직장 여성의 외모 관리에 관한 개인적 경험과 신체 이미지: 관리자급 여성들을 중심으로 (Manager-Level Businesswomen's Personal Experiences of Appearance Management and Body Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the personal experiences of businesswomen regarding appearance management and their body image. To achieve this, diverse perspectives were employed, including critical, practical, and positive body image perspectives. Interviews were conducted with 17 Korean businesswomen with more than 10 years of work experience. The data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach to understand their lived experiences of appearance management and body image. The participants acknowledged that appearance is important in the workplace - more so for women than for men. They commented that appearance may play an important role in displyaing social attractiveness to strangers, but other elements of social attractiveness such as liveliness or social skills take prominence in established relationships. Businesswomen, particularly those whose professions involve the display of appearance, are more likely to engage in aesthetic labor or the unpaid labor of managing their physical appearance in order to meet expectations at work. In general, however, these women considered appearance management to be a practice of self-care which seems to demonstrate their positive body image. This study has significance in that it strived to understand the subjective, lived experiences of businesswomen, including their thoughts and emotions related to appearance management and body image.

존 러스킨의 미학에서 '본다는 것'의 의미 (The Meaning of Seeing in John Ruskin's Aesthetics)

  • 본고는 존 러스킨의 미학이론에서 '본다는 것'이 어떤 의미인지를 논한다. 러스킨에게 '본다는 것'은 도덕적 통찰력을 규정하는 핵심적 열쇠이다. 그렇기에 러스킨의 도덕적 사유에서 '보기'의 배움과 자연에서의 '보기'의 기쁨이 서로 어떻게 관계를 맺는지 살펴보기 위하여, 『현대 화가들』을 비롯하여 「할키온 이야기」, 「빛의 과학에 관하여」, 『프로세르피나』, 『프레테리타』 등 러스킨의 주요 강연과 텍스트들을 분석한다. 본론의 제1절에서는 러스킨의 도덕적 생태학의 구성요소인 기쁨, 사상, 보기의 상호 관련성을 규명하고, 이어서 제2절에서는 인간 존재의 도덕적 지각으로서의 보기 개념이 형성되는 이론적 논리를 추적한다. 그리고 제3절에서는 자연과 신의 신비를 향한 배움으로서의 보기 개념을 이루는 보기의 방식과 기쁨의 미적 체험 사이의 조응을 논증한다. 이러한 이론적 검토 과정에 따라, 마지막으로 본고는 존 러스킨의 '본다는 것'은 인간-자연-신의 위계적 구성의 우주에서 발생하는 도덕적 지각의 발전과 상응하는 생태적 감수성의 형성 요소임을 주장한다.

한국 농촌교육농장 활성화 방안 - IPA 기법을 활용하여 - (Activation Measures for Rural Education Farms in Korea - focusing on IPA -)

  • The Purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and satisfaction on the items related to rural education farm management. The survey was carried out on the operators of rural education farm from October 6th, 2014 to April 30th, 2015, and 144 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. According to the analysis result, In the first quadrant, the environment of the farms(safety of the education farms, accessibility to the farms) and the existing customer management(dealing actively with the customer complaints, consulting with schools regarding the hands-on education and the feedbacks) were included. In the second quadrant, fourteen items were included. To mention these items in detail, the environment of the farms(lounge area for the guiding teachers), customer management(diversification of the publicity for the education farms, efforts to secure loyal customers, efforts to create new customers), campaigns of publicity and contents of publicity management(diversification of the publicity channels for education farms, off-line contents management, on-line contents management), ensuring professionalism(worksheet development and utilization, periodical supplemental education for operators), hands-on education programs(new program development, customized program development, distinguished program development), costs(efforts for cost reduction, fees for hands-on education) were included. In the third quadrant, the environment of the farms(size of the education farms), publicity activities and publicity contents management(enthusiastic publicity activities), strengthening professionalism(participation in the training programs related to rural education farm management) and in the fourth quadrant, the environment of the farms(environmentally-friendly and aesthetic natural landscape, convenient facilities such as powder rooms and washstands, parking lots) were included.

