입자기반 개별요소모델을 이용한 암석 균열의 수리역학 거동해석: 국제공동연구 DECOVALEX-2023 Task G (Benchmark Simulation) (Hydro-Mechanical Modeling of Fracture Opening and Slip using Grain-Based Distinct Element Model: DECOVALEX-2023 Task G (Benchmark Simulation))

  • 본 연구에서는 입자기반 개별요소모델(grain-based distinct element model, GBDEM)을 이용하여 암석 균열의 역학적, 수리적 거동을 평가할 수 있는 수치해석기법을 제시하고 해석해와의 비교를 통해 검증하였다. 이는 DECOVALEX-2023 프로젝트 Task G의 일환으로 수행된 벤치마크 모델링 연구로, Task G는 결정질 암반 내 균열의 열-수리-역학적 복합거동을 해석하기 위한 수치해석기법을 개발하는 데에 목표가 있다. 본 연구에서는 사면체 개별 입자들을 이용하여 해석모델을 생성하고 3DEC을 이용하여 입자와 접촉에서의 거동을 해석하였다. 이 과정에서 등가연속체 개념을 적용해 입자기반모델의 미시물성을 산정할 수 있는 새로운 기법을 제시하였다. 한편, 균열 경사각과 거칠기, 경계응력조건 및 압력 조건에 따른 해석을 실시하여 각 해석조건이 균열의 수직, 전단방향 거동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 해석 결과, 제안된 수치모델은 경계응력에 따른 균열의 미끄러짐(fracture slip)과 유체 압력에 따른 균열의 개방(fracture opening), 균열 경사에 따른 응력 분포, 거칠기로 인한 전단변위의 구속 등을 합리적으로 재현하고 있음을 확인하였다. 수치해석을 통해 계산된 균열의 수직방향, 전단방향 변위는 모두 해석해를 통해 계산된 값과 거의 일치하는 결과를 보였다. 본 연구의 해석모델은 Task G에 참여하는 국외 연구팀들과의 의견 교류와 워크숍을 통해 지속적으로 개선하는 한편, 향후 다양한 조건의 실내시험에 적용하여 타당성을 검증할 예정이다.

사관생도의 성취목표지향성과 그릿이 체력변화에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Achievement Goal Orientation and Grit on the Military Cadets' Physical Strength Growth)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사관생도들의 성취목표지향성과 그릿이 사관생도들의 학년 체력인증 여부와 체력등급 향상여부에 미치는 영향의 경로관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2019년 12월에 육군K사관학교생도 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 322부의 데이터를 코딩 후 경로분석을 적용하여 분석했다. 그 결과 성취목표지향성의 하위요인 중 과제목표 지향성이 그릿의 두 가지 하위요인에 미치는 직접효과가 통계적으로 유의미했다. 또한 과제목표지향성이 그릿(관심유지)와 그릿(노력지속)을 매개로 학년인증 여부에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의미 했다. 또한 과제목표지향성은 그릿의 두 가지 하위요인을 매개로 체력등급 향상여부에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

스마트폰 인스턴트 메신저를 이용한 개인적인 소통 활동이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Personal Communication Activities using Smart Phone Instant Messenger on Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 직장인들이 정상근무시간 동안에 스마트폰 인스턴트 메신저를 개인적인 목적으로 이용하는 행동이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 정도를 파악하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하는 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 여기서 얻어진 데이터를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식모델을 사용하였다. 구조방정식모델의 설계는 직장외부 지인 및 직장동료와의 인스턴트 메시징을 직무성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 구성하였다. 또한 업무 특성은 직장 동료 및 직장 외부 지인과의 인스턴트 메시징과 직무성과간의 조절변수로 설정하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 직장외부 지인과의 인스턴트 메시징 활동은 직무성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 그 영향정도는 상호의존성이 높은 업무에 있어서 더 큰 것으로 판명되었다. 둘째, 직장동료와의 인스턴트 메시징 활동은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Effects of Individuals, Leader Relationships, and Groups on Innovative Work Behaviors

  • Purpose - The intent of this research is to discover the factors that enhance innovative work behaviors of group members in order to strengthen the competitiveness of small enterprises. In addition, we verify that employee job characteristic factors have an influence between antecedent variables and dependent variables in the work situations at small companies. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is focused on identifying the factors, such as self-efficacy, leader member exchange (LMX), and collective efficacy, which promote innovative work behaviors. A total of 305 valid questionnaires were collected. Results - The results of a path analysis showed that LMX did not have significant effects on task significance, and autonomy did not have significant effects on innovative work behavior. Conclusions - These findings of the study imply that even though leaders supported the groups in accordance with official procedures by placing group members within or outside certain groups, task identity perceived by group members was not impacted. In addition, autonomy given to those with relatively less capability might be a burden rather than a positive outcome.

다층 환경에서의 라스트 마일 배송 서비스를 위한 경로 계획 및 엘리베이터 탑승 알고리즘 (Route Planning and Elevator Boarding Algorithms for Last Mile Delivery Service in Multi-floor Environments)

  • Recently, robots have been actively utilized for logistics and delivery services in various places such as restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. In addition, it provides a safer environment, convenience, and cost efficiency to the customers. However, when it comes to autonomous delivery in a multi-floor environment, the task is still challenging. Especially for wheeled mobile robots, it is necessary to deal with elevators to perform the last-mile delivery services. Therefore, we present a multi-floor route planning algorithm that enables a wheeled mobile robot to traverse an elevator for the delivery service. In addition, an elevator boarding mission algorithm was developed to perceive the drivable region within the elevator and generate a feasible path that is collision-free. The algorithm was tested with real-world experiments and was demonstrated to perform autonomous postal delivery service in a multi-floor building. We concluded that our study could contribute to building a stable autonomous driving robot system for a multi-floor environment.

