사회적 거리와 정서가 도덕 판단에 미치는 영향 (Effects of social distance and mood on moral judgment - focusing on moral dilemmas)

  • 본 연구는 '자아'와 친한 정도를 나타내는 '사회적 거리'와 사고에 관여하는 요인으로 알려진 유발된 정서가 도덕적 딜레마에서의 도덕 판단에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 실험 1은 딜레마 속 행위자의 사회적 거리에 따라 도덕성 및 행동 적합성에 대한 판단이 달라지는지 살펴보았다. 실험 결과, 사회적 거리에 따라 도덕성에 대한 판단에 차이가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 동일한 행동이라도 낯선 사람보다 자신과 가까운 대상이 했을 때 행위의 도덕성에 대해 덜 엄격하게 판단하였다. 이러한 사회적 거리에 따른 도덕성의 판단 차이는 비개인적 딜레마에서 두드러지게 나타났다. 반면 행동의 적절성 판단에 있어서 사회적 거리에 따른 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 실험 2에서는 유발된 정서에 따라 딜레마 속 행동에 대한 도덕성 및 행동 적합성에 대한 판단이 달라지는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 결과, 정서의 쾌-불쾌 차원은 도덕성을 가늠하는 데에는 차이를 보이지 않지만, 행동이 얼마나 적절한 것인가를 판단하는 경우에는 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적 거리와 정서에 따라 도덕 판단이 달라질 수 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 또한 두 종류의 딜레마 모두에서 사람들이 도덕성과 행동 적합성을 구분한다는 것을 확인하였을 뿐만 아니라 이들을 판단하는데 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인이 다를 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

완충녹지 활용의 적정성 평가 -대전시 서구 완충녹지를 대상으로 (A Study on the Appropriateness Evaluation of Utilization of green buffer zone - Focusing on green buffer zone, Daejeon City Seo-gu)

  • This study was started to study the buffer zone of Daejeon metropolitan city in order to study the policy and environment for the suitability evaluation of the use of green buffer zone. The target of the study was selected as the buffer zone of western buffer, which is frequently used in the Daejeon Metropolitan City, and a preliminary index was selected to evaluate the suitability of the green buffer zone. AHP analysis was conducted to increase the reliability of the preliminary indicators and the weight was analyzed by questionnaires to experts and practitioners. In addition, based on the existing statistical data, we rebuilt the green buffer zone and investigated the current condition, and compared and analyzed the green buffer zone and the places where they did not. The results are as follow. First, unlike the statute interpretation that construction can not be done in buffered green spaces, green buffer zones have been utilized in various ways. However, the lack of advanced citizen consciousness of the residents, the responsibility of the responsible person, and the problem of the management office alone are causing problems. Second, according to the results of AHP questionnaire analysis, functional and stability among the appropriateness indexes of green buffer zone utilization were evaluated highly. Park accessibility and utilization potential also weighed somewhat, and it was judged that the epochal trend was more important in the use of green buffer zones. Third, analysis of the status of Western green buffer zones in Daejeon showed that the utilization rate was more than half. This suggests the necessity of judging the appropriateness of the application of the green buffer zone effectively due to the change of the perception of the green buffer zone of the residents. Fourth, as a result of comparing and analyzing the site where the site is used and the site where it is not, it is found that it is used within a range that does not greatly affect each index. However, as the stability has decreased, we have decided that the utilization method is most damaging to the green zone, and we should strive to improve the stability in future. Finally, the analysis of a red clay road and a red clay road sites decreased from Class I of stability to Grade II. However, the fall figure showed a difference between the 13 % drop rate of the target location and the 5% decline rate of utilization. The difference was analyzed as the difference of width of a red clay road. This can be regarded as one of the ways of damaging the green zone to the minimum extent, which is a great advantage in selecting the future utilization plan.

