GMR in Multilayers with an Alternating In-plane and Perpendicular Anisotropy

  • The magnetic properties of sputtered ($Ni_{83}Fe_{17}/Au/Co/Au$) multilayers with various thicknesses of Au (0.5 {\leq} t_{Au} {\leq} 3 nm), Ni-Fe ($1{\leq}t_{Ni-Fe}{\leq}4nm$) and Co ($0.2{\leq}t_{co}{\leq}1.5nm$) layers were characterized. An alternating in-plane and out-of-plane anisotropy of the ferromagnetic layers was achieved for the structures ($t_{Au}{\geq}1.5nm$) showing a weak coupling between the Ni-Fe layers with an in-plane anisotropy and the Co layers ($0.3{\leq}t_Co{\leq}1.2nm$) with a perpendicular anisotropy. For such a structure, a detailed discussion on the GMR effect is presented, relating to the magnetization reversal from a mutually perpendicular magnetic configuration at the remanence to a parallel one at the saturation. An influence of the dense labyrinth domain structure on the magnetoresistance effect is also addressed.

  • 본 논문에서는 측정된 양방향 반사 분포 함수(BRDF)와 같은 데이터 없이 사실적인 직물 표면 렌더링이 가능한 효율적인 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 광선 추적 기반의 오프라인 렌더러와 게임과 같은 실시간 응용에 모두 적용할 수 있다. 제안된 기법은 교호적(alternating) 이방성 반사와 변형된 미세면 분포 함수를 이용하여 직조 표면을 표현한다. 실에 대한 절차적 모델링은 직물의 표면을 효과적이며 효율적으로 표현할 수 있게 한다. 실험결과는 제안된 기법을 통해 상호작용적 응용에서도 다양한 직조물 표면을 사실적으로 렌더링할 수 있음을 보이고 있다.

  • The chalcogenide glasses of thin films have the superior property of photoinduced anisotrophy(PA). In this study, we observed the linear dichroism using the irradiation with Polarized He-Ne laser light in the Ag/As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$Se$_{15}$ S$_{35}$ multi-layer. Multilayer structures were formed by alternating metal(Ag) and chalcogenide(As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$Se$_{15}$ S$_{35}$) thin film. The Ag Polarized photodoping result in reducing the time of saturation anisotropy and increasing the sensitivity of linearly anisotropy intensity As the results, the Ag polarized photodoping will be have a capability of new method that suggests more improvement of photoinduced anisotropy property in the thin films of chalcogenide.ogenide.ide.

  • A three-dimensional locally one-dimensional multiresolution time-domain(LOD-MRTD) method is introduced and unconditional stability is proved analytically. The updating formulations have fewer terms on the right-hand side than those of an alternating direction implicit MRTD(ADI-MRTD). The validation of the method is presented using the resonance frequency problem of an empty cavity. The reduction of the numerical dispersion technique is also combined with the proposed method. The numerical examples show that the combined method can improve the accuracy significantly.

직교이방성 판 내의 다중 곡선균열 해석 (Analysis of Multiple Curved Cracks in An Orthotropic Plate)

  • The interactions between curved cracks are examined in an orthotropic plate and the effects of rectilinear anisotropy on the stress intensity factors are analyzed. The finite element alternating method (FEAM) is used in this study to get the stress intensity factors for the multiple curved cracks. To obtain analytical solutions, which is necessary in FEAM, the curved cracks are modeled as continuous distributions of dislocations, and integral equations are formulated for unknown dislocation density functions to satisfy the given resultant forces on the crack surfaces. Several basic problems are solved to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method and it can be found that present results show good agreements with the previously published results.

  • 공간상의 전자파 전파에서 모든 각도에서 동일한 전송속도를 갖는 ADI-FDTD 해석방법을 제안한다. 이는 기존의 ADI-FDTD 방법에서 시간 간격의 2차항에 x, y 에 공간 미분이 곱해진 항을 추가하고, 이에 대한 최적의 상수를 구하여 구현 하였다. 새로운 ADI-FDTD 는 CFL 안정도 조건을 초과하는 시간 간격에 대해서도 안정적인 특성을 나타낸다. 이 방법에 대한 분산 관계식을 구한 후 이를 수치적인 결과와 비교하여 제안하는 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해서 나타나는 장점, 즉 등방성 전파 및 수치적 오차의 감소를 수치적 예를 통하여 검증하였다.

Interaction of Ion Cyclotron Electromagnetic Wave with Energetic Particles in the Existence of Alternating Electric Field Using Ring Distribution

  • The elements that impact the dynamics and collaborations of waves and particles in the magnetosphere of planets have been considered here. Saturn's internal magnetosphere is determined by substantiated instabilities and discovered to be an exceptional zone of wave activity. Interchanged instability is found to be one of the responsible events in view of temperature anisotropy and energization processes of magnetospheric species. The generated active ions alongside electrons that constitute the populations of highly magnetized planets like Saturn's ring electron current are taken into consideration in the current framework. The previous and similar method of characteristics and the perturbed distribution function have been used to derive dispersion relation. In incorporating this investigation, the characteristics of electromagnetic ion cyclotron wave (EMIC) waves are determined by the composition of ions in plasmas through which the waves propagate. The effect of ring distribution illustrates non-monotonous description on growth rate (GR) depending upon plasma parameters picked out. Observations made by Cassini found appropriate for modern study, have been applied to the Kronian magnetosphere. Using Maxwellian ring distribution function of ions and detailed mathematical formulation, an expression for dispersion relation as well as GR and real frequency (RF) are evaluated. Analysis of plasma parameters shows that, proliferating EMIC waves are not developed much when propagation is parallelly aligned with magnetosphere as compared to waves propagating in oblique direction. GR for the oblique case, is influenced by temperature anisotropy as well as by alternating current (AC) frequency, whereas it is much affected only by AC frequency for parallel propagating waves.

절차적 범프 매핑을 이용한 직물표면의 사실적 렌더링 (Realistic Rendering of Woven Surface using Procedural Bump Mapping)

  • 본 논문에서는 직물을 사실적으로 렌더링할 수 있는 절차적 접근법을 제안한다. 가상 직물을 렌더링하기 위한 기존의 절차적인 기법들은 결과의 사실성이 부족하다는 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 제안된 예제-기반 접근법은 렌더링의 사실성을 매우 높였지만, 다양한 재질의 반사를 표현하기 위해서는 대용량의 저장 공간이 필요하다는 단점을 가진다. 본 논문에서 제안되는 기법은 미세면(microfacet) 모델을 이용하여 직물을 표현한다. 미세면 모델은 이방성 반사특성을 갖도록 하였으며, 씨실과 날실은 이러한 이방성 반사 특성을 수직으로 교차하여 표현할 수 있다. 이와 함께 본 논문은 실을 더욱 사실적으로 표현하기 위해 직조물을 구성하는 실의 굴곡을 절차적으로 모델링하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 데이터를 사용하지 않고도 매우 사실적인 직물 렌더링이 가능하다.
