaluation on health teaching behaviors factors by teachers? 2. Are there any differences in the results of health teaching self-evaluation whether he/she take P.E as major of study in-serviece training period? 3. Does it have any influence on the results of health teaching self-evaluation whether he or she completed on the job training for the school health? 4. Are there any differences in the results of health teaching self-evaluation by sex and career? To carry out a research for this purpose, the factors of health teaching self-evaluation were divided into the clearness of the procedure, the active interaction, the variety of the ways showing the contents, and the individualization of the procedure. Then a questionnaire form, consisting of 28 specific inquires to evaluate health teaching behaviors, was delivered and conducted by 450 teacher of the elementary school in Kyungki-do. The analysis of data was done by SPSS; producing mean and standard deviation and they were inspected statistically to compare the evaluation levels and find out the differences by teachers' personal variables. The conclusion were as follows: 1. In the self-evaluation level of teachers' health teaching behaviors, teachers showed 68.23 point as are percentile distribution. And it was in order of a school-nurse(71.68), an athletic teacher(67.29), and a class-room teacher (65.66). Score obtained by teacher was statistically significant difference (p〈.001) 2. In the factors affecting to teachers' health instruction, “active interaction” showed the highest score(18.55), “variety of ways showing the contents”(17.38), “clearness of the procedure” (16.70), and “individualization of the procedure” (15.59). In the analysis of the differences by teachers, according to factors, there were significant differences in “active interaction”, “variety of the ways showing contents”, “clearness of the procedure”(p〈.001). 3. Self-evaluation score for graduates from Dept. of P. E in Teachers' collage was not significant difference compared with other majors(p〉.05). 4. Teachers receiving health education was significantly higher self-evaluation score than that of teachers not-receiving health education (P〈.01). 5. Self-evaluation score of female teacher was significant difference compared with that of male teacher (p〈.001). 6. Career (working duration) did not influenced to self-evaluation score on health teaching behaviors (P〉 .05). On the basis of the conclusion of this study, the next are suggested: First, the further studies to make use of the results of health teaching behaviors and to examine the effect are needed. Second, the further studies to examine the relations between academic achievement and teachers' major(a school-nurse, an athletic teacher, and a class-room teacher) are needed. Third, the following studies to improve health teaching by both teachers' self-evaluation on health teaching behaviors and students' evaluation of teachers, and to find out more effective health teaching, are needed. Fourth, Health education for pre-service training course and On-the-Job training program are need the effective factors on the teachers' Health teaching obtained from this study.
