New ITO Electrode structure informed that the efficiency is increased by about 30% compared to the conventional type has been investigated during addressing period. As a result, the addressing time is decreased by about 20% compared to the conventional type. And wall charge distribution was analyzed quantitatively in three electrodes during addressing period.

Purpose: The purpose of this research wasto examine the relationships between gender role attitudes and barriers in Korean nurses when addressing patients' sexual health. Method: The sample for this study was a convenience sample of Korean nurses who worked in hospitals in Seoul and Jeonju. Data were collected between November 2008 and January 2009. Results: Nurses showed less traditional gender role attitudes with means score of 40.72 (SD=3.99) of a possible 10 to 50 range. The barriers to addressing patients' sexual health were moderate in these nurses with a mean score of 44.92 (SD=7.66) of a possible 12 to 60 range. There were significant correlations between gender role attitudes and barriers to addressing patients' sexual health (r= -.142, p= .007). Nurses with less traditional gender role attitudes felt more barriers to addressing patients' sexual health. Conclusion: This study demonstrates a need for educational programs that will improve the problem-solving abilities of nurses in a hospital environment and help them gain ground as sexual health specialists. The results may contribute to the development and application of a patient-centered sexual health-related curriculum, which would aid nurses in addressing sexual concerns of their patients.

본 논문에서는 프로그램 가능한 하드웨어 장치에서 영상 처리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 새로운 메모리 어드레스 지정 방법(addressing mode)을 제안한다. 기존의 어드레스 지정 방법은 음성과 같은 일차원적인 형태의 데이터 처리에 적합한 반면, 제안된 메모리 어드레스 지정 기법은 영상 데이터의 이차원적인 특성을 고려한 새로운 메모리 어드레스 지정 기법이다. 제시된 기법은 기존의 메모리 구조를 바꾸지 않으면서도 이차원 데이터의 위치를 표시할 수 있는 두개의 오퍼랜드를 입력으로 메모리에 저장된 영상데이터 값을 처리는 명령어이다. 이차원적인 특성을 지니는 새로운 메모리 어드레스 지정 기법은 다음과 같은 장점을 지닌다. 먼저, 기존 하드웨어에서 여러 명령어에 걸쳐 수행해야 할 작업을 통합함으로써, 수행해야 할 프로그램의 코드 사이즈를 줄여 하드웨어의 성능을 높임과 동시에 근래 무선 응용 분야에서 요구되는 저전력 동작을 가능하게 한다. 아울러, 영상 데이터가 가지는 이차원적인 특성을 그대로 반영하므로, 사용자가 보다 쉽게 어셈블러를 통해 어플리케이션을 프로그램 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 이차원적인 메모리 어드레스 지정 기법은 각종 DSP, media processor, 그래픽 장치 등에 이용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이차원 메모리 어드레스 지정 기법의 개념을 제안함과 동시에, 이를 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 하드웨어 구조를 제시한다.

현재 주소정합(address matching) 기술 중 가장 잘 알려진 방법은 미국 센서스국에서 개발된 것으로서 거리이름을 기반으로 한 주소체계에 그 적용이 가능하다 그러나 한국, 일본과 같은 많은 국가들의 주소체계는 장소의 계층적 구조에 기초한 계층적 주소체계로 인하여 현재의 주소정합 기술을 적용하기가 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 인간활동에서 생성되는 2차원적 3차원적 주소정보를 주소좌표변환(geocoding) 하기위한 지역적 주소정합방법, 특히 한국의 주소체계에 적합한 주소정합방법을 이론적으로 개발하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이에 이 논문은 2차원 및 3차원 주소정합기술로 구성된 3차원 주소위치확인에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법을 설명한다.

고성능 VLSI 설계를 위한 pipeline 형태의 Reed-Solomon을 구현하였다. Shortened RS code의 경우에 있어서 기존의 parallel recursive cell 방식이나[1] 다중 클락 설계와 같은 접근과는 달리 작은 면적에서 단일 클락으로 동작할 수 있는 이중 수소(two-way addressing) 방식의 Euclid 계산을 제안하였다. 이러한 방식은 recursive cell을 병렬 처리하는 Euclid 계산 방식에 비해 면적이나 소비 전력에 있어 장점을 갖고 있음을 synthesis와 전력 모의실험을 통해 검증하였다. 본 설계는 면적상으로 parallerl recursive cell을 이용한 단일 클락euclid 회로가 약 5,000 gate임에 비하여 40% 정도 감소한 3,000 gate 정도에 구현할 수 있었다. 또한 전력 소비면으로는 기존의 recursive cell을 이용한 다중 클락 euclid 회로가 6mW 이상의 전력을 소비하는 반면에 본 설계는 3mW대의 전력 소비를 보여 현격한 차이를 보였다.

The addressing time should be reduced by modifying cell and/or driving method in order to replace the dual scan system by single scan and increase the luminance in large ac plasma display panel(PDP). In this paper, the relationships between of discharge cell structure and addressing time in ac PDP are investigated. It is found out that the addressing time was decreased with decreasing gap of ITO electrode and thickness of transparence dielectric layer on the front glass. The decrease rates were 4% per $10{\mu}m$ and 4% per $5{\mu}m$, respectively. Also in cases of decreasing height of barrier rip and thickness of white dielectric layer on the rear glass, addressing times were at the rate of 4% per $10{\mu}m$ and 4% per $2{\mu}m$, respectively.

The programmable logic controller(PLC) programming has been manually carried out, which might cause the productivity decrease by omission and repetition of instruction. Recently, the knowledge-based automatic programming system is introduced. In the system, input/output(I/O) addresses are input by user. In this study, we developed the prototype system for automatic I/O addressing using knowledge-based technology, With the developed system, the PLC addressing task can he consistently and effectively performed.

It is expected that standardized framework for urban rail transit system will contribute to more convenient and safe traffic service and ensure higher reliability and availability of urban rail transit rolling stock and infrastructure. Information and telecommunication system in urban rail transit consists of various subsystems, such as radio communication system, digital transmission system, integrated monitoring system and public addressing system and its standardization will be implemented based on these subsystem. Public addressing system is to provide information related to operation and emergency for passengers and operators. In this paper we suggest draft criterion of public addressing system for urban rail transit through functional analysis and comparison on the present state of the system.
