This paper presents a new sufficient condition for the oscillation of all solutions of difference equations with several deviating arguments and oscillating coefficients. Corresponding difference equations of both retarded and advanced type are studied. Examples illustrating the results are also given.

The approximation properties for $L^2$-projection, Raviart-Thomas projection, and inverse inequality have been derived in 3 dimensional space. h-p-mixed finite element methods for strongly nonlinear second order elliptic problems are proposed and analyzed in 3D. Solvability and convergence of the linearized problem have been shown through duality argument and fixed point argument. The analysis is carried out in detail using Raviart-Thomas-Nedelec spaces as an example.

Ever since Gauss discussed the least-squares method in 1812 and Bertrand translated Gauss's work in French, the least-squares method has been used for various economic analysis. The justification of the least-squares method was given by Markov in 1912 in connection with the previous discussion by Gauss and Bertrand. The main argument concerned the problem of obtaining the best linear unbiased estimates. In some modern language, the argument can be explained as follow.

This paper investigates the nature of Japanese argument cluster (Steedman 2000b). Based on Combinatory Categorial Grammar, a type-raising analysis of case particles which captures some aspects of the information structure in Japanese is discussed, including contrastive interpretation of coordination, wh-constructions, and some theme and rheme-related grammatical phenomena. These observations offer further support for the study of syntax, semantics, and phonology interface and the earlier analysis of English information structure.

In this paper, we define two new subclass of k-uniformly starlike and convex functions of order ${\alpha}$ type ${\beta}$ with varying argument of coefficients. Further, we obtain coefficient estimates, extreme points, growth and distortion bounds, radii of starlikeness, convexity and results on modified Hadamard products.

An inventory with constant demand is studied. We adopt a renewal argument to obtain the transient and stationary distribution of the level of the inventory. We show that the stationary distribution can be also derived by making use of either the level crossing technique or the renewal reward theorem. After assigning several managing costs to the inventory, we calculate the long-run average cost per unit time. A numerical example is illustrated to show how we optimize the inventory.

This paper proposes a semantics of the Korean NPI te isang 'anymore', which occurs in negative contexts. The NPI te isang is characterized, in Zwarts's(1990) term, as a strong NPI which requires an anti-additive function as its licensor. It is also noted that te isang is licensed by 'implied negative predicates' such as shilheha-'hate' and phokiha-'give up' only when it occurs within a clausal argument of the implied negative predicates. This fact is accounted for in terms of the function-argument structure and the scope relation between the NPI te isang and the implied negative predicates involved.

We consider the fourth-order $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ equation with focusing inhomogeneous nonlinearity ($-{\mid}x{\mid}^{-2}{\mid}u{\mid}^{\frac{4}{n}}u$) in high space dimensions. Extending Glassey's virial argument, we show the finite time blowup of solutions when the energy is negative.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new subclass of strongly meromorphic close-to-convex functions by subordinating to generalized Janowski function. We investigate several properties for this class such as coefficient estimates, inclusion relationship, distortion property, argument property and radius of meromorphic convexity. Various earlier known results follow as particular cases.

본 논문은 정교화 가능성 모델을 채택하여 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑에서 제품 구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요소에 대해 연구하였다. 설문 조사 방법을 사용하여 데이터를 수집하고 가설을 조사하였다. 연구 결과 출처 매력은 실용적인 제품보다 쾌락제품에서 제품에 대한 태도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 논증 품질은 실용적인 제품에서 쾌락 제품보다 제품에 대한 태도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 추가 분석에서, 쾌락 제품에 대하여, 출처 매력과 논증 품질은 모두 제품에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 논증 품질은 제품에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 출처 매력은 실용적 제품에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로, 제품에 대한 태도는 제품 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