방사선사의 사회적 지원과 조직문화의 스트레스 측정도구 개발을 위한 요인별 신뢰도 분석 (Analysis of Reliability by Factors in Developing Tools to Measure Social Support and Stressors in Organizational Culture of Radiological Technologists)

  • The present study is designed to develop surveying tools to measure stressors of and social supports for Radiological Technologists which may play a role to alleviate their stresses caused from their job environments. For this purpose, an analysis of reliability by factors of personal stressors was conducted on 890 radiologists who are working at 44 general hospitals in 16 cities and provinces across the country. The results of the analysis may be summed up as follows: Six factors in 2 concerned fields turned out to be major tools for use as items of questionnaires to measure social supports for and organizational culture of Radiological Technologists. The factors determined to be applicable for survey with reliability coefficient of more than 0.7 measured by factors for internal coherence included social supports on the job(0.90), off-the-job social supports(0.81), job satisfaction(0.80), devotion for job by length of service(0.81) and emotional devotion for job(0.80), all deemed to be appropriate as survey items. In the verifying process of the results, it was found that normative devotion for job(0.61) showed lower reliability as its statistical coefficient was analyzed to be less than 0.7. It seemed, therefore, necessary to reconstruct items or re-select such ones only that can maintain internal coherence in order to analyze appropriateness of related measuring tools, or to develop new measuring tools. Although the outcomes of this study can be used to verify reliability and appropriateness of concerned concepts to assess stresses caused during the job performance of Radiological Technologists, it may be improper to adopt them to measure all types of social supports and stresses that occur generally under the job environment. It is desired, however, to compare and analyze the findings of the present study with others and to utilize them as basic data for further development of tools that can maintain internal coherence in terms of reliability and appropriateness in spite of changing social environments.

관찰자의 의복태도가 의복착용자의 인상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceiver's Attitude on Male Impressions.)

  • The purposee of this study was to identify the effect of perceiver's clothing attitude on male impressions created by the clothing cues and contexts. In addition, the effect of perceiver's evaluations of clothing appropriateness on male impressions. The subjects consisted of 256 male undergraduate students and 256 middle aged men. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimuli and response scales. The stimuli were 8 color Photographs of drawings of a male figure in clothing which were minipulated in two levels, each of three clothing cues including type, style and color. The experimental design was full factorial design of 2(contexts$\times$clothing types$\times$clothing style$\times$clothing color). Each of the 16 sub-samples includes 16 subjects from the two perceiver group. Questionnaires used to measure perceivers responses to the stimuli were 7-point semantic differential scales composed of 37 bipolar adjectives representing personal traits. Four aspects of clothing attitude(fashion interest, status symbols consiousness, clothing conformity, practicality & comfort)were used to classify subjects into groups of 20 five-point likers type questionnaires adapted from the previous research. Clothing appropriateness were developed 5 point likest scales for evaluation of a stimulus person in each context. The data was processed by factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple classification analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, cluster analysis, MANOVA and pearson's product moment correlations. The major findings drawn from this study were as follows: 1. Perceiver's clothing attitude influenced impression formed by the social contexts and clothing crises. In three groups classified by their clothing attitude, the status symbol-oriented group was most affected by the social contexts and clothing cues. 2. Perceiver's evaluation of clothing appropriateness was related with impressions by a stimulus person. In summary the effect of contexts and clothing cues on impression formation varied according to perceiver's clothing attitude and clothing approopiateness.

  • 서비스 환경 내에 있는 고객들은 서비스 경험에 대한 만족에 잠재적으로 영향을 미치는 수많은 자극들에 노출되어 있다. 특히, 점포 내의 서비스 환경은 이용자 본인의 특성과 더불어 해당 서비스에 대한 이용자의 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 고객들이 서비스 접점에서 평가하게 되는 서비스 환경을 물리적 환경과 사회적 환경으로 나누어 보고, 이들 요인이 지각된 서비스 품질과 사회적 상호작용성을 통해서 정서적 몰입에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 서비스 환경 지각에 있어서 최적 자극수준이나 사회적 적합성향 같은 개인 특성이 어떠한 조절효과를 미치는 가를 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 서비스 환경 내에서 물리적 환경은 서비스 품질의 지각에 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 다른 고객과의 동반 여부 같은 사회적 환경이 사회적 상호 작용성에 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 최적 자극수준과 사회적 적합성향의 조절효과를 확인한 결과, 서비스 이용자 개인의 사회적 적합성향이 높을수록 사회적 환경의 영향을 더 많이 받게 된다는 사실이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 소비자의 정서적 몰입을 제고하기 위해 고객들이 머물고 싶은 느낌이 들 수 있도록 물리적 환경뿐만 아니라 적절한 사회적 환경이 조성될 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

