  • Mobile service is highly becoming in the limelight on information society by offering infringement problem about individual privacy or information by political and scientific interest This study is focusing on primary LBS application Mobile service that emphasize position confirmation, especially, looking for friends. The aim at this study grasps user productivity factor of LBS application Mobile service, and analyses whether some have relations with value and action determination of LBS application Mobile service. According to result, Mobile service applying position service is supported with usefulness and system quality, adaptedness. On the other hand, Usability and social effect, privacy weren't embossed by leading person. Mobile service applying position service is changed with a person who have experience looking for friend. 체계적인 ASP 인증 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on Systematic Certification Methodology for Application Service Provider)

  • In these days companies are rapidly implementing the extended enterprise collaboration to provide enhanced management services and products based on the enterprise integration that human resources, technologies and the management process. In this corporate environment, ASP (Application Service Provider) which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is a good alternative for corporate information system management. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.

  • 본 연구에서는 PVM으로 구성된 클러스터의 공유를 기반으로 하는 단계화된 응용서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 응용서비스를 구현함으로써 응용서비스 플랫폼의 유용성을 평가하였다. 응용서비스 플랫폼은 요청 처리에 필요한 전 과정을 요청처리 단계와 서비스제공 단계로 나누고, 서비스요청처리 단계를 위한 전위응용서버의 서비스관리자와 요청된 서비스의 분산을 담당하는 부하관리자, 그리고 후위서버에서의 서비스제공을 위한 작업관리자로 구성된다. 구현된 응용서비스 플랫폼은 필요한 처리자원을 동적으로 할당, 시스템을 재구성함으로써 기존의 단일서버 시스템에 비해 부하의 변화에 보다 능동적으로 대처할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 기능의 변경없이 다양한 응용서비스의 구현을 지원함을 확인하였다.

스마트 폰 애플리케이션 서비스 품질의 개선 (Service Quality Improvement of Smart Phone Application)

  • Smart phones have brought rapid changes in this competitive world. Smart phone application developers are trying their best to consider the customer requirements in the most efficient way while considering all its attributes. However smart phone service quality has been given less consideration comparatively during the last few years. This paper proposes a measurement method for improving service quality of smart phone application. This method combines the service quality performance model (SQPM) and process capability index (PCI). The service quality performance model is used to identify service items that require improvement. Process capability index is used as a measure for prioritization of those improvements. Case study was carried out to search out important communication application service attributes. customer satisfaction level data was collected for users who used the application service. A total of twenty four service attributes were found during this survey. Using the joint approach of SQPM and PCI, five significant service attributes were prioritized for service quality improvement.

  • ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

  • 본 논문에서는 분산응용의 관점에서 네트워크 상에 응용을 구성하는 분산된 객체들을 효율적으로 관리하는 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 기반으로 사용자 맞춤형 분산응용 서비스를 제공하는 프로액티브응용서비스엔진을 제안한다. 본 엔진은 물리계층, 미들웨어 계층, 응용 계층으로 구성되며, 사용자의 요청에 의해 하드웨어 기기로부터 수집된 데이터 및 응용을 구성하는 객체의 속성정보를 그룹으로 관리하는 그룹서비스와 수집된 데이터 및 객체에 대한 사용자의 권한별 접근을 관리하는 보안서비스, 수집된 데이터를 추출 및 가공하여 응용에 제공하는 필터링서비스, 과거의 데이터를 이용한 통계서비스, 수집된 데이터를 토대로 현재의 운영 상태를 진단하는 진단서비스, 통계서비스와 진단서비스를 통해 미래의 발생 가능한 상황을 예측하기 위한 예측서비스를 제공한다. 최종적으로 엔진이 제공하는 서비스의 수행성을 검증하기 위하여 유비쿼터스 농업 분야의 온실 자동제어 응용에 적용하여 결과를 확인했다.

모바일 애플리케이션 광고 이용자의 지각된 인식과 서비스 회복에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mobile Application Advertising Users' Perceived Perception and Service Recovery)

  • In general, service failure occurs inevitably and the customers who experienced the greater dissatisfaction have the higher expectations of service recovery. However, most of the previous studies have focused on the evaluation and risk factors of pre-service quality. Thus, this study is contrary to the numerous previous studies and focus on the effectiveness of mobile application advertisement users' perceived perception on service recovery after service fails. A research model presented in this study is based on the Equity Theory and deeply evaluated the effectiveness of Distributive Justice, Interactional Justice, and Authenticity Relevance on Service Recovery. The survey of this study was conducted among 286 users who have experienced a services recovery of mobile application advertising. As a result, among all the factors of users of mobile application advertising, Distributive Justice, Interactive Justice, and Relevance have a positive impact to Satisfaction. In addition, Distributive Justice, Authenticity and Satisfaction also have a positive impact to Trust. Ultimately, Satisfaction and Trust have a positive impact to Service Recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model for mobile application advertising industry, reducing business risk and enriching the related researches.

ASP 인증제도 개발 : 어플리케이션 인증 (Development of Certification Program for Application Service Provider : Application Certification)

  • The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

A Log Management Service Model based on AOP for Efficient Development of Android Applications

  • In this paper, we propose a log management service model for efficient developments of android applications. The proposed model consists of two major parts which are the log collector and the log manager service. The log collector can capture the log information of a target application without modifications, because the collector is composed by aspect-oriented programming. The collected logs are transformed to chunk of data, and the chunk of data is sent to the log management service. The log management service is an android service component and an independent application in another process. So, the log management service can reduce the workload of logging in the target application. Through a case study, we show that the proposed log management service model can reduce the log processing time compared to other models without modifications of a target application.

  • 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 시장의 폭발적으로 성장함에 따라 애플리케이션 서비스를 고객과 개발자 관점에서 분류하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 체계적 분류에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네트워크 모듈성 분석을 통하여 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 분류하고 하위 카테고리를 제안하고자 한다. 구글플레이(GooglePlay)를 통해 총 1,607개의 헬스케어 관련 애플리케이션 서비스를 수집한 후 각 애플리케이션 서비스의 설명(description) 텍스트를 활용하여 유사도를 측정하고 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 모듈성 분석을 수행하여 전체 네트워크의 커뮤니티를 탐지한 후, 각 클러스터를 기반으로 서비스 분류법을 도출한다. 이번 연구는 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스를 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하는 고객과 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 트렌드를 분석하고자 하는 개발자 모두에게 도움이 되는 서비스 분류에 대한 체계적인 접근방식이 될 것으로 기대된다.
