Recently, NFT, which is growing at a rapid pace, is gradually entering our lives. NFT is an acronym for Non-Fungible Token, a technology that allows you to claim ownership of digital data. As ownership of digital data takes over, it is showing characteristics as an investment value along with the characteristics of new technology, and it is expected to develop further in the future. In this study, we tried to analyze the intentions of users who own NFTs to purchase. Factors that can influence purchase intentions were selected and a research model was established using personal characteristics, NFT characteristics, and social characteristics. As a result of conducting an empirical study, it was found that individual innovativeness, profitability and reliability of NFT, and FOMO factors significantly influence purchase intention.
Cloud storage service has the potential to be a core infrastructure for the future mobile and Internet service; thus related service providers have been investing in it and trying to attract as many users as possible. In addition, those need to find out what motivates the users to keep using their service not only to attract new customers but also to secure their subscribers. Therefore, this study will examine its relationship with user's motivation based on the extended TAM model with external variables for objective research about continuous use of cloud storage service. As a result, it was found that personal innovativeness, self efficacy, functional attributes, and psychological switching cost influence the continuous use of cloud storage service. Also, it is expected they can guide service providers to the right track when setting up their business strategy in the future.
Focusing on the Chinese market of MSNG (Mobile Social Network Game), perceived flow and satisfaction were designed as parameters, purchasing intention was set up as dependent variables, the purpose of present research is to analyze the factors influencing purchase intention of the paid items in mobile social games by studying the game and personal characteristics in terms of interoperability, accessibility, interesting, operability, innovativeness and challenge. Data was collected by questionnaires, Amos was employed to analyze the relationship between purchase intention and target influencing factors. Results showed that characteristics of game and consumers of MSNG have positive effects on the flow and satisfaction of paid items. Moreover, the flow of paid items in MSNG has a positive effect on satisfaction; the flow and satisfaction of paid items in MSNG have a positive effect on purchase intention. more samples and references should be involved in the further study in order to acheive an comprehensive result on comparative study of the social and cultural characteristics between Chinese MSNG and Korean counterpart.

Role models are also known to influence an individual's job or career choice. The positive effect of role models on entrepreneurship has already been revealed through many precious researches. It is said that people choose not only family members who are related by blood, such as parents, siblings, and relatives, but also acquaintances whom they have met through social relationships as role models. In this study, we divided into entrepreneurs with no role models other than themselves and entrepreneurs with role models. In addition, we classified parental siblings and relative role models as role models with strong ties, and acquaintance role models as role models with weak ties. We analyzed the differences in personal attributes, entrepreneurial orientation factors, and learning orientation between the entrepreneurs with role models and those without role models. Also, the differences in personal attributes, innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking propensity, and learning orientation between the entrepreneurs with strong ties role models and those with weak ties role models were examined. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the proportion of women entrepreneurs without role models is higher. Second, the entrepreneurs with role models with weak ties tend to run larger scale start-ups. Third, it was found that the entrepreneurs with role models of weak ties tend to have higher learning orientation. Fourth, gender shows the greatest influence on th absence or presence of role models. Fifth, it was found that learning orientation and startup size have the greatest influence on the decision of the role model with weak ties or that with strong ties.
The aim of this study is to scrutinize acceptance intentions of Korean users and influences of information security related factors on mobile payment services based on biometric authentication methods, like finger print authentication or face recognition authentication, by focusing on ApplePay. Unlike previous studies on user acceptance of mobile payment which lack considerations on information security related factors, this study employs the UTAUT with detailed information security factors to create a research model and PLS(Partial Least Squares) method to analyze the model. Based on the analysis, gaining trust on service through company's efforts on information protection, personal characteristics and trust on applied security technologies are important factors to Korean users along with social awareness and service infrastructures. The result of this study would be helpful to companies or organizations, which provide biometric-based mobile payment services, to understand needs of Korean consumers. Based on this study, further analysis is expected to find impacts of user experiences on same company's or competitors' products to acceptance intentions.
This study is to investigate the factors affecting the usage intentions of 5G service between 5G service subscribers and non-subscribers based on the Integratively Extended Technology Acceptance Model in the initial B2C 5G service market. We designed the integratively extended technology acceptance model to find the more specific factors to affect the usage intentions by integrating the exogenous factors including the technical factors, the social factors, and the personal factors with the ETAM(Extended Technology Acceptance Model). Referring to the previous studies, we constructed the hypotheses of structural influence relationship from the exogenous factors to the dependent usage intentions factors through the mediating belief factors. We designed the 5G service usage intentions model based on these hypotheses and operational definitions of the factors. Using the analysis of SEM(Structural Equation Model), the proposed model and the hypotheses were empirically tested by the data collected from 245 subscribed respondents and 245 non-subscribed respondents. As a result, the perceived ease of use has an effect on the perceived usefulness and enjoyment, and the perceived usefulness/enjoyment and the personal innovativeness have positive effects on the usage intentions of both groups.

