Background: As of 2016, average Koreans sleep 7 hours and 42 minutes, the lowest figure among Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) countries, and the number of people with sleep disorders reached 561,000. Accordingly, the government has promoted the provision of 'Multiple Sleep Test' to strengthen the diagnosis service for patients with 'sleep disorder' in july 2018. As a result, healthcare costs for patients with sleep disorder is on the rise every year. In this study, we utilized 'Appropriate Sleep' criteria of United States's National Sleep Foundation(NSF) then investigated Korean's sleep pertinence using ｢7th National Health and Nutrition Survey for 2016-2018」 by different occupational type, demographic characteristics, socio-economic characteristics, and health behaviors. Methods: We performed descriptive analysis to examine differences of sleep appropriateness by various sample characteristics. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to examine sleep appropriateness by occupational type and other variables. We also analyzed subgroup models to investigate. Results: As a result, a total of 1,948 (18.37%) study subjects experienced in-appropriate sleep. Results of the Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that blue color group had a higher odds ratio (OR) for experiencing in-appropriate sleep (OR=1.179). In addition, the odds ratio of experienced in-appropriate sleep among the elderly aged 70 and over was 2.698, and the odds ratio of the overstressed group was 1.299. Furthermore, sub-group analysis showed that blue color job of female(Or=1.334), high school or below(OR=1.404), divorce/death/separation(OR=2.039), 25%ile-50%lie income group(OR=1.411) more likely experienced in-appropriate sleep. Conclusion: Growing sleep disorder patients and related health care costs are expected. Government should apply detailed 'total periodic sleep disorder management policy' including pre-consultation, examination, diagnosis, treatment, post-consultation, self-management especially to vulnerable population that this study found.

본 연구의 목적은 임야 거래가격과 공시지가 적정성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 분석하여 현실에 부합하는 공시지가 결정요인 모색 및 감정평가액 결정의 적정성을 도모하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 서울시 강남 강북권 6개구(區)에 소재한 임야 거래가격 적정성 여부를 독립표본 t-검정분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석의 통계적 기법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 지역차이와 형상의 정형여부는 적정거래여부와 무관하였고 비오톱 지정여부, 개발제한구역 여부, 고저의 차이, 보전산지 여부, 이용상황의 차이, 방위 및 접면도로의 차이는 임야거래 적정성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 임야 고유의 독특한 가격형성요인을 면밀히 분석하여 공시지가의 조사 평가에 반영하여야 한다는 함의를 지닌다. 국민경제활동과 밀접한 관련이 있는 임야 감정평가는 시장참가인들이 중시하는 임야가격형성요인을 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 임야 적정거래 여부와 관련된 변수들은 향후 임야 거래질서정착과 시장 안정화 지표로 적용되기를 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a 12-week web-based obesity management program for elementary school students and to evaluate the appropriateness of the developed program from experts and users. Methods: The development of a web-based obesity management program proceeded through the stages of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. After the application of the web-based obesity management program, the evaluation of appropriateness were conducted for knowledge of obesity, obesity control behavior and satisfaction of the program. Collected data has been analyzed using SPSS 19.0. Results: The name of the program developed by this study is healthful weight management and its URL is http://ihealth.or.kr. There were 6 major menus and 18 sub menus including diet, exercise and behavior modification in this program. This study showed that this web-based obesity management program had high satisfaction for a system and increase knowledge of obesity and obesity control behavior for obese children. Conclusion: We expect the web-based obesity management program for elementary school students developed by this study will be able to lead the practice and participation of obese children and decrease the degree of obesity.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to assess the efficacy and usefulness of the career ladder program in a hospital and to evaluate nurses' satisfaction with the program. Methods: The study was conducted using a survey consisting of 14 questions on the appropriateness, necessity and usefulness of the career ladder program. The data were gathered from 403 nurses in a hospital. We assessed differences in responses according to the participants' workplace, age, educational background, marital status, experience (total years and years at current working place). We analyzed the data using SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: Nurses acknowledged that the career ladder program is necessary and profitable within the nursing field, but they worried about the appropriateness of the nurse's role at each career level and rationality of the portfolio. The study also identified nurses' characteristics that were significant factors in explaining nurses' satisfaction with the career ladder program. Finally, we identified complaints and improvements for the program. Conclusion: We assessed differences in attitude towards the career ladder program according to nurses' characteristics.

본 연구에서는 국내 화재 안전 기준 중 제연설비의 성능기준에 의해 지하 공간 건축물이 준공된 후 임의의 지점에서 화재가 발생했을 경우를 모델링하여 연기 확산 현상을 분석하고 제연 설비의 작동에 의한 재실자의 피난시간 연장과의 적정성을 검토하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 선행연구에서는 가연물의 종류와 발열량을 추정하였으며 추정 값의 검토를 위하여 임의의 단일지하상가를 모델링하여 검증하였다. 그리고 지하상가의 제연설비가 작동될 경우와 작동되지 않을 경우에 대한 수치해석 결과를 비교하였으며 재실자의 피난시간을 확보하는 관점에서 화재 안전 기준에 대한 적정성을 검토하였다.

