  • More government's policy supports than current are necessary time first of all because Korea game industry is growing vigorously centering around On-line game and Mobile-game. Korea Government is progressing game industry promotion policies actively, and these may accelerate developed speed of Korea game industry in the near future. But, we are time that feedback of government's game industrial policies is necessary now through comparison with game industry policy of Northeast Asia area game Industry policy of area. Therefore, In this paper we did study improvement assignment of Korea game industrial policy through comparison with Game industrial policies of the Korea, China and Japan.

Methods for a target-oriented travel demand management (목표지향 기종점 교통수요 관리모형연구)

  • Several travel demand management schemes have been used for controlling overloaded traffics on urban area. To maximize efficiency of the travel management, traffic manager has to set target level that we try to arrive in advance, and then to find optimal variable to attain this goal. In this regard, this paper presents two travel demand management models, expressed by mathematical program, and also presents their solution algorithms. The first is to find optimal travel demand for origin-destination (OD) pair, based on average travel time between the OD pair, and the second is based on the ratio of volume over capacity on congested area. An example is given to test the models.

  • The design of LAI(Local Area Identifier), the first paging area for searching the mobile terminal has a close relation with the performance of paging channel in CDMA cellular network. This paper discussed the performance of the forward channel of IS-95 CDMA standard, known as the paging through the related messages such as call control message, channel assignment message, etc. Modeling and simulation work were conducted to quantify the performance of paging channel in terms of traffic handling capacity and blocking levels. The results shown are based on a specific system call model based on the operating system of cell cite. This serves as illustrative guidelines for the proper engineering of common control channel, which has a major impact on the overall performance of cellular network.

  • In an effort to gain competitiveness, recently many companies are trying to outsource their logistics activities to the logistics specialists, while concentrating on their core and strategic business area. Because of this trend, the third party logistics comes to the fore, catching people's attention, and expanding its market rapidly. Under these circumstances, the third party logistics companies are making every effort to improve their logistics services and to develop an information system in order to enhance their competitiveness. In particular, among these efforts one of the critical parts is the decision support system for effective transportation network planning. To this end, this study has developed an efficient decision support system for an optimal transportation network planning by comprehensively considering the transportation mode, routing, assignment, and schedule. As a result of this study, the new system enables the expansion of the third party logistics companies' services including the multimodal transportation, not to mention one mode of transportation, and also gets them ready to plan an international transportation network.

  • As a special topic of the vehicle routing problems (VRP), VRPSDP extends the vehicle routing problem as considering simultaneous pickup and delivery for goods. The past studies have mainly dealt with a only weight constraint of a loading capacity for heterogeneous products. However. this study suggests VRPSDP considering separate loading area according to characteristics of loading species. The objective is to design a set of minimum distance routes for the vehicle routing assignment with independent capacity for heterogeneous species. And then we present a another HVRPSDP model which is easy to utilizes in a unique circumstance that is a guarantee of executing a task simultaneously from the various areas under restricted time and raising an application of vehicles that returns at the depot for the next mission like the military group. The optimal results of the suggested mathematical models are solved by the ILOG CPLEX software ver. 12.4 that is provided by IBM company.

  • This study focuses on the development of dynamic assignment for evaluation and application for dynamic route guidance strategy. Travelers are classified according to information contents which they received pre/on trip. The first group have no traffic information, so they travel with fixed route. The second group have real-time shortest path and travel according to it. The last group have car navigation system or individual method(cellular phone, PDA-two way communication available) for traffic information on trip. And then they are assigned in accordance with the proposed multiclass dynamic assignment model. At this time the last group is gotten under control with DFS(decentralized feedback strategy). In use of this Process we expect that various traffic information strategy can be tested and also be the key factor for success of ITS, location of VMS(variable message sign), cycle of information, area of traffic information, etc).

  • This paper proposes an implicit method for computing the minimum cost feedback vertex set for a graph. For an arbitrary graph, a Boolean function is derived, whose satisfying assignments directly correspond to feedback vertex sets of the graph. Importantly, cycles in the graph are never explicitly enumerated, but rather, are captured implicitly in this Boolean function. This function is then used to determine the minimum cost feedback vertex set. Even though computing the minimum cost satisfying assignment for a Boolean function remains an NP-hard problem, it is possible to exploit the advances made in the area of Boolean function representation in logic synthesis to tackle this problem efficiently in practice for even reasonably large sized graphs. The algorithm has obvious application in flip-flop selection for partial scan. The algorithm proposed in this paper is the first to obtain the MFVS solutions for many benchmark circuits.

  • Jeju coastal landscape has been changed from 1980's. Construction of coastal road, rearing fm, restaurant and condominium are main reasons of destroying the Jeju coastal area. Recently, the law for preserving coastal landscape is effective to prevent diverse construction activities, the land is comparatively restricted in the coastal landscape preservation districts. The resident's attitude toward restricted landlord has been carried out in Jeju province and compensation program has been developed for landlord in the coastal landscape preservation district. To speak compensation programs, First, land compensation as if cash compensation and right of purchase claim, Second, incentive as if tax reducement or regional support, Third, assignment of development right.

A traffic and interference adaptive DCA algorithm with rearrangement in microcellular systems

  • A new dynamic channel assignment (DCA) algorithm with rearrangement for cellular mobile communication systems is suggested. Our DCA algorithm is both traffic and interference adaptive, which is based on the mathematical formulation of the maximum packing under a realistic propagation model. In developing the algorithm, we adopt the Lagrangean relaxation technique that has been successfully used in the area of mathematical programming. Computational experiments of the algorithm reveal quite encouraging results. Although our algorithm primarily focuses on microcellular systems, it can be effectively applied to conventional cellular systems under highly nonuniform traffic distributions and interference conditions.

  • In this paper, a linear controller is designed for the longitudinal model of X-33 in TAEM (The Terminal Area Energy Management) phase. The CRA (Characteristic Ratio Assignment) is used as the continuous time design method such that the output response of X-33 control system tracks the reference command. The performance of the proposed controller is evaluated through the step response. Also simulation results show that the initial state of the plant is dominantly affected by the poles and zeros of the plant.
