본 연구는 공·사연금 제도의 협력 활성화의 필요성, 이를 위한 국내외 제도의 사례를 살펴보고, 한국에 적합한 공사연금 협력의 정보인프라 구축방안을 제시하려 하였다. 선진국은 최근 노후소득보장제도의 다층화에 주력하고 있으며, 연금교육과 정보서비스는 공사연금 협력의 핵심 요소로 등장하고 있다. 현재 한국에서 다층노후소득보장 체계의 틀은 갖추어졌으나 내실화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 연금제도에 대한 잘못된 인식과 정보가 연금제도의 정착에 큰 지장을 초래하고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 국가주도형인 아일랜드과 뉴질랜드, 민관협력형인 네덜란드, 민관분화형인 스웨덴의 사례를 분석하였다. 이 연구는 공사연금 협력의 기본인프라를 구축하기 위해 연금기관 간 정보교류와 협력의 촉진, 영세사업장 등의 공동실사체계 구축, 통합연금정보 서비스의 활성화를 제안하였다. 또한 네덜란드형의 민관협력형을 참고하여 '공사연금협회'의 구축을 제안하였다. 공사연금협회는 민간기관과 공적기관이 파트너로써 구축하고, 연금제도의 정보, 교육, 홍보와 관련된 모든 서비스를 통합, 관리한다.

정보기술과 전력 공급 시스템을 결합하여 전력 공급자와 소비자 간의 실시간 정보 교환을 통해 에너지 효율을 극대화하는 스마트 그리드 시스템이 등장했다. 중앙 클라우드 서버와 스마트 그리드 IoT 기기 사이에서 전력 관련 정보 수집 및 데이터저장 처리하는 엣지 서버를 활용하여 스마트 그리드 시스템을 위한 블록체인 기반의 사용자 인증 기법이 제안되고 있다. 최근, 스마트 그리드 환경에서 보안을 강화하기 위해 인증 방식이 제안되고 있지만 여전히 많은 취약점이 보고되고 있다. 본 논문은 블록체인을 이용한 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반의 스마트 그리드에서 사용자의 프라이버시와 익명성을 보장하기 위한 새로운 상호 인증 기법을 제시한다. 제안된 방식에서는 키 자료 업데이트 및 폐기와 같은 키 관리의 효율성을 위해 스마트 계약을 사용합니다. 마지막으로 제안하는 기법이 사용자의 스마트 그리드-IoT 기기와 에지 서버 간의 세션 키를 안전하게 설정함과 동시에 익명성을 보장함을 증명한다.

다변수 이차식 기반 전자서명 알고리즘은 구현의 용이성과 작은 서명 크기를 장점으로 갖는 양자내성암호 후보군이다. 이러한 다변수 이차식 기반 전자서명의 효율성을 높이기 위해 희소 행렬을 사용한 전자서명 기법들이 제시되었으며, 이 중 HiMQ는 국내 정보통신단체 표준으로 제정되었다. 그러나 HiMQ는 2022년 제안된 MinRank 공격에 의해 깨진 대표적 다변수 이차식 기반 전자서명인 Rainbow와 유사한 키 구조를 갖는다. HiMQ는 국내 정보통신단체 표준으로 제정되면서 권고 파라미터를 제시하였는데, 이는 2020년 기준의 암호 분석에 기반한 파라미터로 최근 공격 기법들이 고려되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 HiMQ에 적용 가능한 다변수 이차식 기반 전자서명에 대한 공격 기법들을 살펴보고 이에 대한 안전성 분석을 수행하였다. HiMQ에 가장 효과적인 공격은 2022년 제안된 개선된 MinRank 공격인 combined attack이며, 세 개의 권고 파라미터 모두 기준 보안강도를 만족하지 못하였다. 또한 HiMQ-128과 HiMQ-160은 최소 보안강도인 128-bit 비도도 만족하지 못하였다.

본 논문에서는 클러스터 이기종 셀룰러 네트워크에서 반동적 셀 그룹핑을 위한 합동 셀 그룹핑 및 사용자 접속 기법을 제안한다. 최근에는 핫스팟에서의 폭발적인 데이터 요구량을 지원하기 위해서, 소형 셀들이 기존의 매크로 기지국들과 함께 설치되고 있다. 이러한 클러스터 이기종 셀룰러 네트워크에서는 간섭과 부하 불균형으로 인하여 성능 열화가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 사용자들의 비례공평이 최대화되도록 두 가지 문제를 합동적으로 다룬다. 모의실험을 통하여, 기존의 기법들보다 제안하는 기법을 통해 훨씬 더 향상된 사용자 평균 전송률 및 사용자간의 비례공평을 얻을 수 있음을 알아본다.

