Polyamic Acid Alkylamine Salts(PAAS) LB 박막의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on Electrical Properties of the Polyamic Acid Alkylamine Salts(PAAS) LB films)

  • This paper describes the thermally stimulated current(TSC) measurements arachidic acid(AA) and polyamic acid alkylamine salts(PAAS) LB film, which is a precursor of polyimide(PI). The measurements were performed from room temperature to about 250$^{\circ}C$ and the temperature was increased at a rate of 0.02 $^{\circ}C$/s linearly[4]. It shows that peaks of TSC are observed at about 80$^{\circ}C$ in the arachidic acid and about 80$^{\circ}C$, 160$^{\circ}C$ in the PAAS LB films. The DSC and TGA of PAAS, arachidic acid are measure. Monolayer phases on the water subphase such as Langmuir(L) films and the phase transitions from gas phase to solid phase via liquid phase are observed using Brewster angle microscopy(BAM). BAM is also used to observe the Langemuir-Blodgett(LB) films.

  • We have examined the electrical properties of arachidic acid Langmuir (L) films by using a displacement current measuring technique with pressure stimulation. We give pressure stimulation into organic thin films and detect the Induced displacement current. The structure of manufactured device is Au/arachidic acid/Al, the number of accumulated layers are 17, 19 and 21. Also, we then examined of the MIM device by means of I-V The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0 to +1[V]. The insulation property of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.

  • We give pressure stimulation into organic thin films and then manufacture a device under the accumulation condition that the state surface pressure is 30[mN/m]. LB layers of Arac. acid deposited by LB method were deposited onto slide glass as Y-type film. The physicochemical properties of the LB films were examined by UV absorption spectrum, SEM and AFM. The structure of manufactured device is Au/arachidic acid/Al. the number of accumulated layers are 3~9. Also. we then examined of the MIM device by means of I-V. The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from -3 to +3[V]. The insulation property of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.

  • 본 연구에서는 LB기법에 의하여 분자수준으로 고 정화된 효소를 이용하여 에탄올의 양을 측정하는 광섬유 바이오센서가 개발되 었다. ADH는 arachidic acid의 단분자막에 LB기법으로 고정화된다. 센서의 출력신호를 분석하기 위하여 고정화된 ADH의 효소 반응은 ordered multisubstrate mechanism을 이용 하여 검토되었다. 광학 측정 시스템이 제시되었으며, 센서의 출력신호는 에단올의 농도에 비례하여 증가 하며 LB막에 누적된 누적충수와 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. LB막의 누적된 누적충수를 20충으로 증가하면 센서의 신호출력 범위가 확장되어 45mM의 고농도 에탄올도 측정할 수 있었다. 순수지질의 단 분자막과 효소가 흡착된 지질의 단분자막의 $\pi$-Aisotherm은 중성의 subphase에서 각기 다른 전하를 띠는 세 가지 종류의 지질에 대하여 조사되었다. ADH의 흡착도가 가장 우수한 지질은 arachidic a acid이며 이는 중성의 sub phase에서 양의 전하를 띠는 ADH 분자와 읍극의 전하를 띠는 arachidic a acid 분자 사이에 작용하는 정전기력에 기인한 것이다.

  • Current was generated from monolayers on a air/water surface by monolayer compression, and the measuring technique has been applied to the study on monolayers of Arachidic acid and the range of gas state, gas/fuid state and fluid state in the course of monolayer compression. Also, we measured that compression veloecity(30, 40, 50mm/min) when the sample's spread volume was about $500{\mu}{\ell}$ of sample. From the result, it is known that current is generated in the range of high surface pressures as compression velocity become faster.

유류된 잠재지문의 지방산조성에 관한 연구 (Study on fatty acids composition by latent fingerprint deposition)

  • 사건현장에 잔류하는 잠재지문의 효과적인 탐색 및 감식을 위한 자료를 얻고자 비다공성 증거물에 잔류된 잠재지문의 지방산 조성분석을 실시하고 7개월간의 지문유류에 따른 조성 변화에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 지문시료는 한국인 29-50 세 남성 8인과 여성(36 세) 1명으로부터 제공받았다. 모든 지문에서는 lauric acid (C12:0), myristic acid (C14:0), palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), elaidic acid (C18:1n9t), oleic acid (C18:1n9c), linoleic acid (C18:2n6c), arachidic acid (C20:0), linolenic acid (C18:3n3), erucic acid (C22:1n9)와 docosadienoic acid (C22:2)의 11종의 지방산이 검출됨을 확인하였고, palmitic acid (35.45-48.37%), oleic acid (14.84-28.49%), stearic acid (9.71-24.96%)와 linoleic acid (7.68-18.85%)가 확인된 지방산조성의 75%이상을 차지하여 주요 구성성분임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 7개월간 온도 $20-25^{\circ}C$, 습도 40-50%의암실환경에서의장기간유류에따라총지방산의함량이 12-25% 감소하였으며, 이는 elaidic acid (C18:1n9t), arachidic acid (C20:0), linolenic acid (C18:3n3), erucic acid (C22:1n9), docosadienoic acid (C22:2)의 장쇄지방산들의 소실과 단쇄지방산인 myristic acid (C14:0), myristoleic acid (C14:1), pentadecanoic acid (C15:0)의 생성에 따른 결과임을 확인하였다.

Results of these measurements indicate that one peak at 8$0^{\circ}C$ is resulted from alkyl group; the other peak at 16$0^{\circ}C$ is due to alkyl and C-O group of PAAS. Additional large peak at about 16$0^{\circ}C$ is due to dipole moments in the PAAS films. The DSC of PAAS, arachidic acid and octadesylamine are measured. Thermal imidization was performed at 30$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour by our pre study.

  • We give pressure stimulation into long chain fatty acid of LB thin films then manufacture a device under the accumulation condition that the state surface pressure is 20[mN/m]. In processing of a device manufacture, we can see the process is good from the change of a surface pressure for organic thin films and transfer ratio of area per molecule. The structure of manufactured device is Au/Arachidic acid/Al, the number of accumulated layers are 13, 17 and 19. The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0[V] to +1.5[V] and the capacitor. The maximum value of measured current is increased as the number of accumulated layers are decreased. The capacitor properties of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is smaller.