항만공기업의 NCS 기반 채용 유용성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Usefulness of NCS based Employment in Port Public Enterprise)

  • 글로벌 경쟁환경 속에서 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 우수인재 채용이 중시되는 항만공기업들은 직무능력 중심의 NCS 기반 채용제도를 도입 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 항만공기업의 NCS 채용 실태와 유용성 및 성과를 분석하고자 하였다. 항만공기업의 NCS 채용 현황을 살펴보고, 채용제도의 적합성과 효율성, 만족도, 이해도 및 수용성, 성과 등을 인사담당자와 입사한 직원 대상으로 설문조사하여 NCS 제도의 유용성을 분석하고 제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 실태조사 분석 결과, NCS 채용의 적합성과 만족도가 전반적으로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 효율성과 지원자의 인지도 및 수용도 그리고 채용성과는 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 채용제도의 유용성에 따른 직무성과의 관계는 적합성과 만족도가 높을수록 입사후의 직무능력과 직무성과가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. NCS 기반 채용제도의 정착을 위해서 실제 직무수행과 관련되는 직무수행능력 평가체계를 조기 구축 및 시행하여 지원자의 취업준비 시간과 비용을 줄이는 노력이 요구되며, NCS 필기시험의 전문성과 신뢰성 확보를 위한 출제기관 정부 인증제 도입 등의 개선사항을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 NCS 기반 직무능력 중심의 채용제도의 유용성과 성과 검증을 통해 NCS 기반 채용이 항만공기업의 우수인재 확보에 효과가 있으며, 취업준비생에게는 기업이 요구하는 직무역량 중심의 맞춤형 취업준비를 가능하게 한다는 사실을 제시함으로써 NCS 기반 채용제도의 확산에 기여하게 될 것이다.

환경영향평가서 저감방안의 실효성에 대한 연구: 내용분석을 중심으로 (Content Analysis of Mitigation Measures in Environmental Impact Statement)

  • Mitigation measures in EIS are the important factors in the effectiveness of EIS. This paper analyzed the content of mitigation measures described in the 30 EISs selected, using 7 analysis items in order to discover the degree of effectiveness of mitigation measures. 30 EISs used in this study were selected through variance maximization strategy, and the 7 analysis items were; 1) thoroughness of mitigation content, 2) quantification of mitigation content, 3) explicit description of mitigation effect, 4) likelihood of mitigation effect, 5) impacted area of mitigation effect, 6) time frame of mitigation effect, and 7) environmental impact of mitigation measures. The results showed that the effectiveness of mitigation measures in the analyzed EISs was relatively low both in the appropriateness and in the specificity. It was suggested that in order to improve the appropriateness of EIS as a decision making tool, the effect of mitigation measures, as well as the mitigation measures themselves, should be studied and described more thoroughly and specifically.

아동용 인터넷 게임 중독 척도 개발 (Developing Internet Game Addiction Scale for Children)

  • This study was planned to develop an Internet Game Addiction Scale for 9- to 12-year-old Korean children. Based on literature review and analysis of counseling cases, the concept of the internet game addiction was defined. Items of the scale were developed and then the content validity of the scale was examined by 20 professionals. Then a preliminary survey of 188 3rd to 6th grade students was made, and the main survey of 699 3rd to 6th grade students throughout Korea. The main results are as follows; [I] Internet Game Addiction Scale consists of 3 factors with 20 items : game-oriented life(6 items), tolerance & mastery loss(7 items), and withdrawal & emotional experience(7 items); [II] appropriateness of item mean and standard deviation was proved, a 3-factor structure confirmed through factorial analysis and cross validation; [III] appropriateness of the scale confirmed through criterion validity and reliability.
