아파트의 전력부하밀도 및 전력소비 실태 분석 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Power Load Density and Electric Power Consumption in Apartment Housing)

  • 아파트에서의 전력수요예측과 에너지 절약을 유도하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 1,080아파트 단지의 전력소비실태를 설문조사하여 전력부하밀도, 전력소비량, 설비의 현황 등을 분석·제시하였다. 분석 결과 연면적 대비 전력 부하밀도는 최대 7.70[VA/m2], 평균 6.0[VA/m2] 등으로 분석되었으며, 평균 부하율은 64[%]인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 전국 아파트에서 년간 소비되는 전력량은 국내 총 소비전력량의 7[%]에 해당되는 14,008[GWh/년]으로 분석되었다.

  • 에너지의 생산 효율성을 증가시키기 위해 최근 스마트그리드 기술 중 지능형 검침 시스템(AMI, advanced metering infrastructure)의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 전력 소비 데이터를 분석하고 소비 패턴을 예측하는 일은 AMI에서 핵심적인 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 수집된 전력 소비 데이터를 분석하고 발생할 수 있는 오류들을 정리하였으며 소비 패턴을 월별로 k-means 군집화 알고리즘을 사용하여 분석하였다. 또한 deep neural network를 이용하여 소비 패턴을 예측하였는데, 가구별 하루 전력 사용량 예측의 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 전력 사용량을 100개의 군집으로 분류하여 이 군집의 하루 평균으로 다음날 군집의 평균을 예측하였다. 실제 AMI에서의 전력 데이터를 사용하여 오류들을 분석하였으며 군집화 방법을 도입하여 성공적으로 전력 소비 예측이 가능하였다.

Green Frame의 골조공사 공기 분석 연구 - 공동주택을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Structural Work Scheduling of Green Frame - Focusing on Apartment buildings -)

  • 현재 국내 주택의 근간을 이루는 내력벽식 공동주택은 구조적 한계로 인해 단수명화되고 있다. 이로 인해 발생하는 재건축은 막대한 자원 및 에너지 소비와 건설폐기물로 인한 환경오염을 유발하고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제 해결의 방안으로 리모델링이 가능한 라멘구조를 유도하는 인센티브 제도를 시행하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 개념을 적용한 라멘구조의 공동주택을 위하여 개발된 복합PC구조인 Green Frame은 내력벽식 및 기존 라멘조식 공동주택이 리모 델링이 어렵다는 단점을 개선할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공사기간 단축이 가능할 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 Green Frame의 특성과 절대공기를 분석하고, 구조별 공동주택의 골조공사 공기와 비교 분석하여 차이점을 규명하였다. 그 결과 Green Frame을 공동주택에 적용할 경우 공기단축이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설공사에서 공기는 매우 중요한 요소로 향후 성공적인 공동주택의 사업을 위해서 중요한 핵심기술로서의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • This research investigates the life-cycle energy consumption of the windows used for the building's exterior cladding, and its environmental potential aspects by utilizing the LCA. The research scope has taken account of the entire life-cycle of the windows from the extraction of raw materials to its disposal, of which given sample building type is an apartment building. Results gained from the LCA of the windows as one of the steps in analysis reflects the current global interest and analysis trend towards the world's environmental issue on all fields of industry including the architectural industry, of which its newly established standards of architectural windows can further promote more environmentally sustainable factor compared to the previous analysis (focused more on energy efficiency assessment of the use stage).

  • Purpose: Energy saving in the built facilities is getting important due to energy crisis. The Korea government has been implemented several energy and green building policies and practices. The both of government and industry also developed green building strategies ant technologies to reduce energy consumption and carbon emission. The purpose of this research is to identify applicable green building strategies and technologies for that can be cost effective and applicable to a multiplex house. Method: This research identified appropriate green building strategies from analysing green building strategies from G-SEED certified apartment projects and popular green building strategies. This study also adopted a survey research method to find out the applicable green building strategies for a multiplex housing. In addition, this research also conduct cost estimating to identify initial cost premium of green building strategies. Results: The research outcomes in this study guide a building owner to know about initial cost premiums of green building strategies and technologies and an architect and contractor to identify appropriate and cost effective green building strategies that can be applicable to a multiplex house.

CFD를 이용한 열회수형 환기장치 운전에 따른 혹한기 공동주택의 실내 열환경 검토 (A Study of the Indoor Thermal Environment in Apartment Buildings in Freezing Weather Operation of Heat Recovery Ventilator by CFD Simulation)

  • In Korea, it is the law that an apartment building which consists of over 100 households must have a ventilation system installed, either natural or mechanical. The heat recovery ventilator (HRV) is great way to reduce energy consumption. In this research we confirmed that based on site's construction plan and existing diffuser form, performed purpose CFD which simulates operation in temperatures below $-5^{\circ}C$ to circumstances of installation of an HRV in an apartment. As a result of this research we found that when the diffuser's aperture area was adjusted, the distribution of air temperature and residence time of air was more equally distributed and air temperature was higher, compared to when the diffuser has an identical aperture area. We also found that we are able to increase even more air temperature and air distribution of air temperature and residence time of air was even more equally distributed when run in parallel with a splitter damper.