문화예술교육과 경험을 중심으로 한 중학교 의생활교육 프로그램 개발 적용 (Development and Application of Clothing Life Education Program in Middle Schools based on the Education and Experience in Arts & Culture)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek improvement in clothing life education through a development and application of the clothing life education program for middle schools based on the education and experience in arts & culture. On the basis of art & culture education as well as, Dewey's experience, the clothing life area education program was designed and developed for the 2nd year students in the middle school. This program was applied to 350 students of 9 2nd year classes in M middle school during the 17 periods of clothing life area classes, beginning from May 23rd, 2011 and lasting to September 30th, 2011. The leaner-evaluation was performed in terms of the level of learning interest and academic achievement. To measure the level of academic achievement, a mind-map evaluation was performed and a learning effect survey, which evaluates the level of achievement of learning objectives, was carried out. For the purpose of class observation, classes were filmed and analyzed. Characteristics of a class were recorded on a teacher's diary and was used to support the qualitative evaluation. According to the results, the education program is analyzed as being helpful and useful in student understanding of fiber, textile and, clothes, which are materials and outcomes of culture and art; moreover, they have a historical, cultural and artistic value in themselves. It is also analyzed as being helpful for the development of student aesthetic sensibility and emotion, for the construction of meaningful experience through a learning process, for the improvement of learning interest and the level of academic achievement, and for the positive recognition of the learning effect.

초등학생의 과학 상상화 특성 및 과학 상상화 그리기에 대한 인식 (Characteristics of Science Imaginary Pictures Drawn by Elementary School Students and Their Perceptions of Science Imaginary Drawing)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of science imaginary pictures drawn by elementary school students and their perceptions of science imaginary drawing. To do this, $5^{th}$ graders (N=107) were selected from 1 elementary school in Gangwon province and were administered the questionnaires. Some of them were also interviewed deeply. The analyses of the results indicated that most students drew science imaginary pictures in 'land' or 'universe' of 'future' than non-science imaginary pictures. In the academic field, 'machine' was most frequently included in their pictures, and 'earth science' or 'building and traffic' was also frequently included. In addition, half of the pictures included two or more fields. Many students perceived positively the educational benefits of science imaginary drawing upon cognitive, affective, and aesthetic aspects. However, they also had several difficulties in the processes of scientific imaginary drawing such as 'difficulties in using artistic skills', 'difficulties in selecting the subject', 'difficulties in imagining', and 'difficulties in expressing my thoughts to pictures'. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

학교에서의 다문화교육을 위한 프랑스와 독일의 영화 (Some French and German Movies for the Multi-cultural Education at Schools)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the possibility of application of some French and German movies to teaching of multi-culture in elementary, middle and high schools. Three different films are selected. (2005), a French animation film directed by B?n?dicte Galup and Michel Ocelot, is appropriate for the education of understanding cultural relativity and improving multi-cultural sensitivity in elementary school. is a French short film directed by Walter Salles and Daniela Thomaso and included in omnibus style film (2006). This short film relating a story of an immigrated woman who leaves her baby in a cr?che and travels through Paris to work for a bourgeois mother can be used for developing a bond of sympathy between natives and immigrants. It is recommended for the class of junior high school. Finally (2007), a German film directed by Fatih Akin, provide a learning model for the education of multi-culture in high school classrooms. The cinematographic aesthetic of this film is focused on a process of reconciliation with others over the cultural, racial, national and generational differences. Analyzing the structure of the film and being guided by teachers the students can understand better in improving abilities to understand others.

한민족의 전통복식문화 계승 작업에 있어서 남북한 비교연구 - 여자 저고리 구성에 나타난 변화를 중심으로 - (Comparative Study of Traditional Costume Succession in South and North Korea - Focus on Transition of Women's Jegory Construction -)

  • The objectives of this study are to research into the traditional costume succession in south and north korea, and to compare similarity and difference of kinds, names, drawing of Jegory. Conclusions are described as follows: 1. In sort of Jegory, south and north korea have same kind of Jegory according to traditional form. But in making method, south korea have pursued various style from traditional type to modern type, north korea have maintained just simple and practical basic style. 2. South and north korea have used same or similar names for the basic part of Jegory. But north korea has made new names for constructional needs, so many differences were shown in the name of details. 3. In drawing of Jegory, north korea has hold traditional method and then tried to seek for rational, scientific technique. Also, due to the influence of south korea that advanced in modern aesthetic, drawing of Jegory in north korea were changed to similar.