Various Eulerian-Lagerangian numerical models for the one-dimensional longtudinal dispersion equation are studied comparatively. In the models studied, the transport equation is decoupled into two component parts by the operator-splitting approach ; one part governing advection and the other dispersion. The advection equation has been solved using the method of characteristics following flud particles along the characteristic line and the result are interpolated onto an Eulerian grid on which the dispersion equation is solved by Crank-Nicholson type finite difference method. In solving the advection equation, various interpolation schemes are tested. Among those, Hermite interpo;ation po;ynomials are superor to Lagrange interpolation polynomials in reducing both dissipation and dispersion errors.

In the past, bioinformatics was often regarded as a difficult and rather remote field, practiced only by computer scientists and not a practical tool available to biologists. However, the various on-going genome projects have had a serious impact on biological sciences in various ways and now there is little doubt that bioinformatics is an essential part of the research environment, with a wealth of biological information to analyze and predict. Fully sequenced genomes made us to have additional insights into the functional properties of the encoded proteins and made it possible to develop new tools and schemes for functional biology on a proteomic scale. Among those are the yeast two-hybrid system, mass spectrometry and microarray: the technology of choice to detect protein-protein interactions. These functional insights emerge as networks of interacting proteins, also known as "pathway informatics" or "interactomics". Without exception it is no longer possible to make advances in the signaling/regulatory pathway studies without integrating information technologies with experimental technologies. In this paper, we will introduce the databases of protein interaction worldwide and discuss several challenging issues regarding the actual implementation of databases.

국방 관련 암호 및 인증체계는 전장관리정보체계를 위한 키관리체계(KMI), 자원관리정보체계를 위한 국방인증체계(MPKI) 그리고 행정기관 연계 정보시스템을 위한 행정전자서명 인증체계(GPKI)로 구분한다. 본 논문에서는 국방인증체계(MPKI)에서 사용되고 있는 공개키기반구조(PKI)의 사용자 인증 관련 문제점과 보안 위협사항을 분석하고, 이를 보완하기 위한 속성기반 서명기법을 사용한 개선된 속성기반의 인증기법을 제시하고자 한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 서명에 포함되는 접근 구조를 Monotone Span Program(MSP)을 사용하였으며, 체계서버가 사용자 인증을 통해 서비스를 제공하게 하였다.

To obtain realistic performance measures for wireless networks, one should consider changes in performance due to failure related behavior. In performability analysis, simultaneous consideration is given to both pure performance and performance with failure measures. SRN is an extension of stochastic Petri nets and provides compact modeling facilities for system analysis. In this paper, a new methodology to model and analyze performability based on stochastic reward nets (SRN) is presented. Composite performance and availability SRN models for wireless handoff schemes are developed and then these models are decomposed hierarchically. The SRN models can yield measures of interest such as blocking and dropping probabilities. These measures are expressed in terms of the expected values of reward rate functions for SRNs. Numerical results show the accuracy of the hierarchical model. The key contribution of this paper constitutes the Petri nets modeling techniques instead of complicate numerical analysis of Markov chains and easy way of performance analysis for channel allocation under SRN reward concepts.

We examine the existence of the investment signaling equilibrium without assuming a specific utility function for the managers of the corporations. We assume the managers have the initial holdings of their own corporations as a form of the executive compensation. Under the different financing schemes to finance the investment, the new equity financing and the risky debt financing, we derive the investment signaling equilibrium and compare the the investment signaling equilibrium under each financing scheme. We show that the investment signaling equilibrium with each financing will obtain with the underinvestment of the high quality firm and that the investment signaling equilibrium with the risky debt financing will dominate the investment signaling equilibrium with the new equity financing.

Organic fanning in the UK has been greatly grown for the last decade. Two policies for supporting organic farming introduced in 1994 and 1999 played a crucial role in expanding organic farming area and increase in the number of farmers taken up organic fanning methods. Comparing the two policies, this paper identifies that the significant increase in financial aid to organic fanning in 1999 not only was a key factor to succeed in the scheme but also provided environmental base for further development of rural areas. However, such a national aid scheme should be improved in order to reflect regional specific characteristics in terms of environmental protection and local social and economic development. the experience of the UK suggests that the role of organic fanning in rural economics should be defined before enhancing financial support to farmers.
