  • Several studies have investigated the success of ASP from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, Size of Organization, IS Maturity) and Reliability factors(Transaction Reliability, After-Sale Reliability, System Reliability, Security). The proposed model is expected to provide a guideline to researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.

  • As many universities introduce e-Learning classes as formal courses, numerous research topics relating to c-Learning such as, defining e-Learning, identifying factors affecting successful e-Learning deployment and examining relationships between the factors in e-Learning classes need to be focused on. However, most researches thai have been undertaken only consider the positive side or right functional dimension. This can result in e-Learning dissemination at universities being overlooked. In accordance with this indispensability, the negative factors, which are potentially inherent in e-Learning learner's perception and affect personnel e-Learning acceptance in university classes need 10 be acknowledged. The purpose of this study was to identify the negative factors affecting personnel e-Learning acceptance and to analyze the interrelation among the factors in this research model. The two independent variables avoidable convenience and reliant convenience, based on pilot test results, and self-efficacy and perceived playfulness, based on the relevant literature, are used to examine the research model. The research problem was tested with data collected from 446 respondents in 12 universities. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher reliant convenience is negatively affecting the degree of system use and learner satisfaction, whereas avoidable convenience is only affecting the learner satisfaction. Secondly, the higher self-efficacy and stronger perceived playfulness affects the degree of system use as well as learner satisfaction. Finally, the degree of system use affects the learner satisfaction.

We composed 73 questionnaire to analyse the relationship among factors affecting safety behavior. The questionnaire were distributed to stewards and stewardesses of KAL, ASIANA, and LCCs. 422 were collected and used for analysis. Factor analysis, regression analysis, and control effect analysis were conducted using SPSS windows version 2.0. Results: The safety culture, safety atmosphere, and safety education/training were turned out to affect subjective norm, safety attitude, perceived behavioral control, safety consciousness. And the cognitive factors also showed to affect safety intention significantly. The results that safety intention affects safety behavior was found. Also there are control effect of cost consciousness and punishment while safety intention affects safety behavior. Conclusions: Safety is the virtue that should be given first priority to in our daily life. To secure safety, everyone in an organization should have high level of safety intention and conduct safety behavior. General characteristics, weaning practice , nutrient intake and the actual state for affecting disease were studied. Among many factors, mother's educational status was found to be the most influencing factor for affecting the disease outcome analyzed by oneway ANOVA. The exposure index disease, cold and diarrrhea, against mother's education were analyzed to find out the major factors for disease outcome. The education group up to middle school graduates, mother's job , nutrients supplements, feeding method, sex of baby were the factors, for the high school graduates, job , nutrients supplements were the causes, and the group graduated from the college the above grade mother's health state was the most important factor for the baby exposing to the disease. The disease outcome decreased when the bottle feeding was replaced by breast feeding, sufficient nutrients supplementation was recommended , and health care for mother during pregnancy was strongly advised.

The major findings were as follows: 1) The physical changes in kitchen design were carried out rapidly after 1977. This period coincided directly with the period in which kitchen improvement projects were fostered by the Sae Ma-Eul UNDONG 2) The study showed the macro factors contributing to changes in kitchen space to be government policy and industrialization. The study showed the micro factors influening kitchen space changes to be classified along socio-demographic lines and family lifestyle. 3) The factors affecting the degree of satisfaction with kitchens have been divided into socio-demographic and lifestyle characteristics. The level of education achieved by the husband was the most significant among socio-demographic characteristics. Most important among lifestyle characteristics were the cooking fuel used during the slack farm season, eating habits, heating fuel and eating space respectively. The results of this study have some implications in terms of government housing policy.
