본 논문에서는 음성신호의 부호화 방식 중에서 지수적 입신 델타 변조이론을 실현한다는 부호기의 새로운 설계법을 제안하였다. 즉 부호기에 포함되어 잇는 국부 부호기의 부분회로는 2중 적분기를 사용함으로써 스텝폭의 입신논리회로를 구성하는 부분회로소자의 지속 스위칭 특성으로 인한 문제점을 보완하고 광범위한 여러 가지 크기의 입력신호 성분에 대해서 일정한 신호대 잡음비(SQNR)를 얻음으로써 넓은 dynanmic range를 커버하였다.

Agile methods are highly attractive for small projects, but no agile method works well as a standalone system. Therefore, some adaption or customization is always required. In this paper, the Agile Framework for Small Projects (AFSP) was applied to four industry cases. The AFSP provides a structured way for software organizations to adopt agile practices and evaluate the results. The framework includes an extended Scrum process and agile practices, which are based on agility and critical success factors in agile software projects that are selected from Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM and Crystal Clear. AFSP also helps software managers and developers effectively use agile engineering techniques throughout the software development lifecycle. The case study projects were evaluated on the basis of risk-based agility factors, the agility of the adopted practices, agile adoption levels, and the degree of the agile project success. The analysis of the results showed that the framework used in the aforementioned cases was effective.

A remarshalling is one of the operational strategies considered importantly at a port container terminal for the fast ship operations and heighten efficiency of slacking yard. The remarshalling rearranges the containers scattered at a yard block in order to reduce the transfer time and the rehandling time of container handling equipments. This Paper deals with the rearrangement problem, which decides to where containers are transported considering time value of each operations. We propose the mixed integer programming model minimizing the weighted total operation cost. This model is a NP-hard problem. Therefore we develope the heuristic algorithm for rearrangement problem to real world adaption. We compare the heuristic algorithm with the optimum model in terms of the computation times and total cost. For the sensitivity analysis of configuration of storage and cost weight, a variety of scenarios are experimented.

Plant responses to salinity stress is critical in determining the growth and development. Therefore, adaptability of plant to salinity stress is directly related with agriculture productivity. Salt adaptation is a result of the integrated functioning of numerous determinants that are regulated coordinately through an appropriate responsive signal transduction cascade. The cascade perceives the saline environment and exerts control over the essential mechanisms that are responsible for ion homeostasis and osmotic adjustment. Although little is known about the component elements of salt stress perception and the signaling cascade(s) in plant, the use of Arabidopsis plant as a molecular genetic tool has been provided important molecular nature of salt tolerance effectors and regulatory pathways. In this review, I summarize recent advances in understanding the molecular mechanisms of salt adaptation.

Generating a project network of a specific construction project is very time consuming and difficult task in the field. To effectiviely automate and support the planning process, we design a case-based project planning expert system inspired by the fact a human expert project planner uses previous cases for planning a new project. A construction project case consist of its specific characteristics and the corresponding project network (i.e. project plan). Using frame based representation. we represent the project features affecting the progress network and the entities composing the project plan such as the buildings, construction methods, WBS (work breakdown structure), activities, and resources. The project planning process runs through most similar case retrieval, case adaptation, and user requirement satisfaction. We represent the construction domain knowledge for each procedure using constraints and rules. We develop the methodology for constraint-based case adaption. Case adaptation process mainly consist of activity generation/deletion and predecence constraint satisfaction, for which we develop the dynamic constraint generation method and connect user-level requirement representation the system-level network modification knowledge. The methodology is being applied to the prototype for apartment construction project planning.

The purpose of this study is to verify that the modified Lagrangian model can predict temperature, flow and scalar fields in the high temperature recirculation region of swirling confined diffusion flame. In the meantime numerical results from EBU and Equilibrium PDF models as well as experimental results are compared with those from the modified Lagrangian model. Adaption of three different turbulent models were accompanied with this procedure. Look-up table of the ignition characteristic time scale which is one of important factors of the Lagrangian model was referred to the 11-step reduced mechanism. Eventually, results with the Lagrangian model show a good accordance with experimental results, which shows the validity of this model. Results from Chen's model differ from those of the others. Numerical results of ${\widetilde{k}$ show significant deviation from experimental results for three models.

본 연구에서는 초음파 검사를 기반으로 하는 비파괴검사 방법을 사용하였으며, 용접결함의 패턴인식 알고리즘으로서 역전파 신경망과 확률 신경망을 비교하였다. 이러한 목적을 위한 과정에서 두 가지 알고리즘에 동일한 변수를 적용하였으며, 여기서 사용된 특징변수는 용접결함으로부터 반사된 시간영역 상의 전체 결함신호로부터 결함부분만을 분리한 신호파형을 사용하였다. 이상의 절차를 통하여 두 가지 알고리즘의 적용방안을 확인하였으며, 두 가지 알고리즘에 대하여 각각의 장단점을 비교하였다.

본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 기존 미용예술분야와 영상처리 기술을 결합한 헤어스타일 검색 및 적용 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 데이터베이스에 여러 헤어스타일 정보를 저장하고 사용자가 웹캠을 이용하여 실시간으로 자신에 얼굴 이미지 정보를 전송하여 자신의 얼굴형에 맞는 헤어스타일을 찾을 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Since the Kyoto Protocol was released in 2005, there has been a number of mechanisms about funding and how to allocate the burdens. The UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change)have discussed establishing an international fund to support the reduction of a greenhouse gas. As the availability of adaption finance for developing countries increase, it's needed for a way of prioritizing countries. This article analyzes the carbon reduction system that includes a emission trading scheme, a carbon tax and examines GCF(Green Climate Fund)'s role and needs. A solution to finance Green Climate Fund is more preferred a harmonized carbon tax that across all nations with carbon tax. Especially the role of industrialized countries is important that based on their historical responsibility for fossil fuel emission. That is, they should get more shares of the global costs than developing countries.

Background The aim of this study is assessing the adaption of the Sasang Constitutional herbal tea to the patient complained fatigue. Method Five times assessments were accomplished for 8 weeks using Chalder fatigue scale and visual analogue scale of health status. Herbal tea was served on the point of 4 weeks from 1st visit. Results Chalder fatigue scale and visual analogue scale of health status were significantly improved. Conclusion Sasang Constitutional herbal tea can be used for the control of chronic fatigue.