공동주택의 단열 및 차양에 따른 구체축열시스템 냉방성능 평가 (Evaluation on Cooling Performance of Thermally Activated Building System by Insulation and Shading Conditions in Apartments)

  • Thermally Activated Building System(TABS) is a radiant heating and cooling system which uses structures as thermal storage by embedding pipes in a concrete slab. Using TABS as the cooling system in residential buildings can reduce energy consumption and peak loads. But the ratio of cooling loads handled by TABS is low in the residential buildings which are significantly influenced by outside condition because condensation and over-cooling may occur. However, recent interest on energy-saving buildings is increasing and new residential buildings are expected to be less influenced by outside with high-insulation and shading. In such residential buildings, the heating and cooling loads and the range of load changes reduce. So the ratio of loads handled by TABS can increase. Therefore, this research investigates the cooling performance and energy performance of TABS in the residential buildings with less influence from outside using the simulation.

가사활동에 따른 피로도 감소를 위한 입좌식(立座式) 부엌가구의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Development of Sit/Stand Kitchen Furniture to Reduce Fatigue in Housekeeping Activities)

  • A study was conducted to develop user-centered kitchen furniture and workspace to reduce fatigue and to prevent housewives's disorders such as low back pain and musculoskeletal disorders from housekeeping activities. A questionnaire survey and interview were performed on 150 households those live in 32Pyung-type($105m^2$) apartment in Seoul vicinity. Also actual housekeeping activities for 24 hours were video-taped for further motion analysis. Results of the study revealed that housewives complained the inconvenience and small size of storage space, and worksurface height as the most important problems to be considered for redesign. And they responded, if feasible, sitting is preferred over standing while they are working. After adapting a sit/stand chair in the kitchen, a physiological experiment measuring heart rate(HR) and oxygen consumption($VO_2$) as response variables was conducted to examine the effects of sit/stand chair in reducing physiological demand during housekeeping activities. The results showed that working on sit/stand chair reduced energy expenditures by maximum of 30% and 31.0% in terms of HR and $VO_2$, respectively. Also rearrangement of kitchen structure based on motion analysis showed that walking distance during daily housekeeping activities can be reduced by 5.5% on the average. Hence, it is concluded that adapting a sit/stand chair in the kitchen could reduce fatigue and occupational disorders of housewives from extended housekeeping activities.

주거건물용 이중외피 시스템의 블라인드 조절에 따른 에너지 성능평가에 관한 연구 (Energy Performance Evaluation of a Double-skin Facade with a Venetian Blind in Residential Buildings)

  • Apartment balcony has been remodeled since the government permitted remodeling in January 2006.But extended balcony has great impact on building heat gain and loss. Therefore It has problems such as increase of heating and cooling energy. So $\underline{t}echnical$ solutions about window solar gain in summer is an urgent matter. The Purpose of this study is to evaluate energy performance of a blind in a double-skin facade in residential buildings by using EnergyPlus program. The results show that slat angles of $90^{\circ}$ is best in energy performance if we do not consider daylight. Poorly daylighted living room needs electric light and it also causes high cooling load. On the other hand, the results show that the application of blinds controlled automatically is best for energy performance when we consider daylight. Blind slat angles of $50\sim60^{\circ}$ have best performance when blinds are controlled in this angle throughout the day on a clear day in August. Blind slat angles of $0\sim30^{\circ}$ have best performance when blinds $\underline{are\;controlled}$ in this angle throughout the day on a cloudy day (more than 7 of total sky cover) in August.

  • Along with emergence of recent issues such as 'minimization of energy consumption' and 'natural environment and human health' amid the flow of requirements for nature-friendly architecture, attempts for boundary, which has a variety of possibilities as the intermediate territory between interior and exterior space of the architecture, have been pursued actively. On the ground of close relationships between urban area and architecture in a modern society, the boundary between interior and exterior is being exhibited in a wide variety of way of expressions, not as a single plane any longer. In line with this, researcher analyzed interior and exterior boundary according to its type targeting modern housing complex in Europe, and also investigated characteristics thereof. And, having provided the results as basic materials in order to seek amenity of local apartment houses and diversification of housing plan as well, the researcher intends to be of a help to bring physical changes in both building and exterior design, and also to give a new meaning in an environment-friendly aspect.
