Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools or vocational counseling, but assessment tools are very expensive and we should move to the facilities for the disabled. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the smart phones which users are expected to surpass thirty million in 2012, because it enables them to access anytime and anywhere. In this paper, we design and implement the mobile aptitude test system on android smart phone OS for people with disabilities. We develop the mobile aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling.

The total number of passengers for Line $1{\sim}4$ operated by Seoul Metro among subways that act as foot of Seoul residents was 1.43116 billion passengers in 2006 and average of 3.921 million passengers per day. The results of analysis on safety accidents that occurred recently in subways show that various complaints on subways were reduced through the expansion of safety related facilities and training but accidents caused by negligent handling by employees including engineers are increasing on the contrary. At present time where various man-made accidents break out such as wrong handling and habits of engineers in charge of driving trains and momentary mistakes, there needs effort for active management and improvement to prevent and minimize accidents. Therefore, this study has drawn out problems through surveys on aptitude test system to engineers and compared with case studies in overseas. Thus, it attempted to minimize safety accidents in subways, and derived methods for improving safety management by focusing on improving the current aptitude test system for nurturing engineers suitable to handle railway driving in the future.

This study examined the fairness of the teaching aptitude and personality test assigned to pre-service engineering teachers in a graduate school of education based on measurement traits. For this study, we analyzed the teaching aptitude and personality test scores of 99 students enrolled in engineering education in a graduate school of education located in the Seoul metropolitan area from 2013 to 2017. The main results were as follows. First, the estimated variance due to residual was generally the highest, followed by nesting of items within domains, pre-service engineering teachers, interactions of pre-service engineering teachers with domains, domains, and occasions. Second, dependability coefficients were better indicators than Cronbach's because the latter may have been overestimated by applying the traditional reliability coefficient in inappropriate manners. Third, the teaching aptitude and personality test can be applied to pre-service engineering teachers in a graduate school of education based on empirical evidence considering dependability coefficients. Fourth, a total of 96 items from the original 210 items, with 2 occasions and 12 domains containing 8 items in each domain, were optimal measurement conditions to reach adequate degrees of reliability based on the total number of items. Finally, the results were discussed, the study limitations described and future research directions proposed.

The main purpose of this paper is to present selection criteria for ROK Airforce pilot training candidates in order to save costs involved in sequential pilot training. We use classification models such Decision Tree, Logistic Regression and Neural Network based on aptitude test results of 288 ROK Air Force applicants in 1994-1996. Different models are compared in terms of classification accuracy, ROC and Lift-value. Neural network is evaluated as the best model for each sequential flight test result while Logistic regression model outperforms the rest of them for discriminating the last flight test result. Therefore we suggest a pilot selection criterion based on this logistic regression. Overall. we find that the factors such as Attention Sharing, Speed Tracking, Machine Comprehension and Instrument Reading Ability having significant effects on the flight results. We expect that the use of our criteria can increase the effectiveness of flight resources.

This paper deals with personality types and study type test methods and system by using finger prints. The purpose and goal of the study is to implement the system that provides the information about appropriate study methods for each individuals based on analysis of the natural characteristics (innate trait and aptitude) by using fingerprints.

In this study, we gave 132 high school students fifteen probabilities and nine statistics problems of the Korean College Scholastic Aptitude Test and then analyzed their answer using the classical test theory and the item response theory. Using the classical test theory (the Testian 1.0) we get the item reliability ($0.730 \sim 0.765$), and using the item response theory (the Bayesian 1.0) we get the item difficulty ( $-2.32\sim0.83$ ) and discrimination ( $0.55\sim 2.71$). From results, we find out what and why students could not understand well.

The purpose of this study is to find how the childcare teacher aptitude of students majoring in childcare and education influences their perception of teacher professionalism. To achieve that, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 216 early childhood preservice teachers living in A city. For data processing and analysis, SPSS program was used so as to conduct frequency analysis and calculate the mean and standard deviation. In addition, to test reliability and find relations between variables, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, firstly, in terms of the childcare teacher aptitude perceived by the students majoring in childcare and education, they highly perceived an affinity with young children and a sense of calling of their job; in terms of their perception of teacher professionalism, they highly perceived social necessity and vocational ethics. Secondly, early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude had a statistically significant correlation with their perception of teacher professionalism. Thirdly, the sub factors of early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude all positively influenced the sub factors of the perception of teacher professionalism. Given the study results, the students majoring in childcare and education perceived the importance of their aptitude of childcare teacher. In order to provide high-quality childcare service and create the positive aptitude of childcare teacher, it will be necessary to conduct a variety of basic research.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a music making program that utilizes the characteristics of the picture books medium through the ADDIE model so that teachers can easily apply it to children, and to determine whether it affects children's musical aptitude and music creativity. Methods: The Participants of the study were 42 five-year-old children attending a daycare in Seoul, of which 20 were in the experimental group and 22 in the comparative group. The experimental group participated in a music production program using picture books, and during the same period, the comparison group participated in music activities suggested by the Nuri Course. Using the SPSS 22.0 program, average, standard deviation, independent sampling t-test, and ANCOVA(Analysis of Covariance) were calculated. Results: The music making program using picture books improved children's rhythm and tone which are the sub-items of music aptitude. The music making program enhanced children's music flexibility, music creativity, music logic which are the sub-items of music creativity. Conclusion/Implications: The music making program presented systemic teaching-learning method with which teachers explained the modeling and practiced from simple activities to various activities repeatedly in order to make teachers approach music making more easily. It is recommendable to make the music making program by using I-pad and computers.