The purpose of this study was to provide information on how to improve the current sizing system of infant coveralls through analysis of the present system. In order to compile the information about dissatisfaction with the appropriateness of the fit of infant coveralls, a questionnaire was administered to mothers of 241 infants (aged under 36 months) living in Seoul, and analyzed using the SPSS WIN.10.0 program. Also, the manufacturers'basic body sizes were investigated. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The results of the comparison between the manufacturers'basic body sizes and the body measurement values obtained as the physical standard of the nation(1997) show that in terms of length and hip circumference, the manufacturers'body sizes were larger. On the other hand, in the waist circumference, the manufacturers'body sizes were smaller than the national average. 2. Research on the production sizing system of domestic and international brands, showed that the sizing interval of domestic brands were 6 months, whereas the international brands were 3 months f3r infants under 12 months. 3. Concerning fit, the areas causing most dissatisfaction were: the trunk length, sleeve length, inside leg length, and neck depth. The results showed that dissatisfaction with the suitability of the sizing of current infant coveralls according to the body part differed among the groups according to the month of age.

The appropriate area for human's most basic living space is an important factor. Therefore, the 'minimum housing standard' is a very important factor to ensure a minimum quality of living space for human life. In Korea, however, the importance of the 'minimum housing standard' has been neglected for about 20 years. Even in Korea, the 'minimum housing standard' has become an nominal existence. In other countries, studies have long been conducted on the minimum housing standards, but studies have shown that studies on the minimum housing standard are not actively occurring in Korea. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the current status of the 'minimum housing standard' in Korea and to explore the direction of future research. The study included a total of 29 researches commissioned by the Korea Academic Research Institute (KCI). To ensure the objectivity and reliability of the analysis, analyzed year of research, field of research, method of research, contents of research. Through this study, it is possible to grasp the tendency of previous studies on 'minimum housing standard' in Korea and it is meaningful to increase the usability of 'minimum housing standard' in residential planning. It is also expected that future research on 'minimum housing standards' will be able to present the direction of the field to be developed.

본 연구에서 교통수요 예측기법 중 통행량 분포기법의 이론적 배경에 대하여 광주광역시를 중심으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석 평가하고 모형에 내재되어 있는 매개변수의 특성변화를 연구하여 통행량 분포모형의 적용 타당성을 찾고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 통행분포모형의 정립을 목적으로 광주시의 20개 대존 중에서 도심지역에 해당되는 9개 존을 중심으로 한 통행목적별, 수단별, 출발 도착통행량 모형을 정립하였다. 여기에서는 기준 년도를 1996년으로 하고 2001년까지의 통행량을 분석하고 2008년도까지의 통행분포량을 예측하였다.

As measuring visual behavior by utilize eye-tracker, this study examines whether consumer concentrates on visual attention with certain object and measures visual behavior with fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation, which are visual attention pattern of consumer about Mannequin, hanger, shelve as props of display advertising effect on clothing store. It has experimental purpose to recognize relationships in terms of regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention. During display of clothing store, first experimental consequence to measure visual behavior on consumer did appear to allocate more cautions than other props. Second, in terms of relationships with regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention from consumer, each fixation pattern about consumer's fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation was confirmed that there is meaningful correlation with each other. Accordingly, as advertising effect of mannequin makes consumer to concentrate more visually cautious, it is translated that high favor about display product with mannequin has positive role on purchase intention. Also, there is a purpose that higher feasibility on study result provides practical point on clothing store's display marketing strategy of corporation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the washing methods specified on care labels of blue jeans and to examine the appropriateness of the specification. In the study, the present condition of care labels on 100% cotton blue jeans was investigated and the consumers' washing methods of blue jeans were surveyed. Also, the shrinkage of blue jeans after washing was measured. The major results were as follows: 1. In spite of the fact that same materials of 100% cotton denim were used in all cases, washing signs on care labels showed very differently and the symbols of hand wash, using light duty detergent, no wring, drying in shade, and warm ironing with a covering cloth were demanding too high level of care for the protection of blue jeans. 2. Almost all consumers didn't follow instructions proposed on care labels because they didn't anticipate problem. In reality, most consumers washed blue jeans by machine in cold water with heavy duty detergent at standard course, dried under the sun, and didn't iron. The 40.8% of consumers didn't have problems even if they didn't follow instructions. Most problems happened after washing were shrinkage in length, but in shrinkage test after 15 times washings, it was found that there was no serious shrinkage problem. 3. For ideal care of blue jean, it is necessary for manufacturers to recognize the importance of care label and to stick correct appropriate care label. Also, consumers have to trust and follow instructions on care label.