  • 7차 교육과정에서 추구하는 초등미술교육은 모든 학생이 화가가 되기를 바라는 것이 아니라 아름다움을 보고 느끼고 생활에 적용하여 보다 아름다운 생활을 가꾸어 갈 수 있는 심미적 인간을 기르고자 하는 것이다. 즉, 감상활동의 중요성이 나타나 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 교육현장 특히 학원가를 중심으로 감상영역 보다는 테크닉 위주의 학습이 행해지고 있는 것이 현실이며 도서 벽지의 학생들이 갤러리와 같은 물리적 공간에서 감상학습을 한다는 것은 더욱이 어렵고, 기존의 감상 자료들이 텍스트 기반으로 소수의 학생들만이 공유할 수 있다는 단점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 인간 감각 형태와 가장 비슷하다고 할 수 있는 웹 기반의 3차원적 학습 패턴을 기본으로 하는 갤러리 형태의 감상 학습 자료를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

3차원 시뮬레이션을 활용한 가로수종별 이미지 및 선호도 분석 - 대구광역시 동대구로를 대상으로 - (Sensibility Image and Preference Analysis of Street Tree Species using 3D Simulation - Focused on Tongdaeguro in Daegu Metropolitan City -)

  • 본 연구에서는 도로경관에서 중요한 요소인 가로수에 대한 감성적 이미지를 평가해보기 위하여 3차원 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 수종 계절별 경관이미지를 제작하였다. 대상지는 대구광역시 수성구에 위치한 동대구로로 설정하였으며, 평가 수종은 개잎갈나무, 메타세콰이어, 튜울립나무, 느티나무로 선정하였다. 제작된 이미지를 바탕으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 여름경관에서는 느티나무의 선호도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가을 및 겨울경관에서는 메타세콰이어의 선호도가 높게 분석되었다. 감성적 평가요인을 도출하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 심미적 요인, 인지적 요인, 개성적 요인, 자연적 요인, 공간적 요인이 도출되었으며, 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 모든 계절에서 공통적으로 심미적 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 메타세콰이어의 경우 겨울경관에서 다른 수종에 비해 선호도 및 긍정적 의미의 감성이미지가 높게 평가되었으며, 심미적 요인의 감소가 다른 수종에 비해 적은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 수종의 종류 및 계절변화에 따른 감성이미지의 정량적 평가를 통해 쾌적한 도로경관 조성을 위한 객관적 자료 제시 및 경관계획에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

건설현장에 접목한 가상체험·실물체험 안전교육의 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Virtual and Real Experience Type Safety Education at Construction Sites)

  • 본연구는 건설근로자 대상으로 실시되는 안전교육을 가상체험과 실물체험식 안전교육으로 진행되면 교육에 오락적, 일탈적, 심미적 요소가 더해진 학습효과로 건설업 안전사고는 현저히 감소함을 분석하였다. 연구결과 체험교육에 대한 판별타당도 분석에서는 C.R=0.925327>0.7로 충족되었고, AVE= 0.716226>0.5로 수렴되어 신뢰도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 근로자의 행동 의도에 대한 MC 시뮬레이션 분석과 베이지안 구조방정식에서 근로자 행동변화는 여러 가지 요인으로 달라질 수 있지만, 교육의 정도에 따라 행동이 변화됨을 알 수 있었고, 의도된 안전에 대한 확률밀도분포 분석결과 실물체험의 경험이 낮을수록 안전행동 보다 불안전 행동이 높고, 사고 위험이 증가함으로 체험식 안전교육이 근로자 행동변화와 건설 안전문화 개선에 실질적인 효과가 검증되었다. 후속 연구에서도 체험교육 이수 근로자에 대한 2~3년 추적관리 연구를 기대한다.