This study analyzed the effect of the operation system of human resource management. First, the primary operating direction of the goal, talent selection system, and personnel management personnel management affected almost all the performance variables. More than one primary goal of personnel management in the loyalty inspired workers more than the fixed labor costs, and external recruitment of short-term hiring favored internal training scheme for long-term employment, employee training, and development in the long term more than short-term performance improvement the more weight to quality and innovation in the productivity of labor, product and services, employee-driven innovation, reduce turnover, had a positive impact on labor relations. On the other hand, the primary goal of personnel management and personnel selection methods had a positive impact on financial performance. Personnel management operating direction did not significantly affect the financial results. Second, the main type of employee utilization affected the quality of products and services, and labor relations. Trying to take advantage of temporary workers more than regular workers had a positive impact on the quality of products and services, and labor relations. Third, the operating unit of Personnel Management had an impact on the degree of innovation of products and services. Both personal achievements and the performance of the operating units had a positive impact on the degree of innovation of products and services, more than teamwork and personnel management. This study provided practical implications for verifying the effect of detailed characteristics of human resource management on financial/non-financial business performance.

This study examined the effects of curiosity, the personal characteristics of start-up founders, on entrepreneurship. Among the various factors that make up the entrepreneurship, this study identified the relationship between the practical factors (challenge, innovativeness, competition) and the founder's curiosity. Based on previous studies, curiosity was divided into four individual factors: deficiency, playfulness, social curiosity, and stimulus pursuit. For each individual factor, we analyzed meaningful relationship with entrepreneurship. In addition, the founders were classified into those who simply think of starting a business, those preparing to start a business, and those who started the business. Each group was analyzed their degree of curiosity. The data were analyzed based on the final 248 data for entrepreneurs who are preparing or starting their own business in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. Analysis shows that curiosity is higher in those who prepare or start a business than those who think about it. Curiosity has been found to have a positive effect on both the challenge, the innovation, and the composition of the competition. In addition, in entrepreneurship, the challenge was found to have a positive effect on innovation, but it did not affect competition composition. The characteristics of individual factors of curiosity were also different, and there was a significant effect of deficiency and playfulness on challenge, social curiosity and stimulus pursuit on innovation, and stimulus pursuit on competition. These findings are significant in identifying and analyzing curiosity as a factor influencing entrepreneurship. The results of the analysis can help theoretical expansion of entrepreneurship. In addition, it can provide important implications for the direction of entrepreneurship education and program development among volunteer activities for prospective entrepreneurs.
Humanity has reached the age of service economy. A new economy requires new management. The chief executive of new management is the CEO. The results of management decision-making are reflected in the company's performance, and are the basis for future growth engines. This study empirically analyzed the effect of CEO competence, corporate orientation, and management performance of small and medium-sized mid-sized business managers on each other. In the study, a hypothesis was established between eight variables. In addition, the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency, which has not been studied, was also identified. Set personal effectiveness, willingness to innovate, opportunity recognition, information perception, relationship formation, business management, leadership, organizational culture, and human resource management as measures of CEO competency. After defining the operation in accordance with this study, the analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, corporate orientation did not produce a meaningful result in management performance. And CEO competency showed a positive (+) effect on management performance. It can be judged that the CEO variable, a management variable, had a positive effect on management performance. Also, there was a significant result in the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency. Innovativeness, initiative, and risk-taking have positive implications for CEO competency. Lastly, corporate orientation showed statistically significant results on management performance through the mediation of CEO competency. It is worth noting the results of this study in that the time of the study was the timing of the global pandemic (fendermic) of the COVID19 virus. In the future, in-depth research is needed on the relationship between CEO-related factors and management performance in a more changed economic environment.
Cooperating with a supplier with professional skills is necessary to achieve performance in the development of the innovative products. It is also important to improve development competence and share knowledge. This study empirically analyzed the effect of participant's Job Competence and Leadership Competence on Knowledge Sharing, and the effect of Purchaser Interdependence on Supplier Absorption Capacity. The purpose of the study is to confirm that Knowledge Sharing between Development Participant and Supplier contributes to Performance and to demonstrate the need for a cooperative relationship with the Supplier. A survey was conducted on the product development participants to confirm the relationship between the factors using a Structural Equation Model. As a result of the hypothesis test, the better the Individual Competence of the development participants, the better the Knowledge Sharing Activity, and then Knowledge Sharing and Interdependence are the main factor in the Absorption Capacity of the Supplier. The results of this study can contribute to improving the Supplier Absorption Capacity in the product development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of the project support activities of related departments for Performance.
