Objectives On the point of modern preventive medicine, Sasang Constitutional Meidicine(SCM) has the thoughts of preventive medicine. Modern preventive medicine has the three dimensional prevention; primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. The preventive thoughts of SCM concerning three dimensional prevention have been investigated in this article. Method Materials and references were collected about the prevention of SCM. Lee Jema's books such as Donguisusebowon, Gyeokchigo and Donguisusebowon Chobonguen were included. Result and Conclusions As the primary prevention of SCM, Regimen according to ages, explanation according to health index as Myeongmaeksilsu(命脈實數), moderation of four ruinous causes such as intoxication, seduction, opulence and authority, adequate social life and control of 4 kinds of emotions(sorrow, anger, joy and pleasure) are included. As the secondary prevention of SCM, explanation according to disease index, fragile Organs and frequently acquired diseases according to constitutions are included. As the tertiary prevention of SCM, rehabilitation for the stroke patients according to constitutions is included. In conclusion, SCM has all of 3 dimensional prevention methods although that might be applied with modern considerate modification.

Objectives: This article intends to explore the major documents about inter-sectoral collaboration for physical activity promotion based on new paradigm. Methods: In addition to the documents after 1990s collected through several physical activity related projects of author, additional snowballing exploration has been done. Results: Globally extensive participation of stake-holders and partnership developed were strategically recommended and implementation strategy and good example were provided. In Europe individual, micro-environmental and macro-environmental specific role of major sectors were provided. Nationally series of Australian documents officialized inter-sectoral linkages from early times and Slovenian program showed examples of inter-sectoral evaluation and health indicators. U.S. national physical activity plan showed specific example of 6 guiding principles and 5 overarching strategies among 8 sectors for good inter-sectoral collaboration. In city level, healthy city approach activated. Conclusions: Various specific good examples of intersectoral physical activity collaboration could searched globally, regionally and nationally for application in Korea.

As a survey-type article, the paper reviews various digital topological utilities from digital covering theory. Digital covering theory has strongly contributed to the calculation of the digital k-fundamental group of both a digital space(a set with k-adjacency or digital k-graph) and a digital product. Furthermore, it has been used in classifying digital spaces, establishing almost Van Kampen theory which is the digital version of van Kampen theorem in algebrate topology, developing the generalized universal covering property, and so forth. Finally, we remark on the digital k-surface structure of a Cartesian product of two simple closed $k_i$-curves in ${\mathbf{Z}}^n$, $i{\in}{1,2}$.

In the present article, we construct the exact traveling wave solutions of nonlinear PDEs in the mathematical physics via the (1+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation by using the following two methods: (i) A further improved ($\frac{G}{G}$) - expansion method, where $G=G({\xi})$ satisfies the auxiliary ordinary differential equation $[G^{\prime}({\xi})]^2=aG^2({\xi})+bG^4({\xi})+cG^6({\xi})$, where ${\xi}=x-Vt$ while $a$, $b$, $c$ and $V$ are constants. (ii) The well known extended tanh-function method. We show that some of the exact solutions obtained by these two methods are equivalent. Note that the first method (i) has not been used by anyone before which gives more exact solutions than the second method (ii).

A plastic zone size is regarded as a measure of material resistance, and also it determines the fracture behavior. The importance of estimating or measuring the plastic zone size cannot be too emphasized. In this article, SDSP(Stereo Digital Speckle Photography) is examined as a new techniques to measure the plastic zone developed in a ductile metal. This technique is simple, vibration free and non-contact, and measures simultaneously in-plane displacements as well as out-of plane displacements like the side necking. Experimental results for a CT specimen are presented to demonstrate the accuracy in comparison with those obtained by recrystallization technique and finite element analysis.

The emergence of systems biology in the 21st century is changing the paradigm of biomedical research. Whereas the reductionist approaches focus on components rather than time or contexts, systems biology focus more on interrelationships, dynamics, and contexts. The key ideas of the systems biology shares much with the philosophy of Korean Medicine(KM) and therefore, the paradigm shift is shedding light on understanding the mechanism of action of KM at system level. In this article, I provide a guide to learning systems biology for KM researchers using online learning resources. Thanks to the recent development of MOOC(massive open online courses) and other online learning platforms, learners can access to plenty of high-quality resources from top-tier universities in the world. I expect this guide help researchers to employ systems biology methods into their KM researches, and will lead to the development of future curricula for training "bi-lingual" experts, KM and computational approaches.

During the course of its efforts to host the 2012 EXPO in Yeosu, Korea, the Korean government promised to the members of the International Exhibition Bureau (BIE) to adopt the so-called Yeosu Declaration. Considering the year 2012 will likely witness the adoption of another global scale environmental declaration as such as the Stockholm, Rio and Johannesburg Declarations, Yeosu Declaration may contribute not only to emphasizing the theme of the 2012 Yeosu EXPO, The Living Ocean and Coast: Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Activities, but also to sharing its efforts to protect the environment with the international society. As there has been no precedence of adopting any declaration in the history of EXPO, a careful preparation for the adoption of Yeosu Declaration is necessary as suggested in this article.

A radio-quiet γ-ray pulsar is a neutron star that has significant γ-ray pulsation but without observed radio emission or only limited emission detected by high sensitivity radio surveys. The launch of the Fermi spacecraft in 2008 opened a new epoch to study the population of these pulsars. In the 2^nd Fermi Large Area Telescope catalog of γ-ray pulsars, there are 35 (30 % of the 117 pulsars in the catalog) known samples classified as radio-quiet γ-ray pulsars with radio flux density (S₁₄₀₀) of less than 30 μJy. Accompanying the observations obtained in various wavelengths, astronomers not only have the opportunity to study the emitting nature of radio-quiet γ-ray pulsars but also have proposed different models to explain their radiation mechanism. This article will review the history of the discovery, the emission properties, and the previous efforts to study pulsars in this population. Some particular cases known as Geminga-like pulsars (e.g., PSR J0633+1746, PSR J0007+7303, PSR J2021+4026, and so on) are also specified to discuss their common and specific features.

This paper is written for foundation of standard <Shanghan Lun> text to research febrile disease referring from <Jin-gui-yu-han-jing>, Kang-ping-ben, Tang-ben, Song-ben and supplementarily Gui-lin-gu-ben. Through the comparative and analytical investigation of 30 articles of ${\ulcorner}$Taiyang bing Volume 1${\lrcorner}$, 22 articles were newly compiled after getting rid of doubtful sentences or putting together. Also, one article, "wind damage of Tai-yang give rise to fever and chilling", was added from Tang-ben. And many articles were unchanged or in some case, collected together with relevant articles to make sense more.