  • Accounting information system is the most important and formal subsystem of the total information system of an organization which produces and delivers financial information. An organization has its own contigent characteristics. It is the key to a successful development of accounting information system to select the development mode and information characteristics appropriate for the contigent characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the contigent factors and the development mode of accounting information system. In addition, this study will examine the relationship between the contigent variables and the information characteristics of accounting information system. The research method adopted in this study is the survey. The results show that the environmental uncertainty, organization size, task diversity, task interrelatedness, and management commitment are positively related with the involvement and role of user in the system development process. The aggregate information regarding various departments tends to be produced by an organization under the uncertain environment. The information is reported periodically by a centralized organization. The aggregate information is preferred when tha task for implementation is diversified. The output information is more aggregate and provided more frequently when there exists a high interrelatioship between tasks. The output information is more external and reported more frequently in an organization with the high management commitment.

읽기과제에서 나타난 뇌성마비인의 기본주파수 및 진폭의 분포 특성 (Distributions on F0 and Amplitude of Persons with Cerebral Palsy in the Reading Task)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of fundamental frequency(F0) and amplitude distributions in persons with cerebral palsy(CP) in the reading task. Participants were divided into three groups: 6 persons with spastic CP, 6 persons with athetoid CP and 6 normal persons who are around 15-20 years old. On the results of this study, firstly, in F0 distributions, most of the spastic CPs tended to appear narrow distributions on the basis of mode, but most of the athetoid CPs were opposite, and both of the CP groups tended to distribute highly on lower and higher frequencies than mean and mode. On the other hand, normal persons had a tendency to appear narrow distributions on the basis of mode. Finally, in amplitude distributions, the spastic CPs showed a tendency that there are little differences between the distribution of mode and the others, and most of the athetoid CPs showed a tendency that the distributions of mode were higher than the others. In addition to, the normal persons had a tendency that the distributions of mode were remarkably higher than both of the CP groups.

학습항목의 한난 색채대비가 학습자의 학습수행에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Cold-Warm Color Contrast of the Learning-Item on the Learner's Performance)

  • 본 연구는 학습자의 학습수행에 있어 학습항목의 한난 색채대비의 영향을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 학습과제로서 OSPAN 과제를 사용하여 세 실험 조건, 즉 통제 조건, 배경과 과제의 한난 색채대비 조건, 그리고 방해 과제와 표적 과제의 한난 색채대비 조건에서의 학습자의 학습과제 수행을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, OSPAN 과제의 단어 재인율이 다른 조건에 비해 방해 과제와 표적 과제의 한난 색채대비 조건에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 단순히 배경 대비 과제가 아닌 방해 과제 대비 표적 과제에서도 한난 색채대비가 수행의 향상을 유도할 수 있음을 시사하는 것이다.

  • As the public interest in environmental issues increased, the "Act On The Integrated Control Of Pollutant-Discharging Facility" was enacted. Through the integrated environmental pollution prevention act in which 19 industries with large environmental impacts are sequentially applied, pollutants can be managed in a medium-integrated manner and integrated permission of the business unit is possible and BAT can be applied to enable a scientific and proactive environmental management system. In addition, if the facility with BAT works normally, the pollutant emission is offered with the range of lower limit to upper limit. This study analyzed the overview of Best Available Techniques-Associated Emission Levels (BAT-AEL), and its setting procedure and method, and then suggested the BAT-AEL of a waste incineration facility. In comparative analysis on Emission Limit Values (ELVs) of EU, this study tries to propose improvement matters and development directions if the relevant standard is revised.

주의초점 전략이 태권도 기본동작의 속도 및 분절 협응패턴에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Attention Focusing Strategies on the Speed and Segment Coordination Characteristics of Taekwondo Hand Techniques)

  • This study comparatively analyzed the speed and segment coordination characteristics of Taekwondo hand techniques, while different attention focusing strategies were utilized. Ten elite Taekwondo poomsae athletes participated, and three different strategies (no focus, target focus, body focus) were utilized in random order. The hand velocity and upper body segment coordination characteristics were analyzed, with the following results. First, the maximum magnitudes of the hand velocity differed between the focus conditions for the Araenaereomakgi and Momtongjireugi techniques. Second, the angular velocity and kinetic energy transfer patterns of the segments differed between the focus conditions, and in the case of the body focus condition, the movement was more correct according to the theory. Third, the shoulder and elbow joint coordination patterns differed between the focus conditions, with more efficient movement shown with the body focus condition. In conclusion, we confirmed the potential of effectively using an attention focusing strategy in a taekwondo teaching situation. However, the effect on the movement coordination and results of the movement could be changed by a difference in the cue provided or the type of the task. In addition, depending on the task, the attention focusing strategy could affect the efficiency of the movement. Therefore, coaches and masters of Taekwondo will have to constitute determine the appropriate attention focusing cues based on the task.
