The subject of this study is to search for the improvements or solutions of problems in the field of the performing arts that relies on public support and faces economic difficulties. Considering the value chain for the performing arts industry is comprised of Creation-Distribution-Consumption is isolated relatively, this study aims to identify improvements for the distribution system. By examining the government's theater-oriented support policy, this study details methods of improvements in the distribution sector of the performing arts industry. Following the study of the performing arts industry and its value chain, the study analyzes the structure, factors and the present state in the performing arts industry, as well as the volume and type of public sector support for distribution. The study concludes by suggestingmagnifying government's Distribution sector supporting that was limited by only 2.7% in 2014, and fostering and specialty improvement of circulation agents such as production agencies.In addition, supporting distribution diversification, namely the extension of platforms like the Visualization of Performing Arts, is needed. These alternatives will contribute to balanced development and coevolution of each sector which comprises the performing arts industry's value chain.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the sex role types and the interests toward contents in practical arts of elementary school students. The questionnaire was composed of questions about the types of sex role and interests toward contents in practical arts. contents in practical arts subject were hoe economics agriculture technology computer. The respondents were 123 sixth grade boys and 122 girls from elementary schools in Seoul and Taegu. 245 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Frequency. percent x(sup)2-test. average, standard deviation, F-test. and Duncan’s multiple range test were followed. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Generally speaking androgynous and undifferentiated sex role type are more frequent than masculine and feminine type in elementary school children. 2. Androgynous sex role type students were higher than undifferentiated and masculine sex role types in scores of the interest toward home economics in practical arts subject. 3. Androgynous masculine and feminine sex role type students were higher than undifferentiated sex role types in scores of the interest toward agriculture in practical arts subject. 4. Masculine sex role type students were higher than androgynous types and undifferentiated and feminine sex role types were lower than androgynous in scores of the interest toward technology in practical arts subject. 5. Androgynous and masculine sex role type students were higher than feminine and undifferentiated sex role types in scores of the interest toward computer in practical arts subject.

The purpose of this research are to develop patterns for integrated culture and arts education program in libraries. In order to conduct the research, I analyzed the status of the culture and arts education programs in domestic and U.S. libraries. The basic aim of the culture and arts education program in libraries is based on a nature of the library. I presented the patterns of a integrated culture and arts education programs (experience-understanding-communication). Also, I presented a various culture and arts education programs in based cultural facilities of a region.

In this study, we try to present the evolutionary direction with respect to the issue of police martial arts education. First, the facilities for martial arts training and modernization of its proper area $8.5m^2/1$ person should be over. There is a need for facilities that can be trained in various martial arts event takes place. Second, if you look from the perspective of the education program of the police martial arts, martial arts and physical fitness is to be carried out in the separation subject, there is a need for expansion of classes. Third, technical, due to the high learning effect is education, it is necessary to develop a police martial arts materials. Fourth, it is necessary to expand a variety of martial arts professor, appointment of external experts should also try to take into account.

기존 중계시스템은 모든 신호들이 유선으로 연결되어 있어 중계차가 접근 할 수 없는 지역에서는 운용의 어려움 등 이동과 거리에 제약이 있다. 또한 수많은 케이블이 필요하기 때문에 결선작업이 복잡하고 작업시간이 오래 걸리는 단점을 가지고 있어 무선 중계 시스템을 이용하여 프로그램을 제작하면 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.. 이에 본 논문에서는 RF무선영상송수신기와 백팩 LTE등 무선중계시스템의 장단점을 비교분석하였고 이에 통해 효율적인 무선중계시스템을 설계하였다. 또한, 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 방송중계업무의 편리성이 극대화하고 새로운 형태의 방송 포맷을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that determine whether college graduates majoring in culinary arts are employed. To achieve this purpose, this study largely divided the factors affecting the status of employment into the personal background, college life, and employment preparation activities factors. And, the data of 164 graduates who graduated from culinary arts-related departments participating in the Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS) were used. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the health status and experience of job-seeking activities of college graduates majoring in culinary arts decreased the employment probability. On the other hand, major satisfaction and certification acquisition were found to increase the employment probability. Second, the health status and experience of job-seeking activities of graduates who participated in 2018GOMS were found to decrease the employment probability, and major satisfaction and grade were found to increase the employment probability. Third, it was found that only the health status of graduates who participated in 2019GOMS affected the status of employment. Therefore, in order to increase the employment rate of culinary arts majors at the end of COVID 19, universities need to make efforts to increase their satisfaction with their majors and their grades while attending college.

Arts Therapy Education is an area under major arts therapy field which focuses on the children in school setting who has emotional, behavioral problem, and the need of it has been increasing as for after-school programs. The study purports to delineate arts therapy education by identifying the elements that differentiate from the major arts therapy approaches, respectively. Arts therapy education is an integrated approach which focuses on primarily alleviating children's emotional problem through therapeutic experiences of arts, and then secondarily helping them to actualize their potentials in learning and achieve educational outcomes. It is also examined that arts therapists working in school setting who need to acquire knowledge in education related theories and further be able to work with emotional, psychological issues from ecological factors. Also it is needed to seek efficient strategies to promote professionality of arts therapy education.
